   The best service ever. Very hard working, honest, no damage, have knowledge how to pack, answer all questions.

   This company is AWFUL!! Run and hide! Charged triple, took 56 days, delivered half of my stuff ,broken and beaten, boxes busted!!other half NEVER SHOWED UP! List queen mattresses and box springs, tons more! RUINED MY FAMILIES LIFE! if u are also a victim join Facebook group "east coast movers are scammers" lawsuit forming NOW!!

   

3. Moving Fraud! AKA East Coast Move.

   My parents who are in their 70s and on a fixed income, are in the process of moving. They hired a moving company by the name of "East Coast Move" (US DOT: 1896009 MC: 681911) to move their belongings from IN to TN. They receive a "binding estimate" from the moving company for $3,018.04. My parents put down a non-refundable deposit of $865 for the move. When the movers arrived they told my parents it was going to cost twice as much as their estimate ($6,000+). Now my parents are forced to move themselves via a U-Haul and have lost their deposit. The heavy things for which my elderly father and disabled mother cannot move, will have to be left behind. This company is a group of fraudsters and scammers who have preyed on the elderly.

4. This company is a scam.

   Came on the second backup day at 7:00pm at night. Who the heck wants to move at 7:00pm at night? Salesman lied to me several times. Basically, their strategy is to lie to you on the phone and then leave everything that you talked about with them out of the written contract so they can deny deny deny. I get to my new place and have to wait 20 days to get my stuff. Apparently, if you say your move in date is 20th they don't start that incredibly long waiting period until the 20th. If you have a 10 - 20 day window, tell them you're moving in about 10 days earlier than you actually are so they actually come on the date you move in. Otherwise, you'll be a poor sap like me who had to sleep on an air mattress for a month before I could get my stuff. They also bent my mattress in half. All of the reviews on this site are fake. 5. The Best Florida Had 2 Offer.

   I highly recommend Finest Movers Inc..They offer a much needed service to the elderly, like me who have run into residential and business challenges. My company had to downsize our office so that's why we inquired Finest Movers Inc. We had to close an office which was 5000 Sq ft. The Finest Movers Inc, team here provided emotional support in helping us to move the furniture out the two level office building from Miami, Florida to Fayetteville, NC. The price Finest Movers Inc quoted me was far less than I expected.. Finally, the financial challenge hit home to me personnally. Thus, I had to sell my luxury condo quickly and your team offered again emotional support to help me move even though the loss of my condo was draining me financially and emotionally. May God bless your business in sound fiscal growth.

6. Great Move, Great Company.

   I just wanted to give a big high-five to the folks at Finest Movers, Inc. I was really stressed over the move (long distance, no help, new job, etc.) and Finest Movers came through for me big time. They were very patient and understanding about all of my fragile items and antique furniture. Understanding that some items have value that is WAY above the face value was something I didn't have to explain to the moving crew. They took care of everything, wrapped every item professionally and safely, didn't ding up my old house OR my new place getting the stuff in, and everything was in great shape. I had some VERY heavy items (an old couch, dresser, wardrobe, etc.) and they made sure they were properly loaded. My kids were very interested in all of the activities and they were very patient and careful around the kids, dog, cat, etc. The moving crew was punctual and came right when they said they would. The truck took an extra day because of weather, but they kept us informed the whole time and we knew right when the truck arrived at our new house. Finest Movers is just a truly professional company who knows how to do their jobs right. They have the equipment, training, organization and people to make your move as effortless as possible. I am just so grateful that I didn't have to do all the hard work myself and am now settled into a new job in a new town that is starting to feel like home. Thanks, Y'all!! Jeff.

   I really have to say that the service was just excellent!
   the whole process was very professional with a great communication. Simply just found the best place so the next time I have to move definitely will get Finest Movers services.
   They know what they are doing,they have experience. My move was from virginia and the difficult part was really a great experience with these guys.

8. Thanks for a great move!

   I highly recommend the guys from Finest Movers! My latest move really was a positive experience (well, as positive as any move can be). In my experience, moving from state to state is a huge pain, because there is so much to think about and so much to remember. But these movers were professional all the way from beginning to end. From the time I called to the time I received my belongings at my new home, I was treated with respect and interest. In the beginning when I called, the person on the phone was pleasant and even gave me a few suggestions to remember about doing my move (packaging, loading, unpacking, etc). The move was surprisingly within my $3000-$3500 budget. For a move from North Georgia to Central Florida, other movers that I called wanted at least another $1000. I’m glad I called around first. The movers confirmed with me the dates, and showed up early on the morning of the move. The movers worked well together (great teamwork), like they had been together for quite some time. I didn’t have that much stuff, so they were able to load the truck quickly. My belongings were treated carefully. At the end of the move, I discovered NO broken or damaged belongings. The moving team didn’t just “drop and go”, they placed the items in the area my wife and I needed, so that items that might be needed more immediately were available to us first. They were able to place bigger items in the rooms that they might go in (bedroom, bathroom, living room, etc). In the past, another moving company I had used just dropped everything in the garage and left. Not the guys from Finest Movers. They actually took the time to make sure we were satisfied, while working quickly and efficiently. It is important to me to not have to worry about someone else having to handle my belongings, and I felt that I could trust the moving crew from Finest Movers. I am grateful to them for taking care of my move. Thanks guys!

