Moved Without Any Issue.
We just received our furniture and boxes today at our new home in Manhattan and everything is in excellent condition! Federal Relocation Services delivered everything they promised. On time, professional, reliable. Exactly what we wanted. They were not the cheapest quote but they seemed to be the most honest and up front. If we ever move again, we will use them without question.
This is a scam!
Federal Relocation Services is a sales company. The representatives make claims that are false. Pertinent information is not disclosed. They use a below par moving company who use people from CRAIG'S LIST to move your household goods and furniture. The information given to us on the telephone was totally false and misleading. Beware of Relocation Services!! They were dropped from the Better Business Bureau because they did not respond to our compalint or several other complaints. They will low ball you to get you in and then charge you double if not triple the original estimate.
We have written to Arthur Tulin, whom I spoke to on the phone to voice our concerns when our furniture was lost. He told me that he was the one who responded to all concerns and he handles all BBB complaints. He never responded to my emails nor to the Better Business Bureau. He lied to us, as did Michael Butler (the sales person.)
I am writing to warn people so they don't get scammed by this so-called service company. They took our money and did everything but service us!

I called federal relocation services to move my furniture to florida,aggent said items would be at my location in 3 or 4 weeeks.we they contracted out my load to 8 mile moving and storage from detroit,don't know where any of my furniture is..no one answers phone,please call police. it been over a month.. movers wont call back they don't answer phones,wheres my funiture? 8 moving and storage in lavonia michigan is deffently the proplem..ripped off

Broken promises.
I signed up with this company because they looked so good online. The salesperson was friendly. I later found out that they would not be moving my things, I was subbed out to another company. THAT company has horrible reviews all over the web! I would never have chosen them. That Federal Relocation Services chose such a sham of a company to work with is ridiculous. Now I am dealing with broken furniture (some to the point of being unusable.). And over three weeks later, some of my items have still not been delivered. FRS does not want to take responsibility for this nonsense, trying to make me just accept it. Not going to happen, and I recommend you do not allow yourself to get swindled by this company, no matter how professional looking the website, or how nice the sales pitch.
Complete fraudulent company.
OK so we were doing our research my wife an I and we came across this company with the federal seal on it which makes it seem comforting. Well we called the government to make sure if it was actually government affiliated and what do you know. They absolutely are not government or federal about anything they do. I tried verifying the reviews they had put up on the site they have and all the reviews were faked as well with fake pictures lol wow!! Also they weren't smart enough to think people will google all the address and sites they have locations. Well we did and they Photoshoped the seal from the company onto other companies building sites to make it seem they have multiple locations. Ive been around a while and never have a seen such a scam company and such fabricated and fraudulent activity to capitalize on US the dumb consumer. Or so they think we are dumb. If this company contacts you. Run!
