Totally different.
For some reason we had a totally different idea of had the moving process work. It wasn’t until we spoke to dedicated Van lines that we started to get a full understanding of how this process goes. They told us we would be charged by the space that we occupy and not a penny more. We put together a list of items that we wanted moved and in the days leading up to the move we had received calls from quality assurance just to review the list before the actual pick up date to make sure we had made all the changes necessary . It’s not fair to assume that every moving company is a crook because this company was honest and transparent and told us exactly what would happen and we didn’t have a single surprised at any point. I am at the recommend this company type but I will tell you because moving is very expensive that if you want it on his company that’s not going to up charge you in the final hour then this may be the fit for you. There’s so much that goes into moving behind the scenes and that’s why we want to thank the staff and everyone involved for all the hard work.

We got hooked up with Dedicated Van Lines from the online inquiry we put in. They gave us a list of companies that were permitted to call us and not to speak to anyone who wasn’t on that list. Dedicated Van Lines was on the list and one of the companies we liked the most and really hoped the numbers and the services worked out because we liked everything we heard so much and to our luck it did. They helped us save money and make sure our furniture got to our new home the same way it left. Moving should be simple and that’s exactly how this move went. Happily we had no set backs and no charge in price. Lovely work by the team.

We got everything we wanted and more working with dedicated Van lines. It’s funny because a lot of the other companies we spoke to had nothing but bad things to say. We’d like to have a dedicated Vin line to handle them self as well as the competition they didn’t say a bad word about anybody they were only concern with facts and making sure every location was set up precisely how we wanted it. Maybe if some of those other companies focused on that they would earn them self some more business but that’s neither here nor there. The staff at Dedicated Van lines was happy to offer us any savings that they could apply. Being X military we got that discount as well as booking over a month in advance wound up saving us over $500. We were looking to save as much money as possible but making sure our furniture was in good hands with our priority. The furniture showed up in pristine condition and nothing was missing. We tip the movers well and they were on their way. I’m not sure about other people but I can only hope that everybody’s move When as well as ours did. They are a five star company for the hard-working American.

Dedicated Van Lines was the perfect company for our relocation. We liked how much attention they gave us and never pressured us into making a financial commitment before we were ready. They are the actual moving company and do not broker the moves out to a third party. They were very clean working their way through my home and left no mess and no damages to carpets or walls. We were hopeful in getting our furniture within 2 weeks and that’s what happened. They were easy to work with and happy to answer all of our questions. In return we are happy to leave our review for potential movers.

This is one of the best moving companies that I've ever used Not only was the price fantastic but the service was also unbelievable. I've used them to move two of my children to college and had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company to everybody.

We were very impressed by this moving company! My boyfriend and I moved here in July to Miami from New Jersey and were amazed at the prompt and attentive service we received. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service! Pricing is very reasonable and everything was packed with care when it arrived. Had to make a big move from NY to Florida for a new job. My biggest fear when moving this long of a distance is all my prized positions won't make it to my new home. I have heard horror stories from friends that move and expensive personal items are just gone. This of course is my biggest fear as I have items from my grandmother that I cannot transport myself so I have to find a reliable moving company that won't steal my treasured items. Luckily I found Dedicated Van Lines they were extremely professional. They went out of the way to make sure my items were protected and delivered to my new home. I would highly recommend Dedicated Van Lines they took care of me and my family and my treasures.

Moving out of my apartment was strangely a fantastic experience thanks to this company . They where quick and professional and very polite. My whole apartment was moved in a couple of hours, and it was done with great attention to detail . I am completely satisfied with this service and would recommend it to anyone with an upcoming move . Amazing work !
Great Full Service Door to Door Move!
It was refreshing to find Dedicated when my boyfriend made his recent move from South Florida to his new home in Ocala Fl.
We had talked with other movers but were duscouraged as they did not provide a full, detailed quote. Too many add ons and exclusions!
Working with Dedicated was great..we had a detailed quote and they honored it! Prompt..kind ..polite..and careful..what a great moving team! We had a full service door to door move!

I really have to take my hat off to these gentlemen. Not only were they professional and courteous to me and my family. They had the whole house cleared in just a few hours!? one of them even had treats for our two dogs to keep them out of the way!
Ryan answered all my questions very promptly through email and phone. I was so happy with how coordinated and organized they made the process. I feel like as soon as I picked up the phone, everything was taken care of.

From the first phone call we realize that we found something good. Dedicated van lines separated them self and the rest very early on. They showed us the best way that we can go about our move as far as protecting herself with insurance but more importantly how to save the most amount of money. We made our deposit and secured our move so we can have the dates that we needed. They shuffle some things around on their side to make it all possible. They gave us a senior discount as well as a military discount which took close to $500 off our total. It was a pleasure working with themAnd at times we even forgot that we had a move going on that’s how much stress they took off of us. We are real people who work hard for our money and expect a high level of service and that’s exactly what we got thank you everybody involved.

Dedicated Van lines is a special kind of company. They are very thorough and want to know all about the customer situation so they can put together the perfect package. They are not a pushy company by any means I want to make sure they get the job done right. Most companies we spoke to were asking for a deposit within 10 minutes of a phone call. Dedicated Van lines gave us time to review our estimates before moving pn to the next phase. Movers were great and very delicate with her furniture and from start to finish it was the ideal move. I made it very affordable for us and took a lot of stress off of our shoulders so thank you.

Not many companies operate the way Dedicated Van Lines does. They are a good old fashion customer first company. They were the friendliest and most importantly the best priced. They provided us with all the tools we needed to make our decision on our own instead of being pressured into making a deposit. The contract was easy to follow and they even worked in a stop off a storage unit free of charge. We felt as if we were in good hands the entire time. They also boxed our televisions free of charge and worked out the best time to have the trailer parked in the street. THey are a very well rounded company that works hard for each client. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone in need. Fantastic work.

Dedicated Van Lines was superb. They took care of everything needed when it came to our relocation. We got a great price accompanied by customer service. After we spent an hour or 2 putting together all the furniture items we planned on taking they gave us an all inclusive price. That price included wrapping all the furniture as well as breaking them all down. They took time to pack all the boxes carefully so nothing would be damaged or the boxes wouldn’t give way and just collapse onto the ground. The transit time getting from point a to point b was fast and we felt comfortable knowing our goods were in food hands. Happy to do business with them and we highly recommend them.

We really have to say that we are impressed with the services we received from dedicated movers. From the first phone call we instantly connected. We were able to talk and go room by room and put a list together of all the items we were moving. They are very progressive company so we were able to FaceTime them and show them pieces that we had a question as far as the size just to make sure we gave ourself a little extra room. We would only be responsible for the room that we occupied so once the truck was loaded in the price was adjusted in the end we Paid less than we anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve heard plenty of stories of moving going to completely opposite direction and I’m grateful that it did not happen to us. They were willing to do whatever it took to earn our business. They supplied us with many discounts that I’m sure they could’ve avoided but they did it purely out of the goodness of their heart. When it comes time to use a mover again if it ever presented self we will be calling him direct without inquiring online we were that happy with the service.
