The movers came, everything was thoroughly numbered and labeled. The crew was very courteous and attentive about where things would be placed and getting things wrapped to prevent breakage or damage. They were very respectable. I recommend them!
Brilliant Movers!
I never moved with a moving company but, this time, I had to book a mover for sure. I have very heavy luggage this time. The Fidelity Van proved my decision was right. Their amazing crew was professional and wrapped everything up perfectly. I have highly recommended them to all.

I moved with Fidelity Van Lines last week, and it was a pleasant experience with them! They showed up on time and were very efficient with the move. The workmen came and wrapped and disassembled my furniture. They did an excellent job for me! I highly recommend them!

These guys are AWESOME!!! First, they were incredibly responsive when setting up my move and were organized and friendly. THEN they show up, and they were incredible. All four guys were clean, friendly, presentable, and professional. The whole crew walked with me from room to room to review what was going and what wasn't going, and they pointed out things I had missed. If you want to move with a reliable and affordable mover, stop looking and just call Fidelity Van Lines Company!

John and his colleague were unbelievable. They were very clean, wrapped, and protected everything, and nothing was damaged in the slightest. They worked fast and efficiently. I will recommend them to my friends.
TRULY THE WORST COMPANY EVER
Save yourself a ton of aggravation and find a reputable moving company.
Worst experience of my life in dealing with any company. Cost was 3 times the estimate but to be fair, the load was based on cubic feet and we had more than the the original estimate but when the truck arrived, my calculated number based on truck size and how full it was came far short of what they charged. They would not give a delivery date which ended up to be 18 days. Called the wrong number to notify us when they arrived.
They didn't return phone calls.

They were showed up early on the day of the move and always quick to answer emails/phone calls before the moving date. They are so amazing, all rounded, and I had never seen the movers like them! I highly recommend them!

Reasonable prices. Also, they were going to another job in fantastic cardio shape after being done with me--I was wiped out! I was on time, friendly, and helped out with packing containers and wardrobes after I didn't get all of the packing's finished in time.

Not recommended from California (Pasadena to Severance)
This company seems to have good reviews on the east coast, but I would not recommend them if moving to anywhere from California. Also, be aware from the beginning that Fidelity is a broker and you will be dealing with several sub-contractors after they set you up and get your initial payment. On June 5th, I was informed that the movers would not be coming because their truck broke down, so they would have to come the next day. They gave me a window of 11am-1pm. At 3pm, I texted and asked when they would be coming. They finally showed up at 5:30 pm, in a Uhaul truck, which made me uneasy. It was totally chaotic - Armin started the inventory and claimed I had more stuff (I might have had a couple more boxes, but the furniture was right on), so he re-worked my estimate for several hundred dollars (nearly $1,000) more than the original. I could not afford it, so I started taking things off. And there was a woman with them named Hannah who was frenetic, excitedly talking non-stop, marking my boxes...she bought a beautiful piece of furniture in perfect condition from me (that I had to take off original inventory because of the expense), then tried to drag it out of the house by herself, breaking one of the legs. After the truck was loaded, Armin presented me with an inventory, written on a piece of paper torn out of a notebook, which I had to sign(after which my original contract disappeared from the system-luckily I had saved it for comparison). I looked at the way my things were loaded in the truck and was very distressed, but decided to just pray it would all turn out alright. After 6 weeks of anxiety, many unanswered phone calls and messages, and finally threatening to report my property to the Pasadena Police Department as stolen, it was finally delivered on July 16th. Let me reiterate, it was picked up in Pasadena on June 6th. There was a very nice women named Barbara who is their main customer service person and I spoke to her about 3or4 times during the 6 week period (the last two after my threat), but she could never tell me where my stuff was or give me an anticipated date of when I would get it. I was only told, "The next time they have another load going to Colorado". This is unacceptable as a practice. So, besides Barbara, the only bright lights in this entire experience were Christian and his brother (Efraim?) who finally delivered my belongings. They had truck problems, too, and we lost some communication (not their fault), but were very sweet and did a terrific job once they finally got to our house and unloaded. It should be mentioned that there were also items marked for me that were not mine on the truck (I hope they found the owner) and that two of my items were significantly damaged, even though I was promised everything would be wrapped in blankets or bubble wrap. They do not have the supplies necessary to do that, so make sure all your furniture is protected before you send it out with them. Michael's (the broker) last words to me when I committed were, "We're going to take good care of you...". That did not end up being my experience, unfortunately. I'm being generous with two stars, really.
Scam artist
They sub contracted the move. Showed up 5 hours late. Tripled the price from $5600 to $15,000 ? And they went from one truck and 7 days delivery TO 21 days ?? Then they wanted CASH or MONEYORDER only ?? I have been in business for 25 years. The only people that require cash only are crooks. Stay away. Buyer Beware !!!
