Time Saver!
These guys are amazing! They entirely moved me from my studio apartment to my new two-bedroom in 5 hour and 30 minutes! They were on time and highly professional. Everything was carefully handled, and they wrapped all items in blankets and shrink wrap. And above all, both of the guys who moved me were such nice guys! They made my move as easy as it could be!
Fraudulent and Scam
Fidelity Van Lines is Fraudulent and will Scam you so be very wary if you use them to BROKER your move. They are only responsive until they receive your deposit. The mover they hired for me was also a scam mover and I was not given a choice of movers, however, once I found out who, I would not let them load my items. At this point Fidelity was non-communicative and refused to refund my deposit. My story is very much the same as many other complaints on here - same tactics - lowballed the quote; movers, when they finally did call me with less than a days notice to confirm move date, wanted to charge me double what Fidelity quoted, etc. I've made my complaints to the property authorities and anyone scammed by Fidelity, I would advise you to reach out to ALL appropriate local/state/federal authorities with your complaints and evidence. Until you do, nothing will be done about them and more will continue to be scammed. Also -- they claim in their contract that they are part of an arbitration program, they are not. They are also not part of some of the bigger moving organizations that most professional movers are. They have no arbitration or mediation - you can sue them outright. Be wary of the 5 star reviews, most are paid for and not real.
Great Experience
From being the first one to respond to a quote request, a quick video chat to accurately assess the requirements and present a plan, to checking in the day before to see how the packing was going, including assuring us that "it is all going to get done," they just checked all the boxes on being the best... They were even creative in the placement of furniture :) and extra careful even with the smallest of the items that needed protection. A very cheerful team too!
Superb!
They sent three movers who were very capable and kind. They arrived 20 minutes early, which rarely happens. They showed tremendous skills in packing everything and loading them onto the van. The whole process took almost no time, and it was very seamless. I was so happy to see how quick they were yet considerate. The delivery was easy too. The van came on time, and the movers unpacked everything and put them in their rightful places.
Stress Free Mover!
I used this company for the local move of my two-bedroom apartment. I'm delighted and highly recommend these guys. They arrived at the scheduled time and were very helpful and hard working. The quote was for an 8-hour move, but they were super-fast and finished it in 6 hours instead. Their costs are very reasonable, and there are no surprise charges or add-ons.
On time!
On the day of the move, they were punctual, friendly, and had their own equipment. The truck they brought was much larger than I needed, and the guys moved so fast that we were finished with the move early. They were careful with my things, wrapped my more excellent furniture without me having to ask, and now that I've finished unpacking, I can confirm that nothing was broken during the move. Plus, Fidelity Van Lines was competitively priced; my (albeit small) move was around $300. I would definitely use them again.

Fidelity Van Lines movers were incredible! They were much cheaper than other moving services but just as efficient and professional. They charged a flat rate but took the time needed to do a job well done. They moved heavy furniture from my second-story apartment to a new home. They dissembled and reassembled furniture and packaged and moved everything safely. I will definitely hire them again for any of my moving needs. Thank you, Fidelity Van Lines!

They did a great, fast job. Packed the truck perfectly to do it all in one trip. Didn't damage anything and even brought shrink wrap for the furniture. All our stuff was moved in 3 hours! Charming guys, I would hire again!

I've used Fidelity Van Lines a few times now. Without exception, the booking and delivery process has been very straightforward and clear. Occasionally, I had an issue not knowing whether a booking had gone through; customer service was beneficial and professional. I will return to them for future moves.

We moved last weekend, and the fellas at Fidelity Van Lines were terrific to work with. They took total care of our family. They were careful with our stuff, always polite and got it all done, moving our 4 bedroom place in about 7 hours from start to finish while moving us 40 miles away to another city. We cannot endorse them and the company enough.
