This crew that they sent out knows exactly what they are doing when it comes to moving they made sure that we were smiling the entire time. When they arrived on the day that they said they were going to in the time frame that they said they were going to they packed all of our boxes and wrapped our all of our furniture and loaded the truck up for delivery. A few short days later the delivery day came around the same crew that picked us up delivered us and they unwrapped everything and put everything back together and in the correct rooms that we told them to put everything in. There was no damage and nothing was missing. I couldn't be any happier neither could my wife. I highly recommend using dedicated for all of your moving or relocation needs.
Exciting.
This was a very new and exciting experience for us. Our move was just completed by Dedicated Van Lines and it went great. Looking back now to even our durst conversation we had I could tell there was something different about this company. They spent a few days of hard work making sure our moving estimate was just right. We worked together opposed to other movers that would just tell us what we wanted to hear and bait us in with thief bottom line. Dedicated Van Lines has the best customer relations I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to a service. Things fell right into place and we ran into zero controversy at any point. It was nice to not have to worry for once. If u could rate a 10 I would it was that good.

Moving is stressful, like super stressful. When you are overwhelmed by companies calling and calling begging for money. It is very very sad to be honest. I have yet to experience something like this. I heard about a horror story but never lived it till now. I hope that I never have to do this again. The movers were great and I have no complaints with them it was all the companies that did not get my business that are a pain in my ribs. Thank you all for making this an easy and stress free process.
Near perfection.
There have been many many movers in my life that have taken us across country and there was never a mover quite like this. They treat you with respect, they are honest, and they make sure they keep the price the same as what was quoted. I must say that the only hiccup was that they wanted to deliver a day early and that is my fault not theirs what so ever. They made us happy and made sure our stuff was moved from one location to the next and they did it with out any damages or any thing missing. Thank you guys for making this smooth.

We called Dedicated Van Lines after speaking with a handfull of companies. The original list movers we spoke to seem to be very new in business we’re just didn’t have the reputation we were looking for. Dedicated Van Lines treated us like every day people who are not made of money. We saved up a long time for this move and the last thing that we wanted to happen wish to be out even more money when it was all said and done. We went through various checkpoints with their company to ensure that nothing was missed. The estimate we got over the phone was the final price. I found out that our sales rep we worked with had been with the company for over 10 years so what does that say about a company to you? It says that they do the right thing and they take care of their employees and that something that you’re not going to find in the company’s credentials. They did a spectacular job and we would be happy to use them again.

This was by far the easiest move that we have ever experienced. I spent years and years made bing around for the military. I got tired of them telling me when and what company to use so I did my own research and I found Dedicated and there name sticks exactly to there hard work and efforts. Everything is so expensive nowadays and we had no idea what the cost of moving would be. We put in a request to hear from a few local companies and started to get prices. They worked with us on payment installments as well as packing materials. They were never late for any appointments and very careful and moving our furniture. This is a great company. Thank you Dedicated Van Lines we could not have done this move without you. We wanted a full service move. We wanted a moving company to come over and wrap all the furniture, blanket wrap glass tables and pack up every single piece that needed a box. The movers came out the day before our actual pickup date just To do the packing and the prep work. It worked out even better than that being the last pick up on the truck which meant we were the first people to get dropped off. We got our furniture within five days and we’re extremely happy. Dedicated Van Lines was our diamond in the rough. A true gem of a company that deserves recognition for a job well done. Good company start at the top and I would say it’s due to good training, management and definitely communication. Thanks again.

If you’re not sure about a moving company and it seems like they are all the same call Dedicated Van Lines. They were the Least expensive and the easiest to work with. The hardest part about the whole thing was putting together a list of items. We listen to our sales associate and followed his directions and the relocation came out perfect. All the paperwork we got from them was self-explanatory and easy to understand. We didn’t feel like we needed a lawyer just to look at our moving paperwork this was a simple move in our minds. We just want to be picked And delivered on time without extra charges and sure enough that’s what happened and that’s how it should be. We can’t rate them high enough.
Saved our Sanity.
Dedicated Van Lines saved our sanity with our recent relocation. We were told by our landlord we had to pack up and move. That was stressful enough on top of finding a company that we can trust with the people in my family’s things. I would definitely recommend them. The staff we spoke to inquiring about our things were so kind and thorough. That made the move the easiest. Everything came in one piece. Nothing broke and it came on time. Dedicated Van Lines came to us as a referral. A business partner of mine contacted me after his move-in so well and suggested I give them a call. They were able to move his office as well as his home which was similar to it when I was looking for. We had a tight budget to work in and they were well aware of that. We also had dates that we need furniture picked up on and deliver it on as well.To say the least this is an excellent company that sticks to their word. Most of the other companies we spoke to seemed money hungry and could care less about my family and all the furniture we have cumulated over 30 years of our life. Always on time.
Dedicated Van lines was always on time. It didn’t matter if it was a phone call or an email they always did what they said they would. That really showed on move day. We were scared that our price would increase once the movers arrive but I did not. I give that credit to our sales rep who is very careful and putting our list together. He warned us of the things that could change our price and all the things that other moving companies charge for for example bed covers in the packing of the televisions we had that all handled before the movers came. It was simple so all they had to do was come and load and be on their way. They were the actual company. We were afraid a third-party would show up and claim the move but they did not. We appreciate the transparency and the patients with working with us I know we are not easy but this is a lot of money to us if we wanted to make the right decision and now I know for a fact that we did.

What a team that dedicated Van lines is. They all worked together and made sure that my family and I were not only treated like family but all of our stuff was handled with care in like it how to giant fragile sign on it. I was a little upset that I had to be relocated from my job but one thing that I can say is that the moving company handled everything and I have no worries and no stress. For one the customer service was phenomenal. Having worked in customer service for years I know quality service when I get it. There was many people involved that are due the credit for making my relocation a huge success. It starts with management. They employ respectful and knowledgeable sales people at Dedicated Van Lines. I was looking for a few guys to show up in a rental truck I wanted the real deal and that’s what I got. Watching them move around you can tell they were well trained. Totally securing the shipment before heading out. I know this can be a busy time of year for most but they took the time needed to make sure my goods were safe and I was happy. Haste makes waste and I’m glad we had the chance to work with them.