9. Finest Movers Inc did an Excellent Job!!

   After accepting a new job in Virginia, I had to quickly move out of my townhouse in Florida. I hired Finest Movers Inc since I had to be out of my house quickly and they did a great job. The staff was very nice and professional and they were able to move everything without any issues or damages. It was a very stressful time for me and I was very pleased with just how easy/seamless the move went. The price was very affordable and was one of the best prices I could find after shopping it out. I definitely recommend Finest Movers for any move that you might need to make in your future!

10. Great Service.

    Finest Movers did an excellent job moving my belongings from Florida to Indiana. They arrived right on schedule and they were able to get everything loaded in time. They got there a few days later and when my belongings were unloaded, the items were spotless everything was safe and sound. Would reccomend and would have them move my belongings again.

11. Experienced Movers.

    I had a fabulous experience with Finest Movers. They were able to transfer everything from my old house to my new house just in a few days which was amazing. They handled not only fragile items with great care but they did with all of the items. All the items that I moved were in pristine condition after I moved, not a single scratch or dent. Experienced movers and I gurantee you that they will do a good job.

    When I got the opportunity to work in Indianapolis, IN – I grabbed the opportunity in both hands because I badly wanted to be with my girlfriend. I hired Finest Movers Inc out of many options because of their great online presence and obviously for the rate I was offered. They have justified all those good reviews written by many people. Movers showed up on time with the necessary tools and packing materials. Packing was done to the perfection and loading as well, transition was made before the scheduled time and the condition of my belongings were great just like it was left from Denver, CO. And I paid a decent amount. I actually nothing had to ask for.

13. The epitome of ridiculous.

    I scheduled a move with this company a month ago after reading online reviews, looking at the better business bureau website, and calling protect your move consumer hotline. I spoke to Greg who was helpful and offered great customer service. I got a total of 5 estimates, some of which were in home. Finest Movers was about $400 more than American Van Lines, but because of the customer service I had experienced, I went with them despite then being a smaller company. I was scheduled for pick up on 06/28 or 06/29. After my $1200 deposit was made, everything went downhill. I was told by Greg to update my moving inventory 5-7 business days before the move, which I attempted to do so that I could purchase moving insurance. I called the company several times and left messages without a call back. Finally I spoke to Derek, who said he would have Greg call me back. Well, to this day, I haven't spoken to Greg since he took my deposit. After not hearing from Greg, I called back and Derek said he would send me the info to update my inventory by 5 that day and that they would let me know at the end of the week which day I would be picked up, but it would most likely be Sunday. Didn't happen SO I called back again the next day. At that time, Derek sent me a list to update and after another day's delay, gave me a new estimate so I could purchase my moving insurance. The whole process took over a week and I ended up paying for my insurance on the Friday before the "move". Friday afternoon, I didn't hear from anyone about when my stuff would be picked up. I called around 4 pm and was told my move was scheduled for Sunday. Sunday came and went without word from anyone. I started calling this morning at 9 am since their website says they open at 9 and after 930, I spoke to Derek again who coldly let me know that they would not be able to pick my stuff up until July 1-4!! Well, obviously, if I have to be out of my home by June 30 at 5 pm, that isn't going to work. He was cold, distant and didn't seem to care at all. In fact, he told me that someone indicated that I spoke with them over live chat through the weekend and said it would be fine for them to change the date. That never happened! Derek said that they oversold the space on the truck and that there was nothing they could do and explained that if I moved during the later time frame, their company wouldn't even offer an inconvenience discount or anything. In other words, the move would cost the exact same thing, despite the added extra stress and inconvenience. At that time, I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. Conveniently, there was not one available, but Derek reassured me that it didn't matter if I spoke to one because he or she would just tell me the same thing anyway. I also told him that I had paid for moving insurance which, of course, was not his problem.
    Moving is a very stressful experience and this company could not have been more inconsiderate. I will never consider them again for anything and I will make sure that as many people know about this experience as I can find to tell, just like I post frequently about my positive experiences. Truly, this has been the most stressful moving experience I have ever had, and the sad thing is that I haven't even left my place of origin to start heading to my new destination. I appreciate the efforts of American Van Lines, who had given me advice, despite me not going with their company, American Moving and Hauling for being willing to squeeze me in for a load service tomorrow morning, Penske (Tarshiana) for doing everything they could to help me, and AAA for their consumer relocation services!!

14. Cross Country Move - Happy Customer.

    They made my move nearly hassle free. I say nearly, because while everything went beyond my expectations as far as this company and their service, my personal trip from Miami to Seattle was fraught with disasters.. The price was completely reasonable and I'm thrilled that it was so competitive. The actual movers who handled my furniture and other items were promptly on time, and very polite and efficient. They treated with courtesy and were willing to put up with my eccentricities regarding what rooms went first and what had to be extra protected.  Though I hope never to have to move across country again, if I did I would choose these guys in a heartbeat.

15. Moving Miles Away.

    I have to be honest, I didn't know what to think when I was searching for long-distance movers. I didn't know who I could trust, and the reviews were just all over the place! I eventually ended up going with First Movers because I saw them on moveroftheyear.com and it was one of the best decisions I had ever made. My relative was moving from sunny Florida to Oregon on a job and they needed to be there within one week of when they wanted to leave Florida. First Movers were quick, efficient, affordable and very helpful. I was so pleased with their service and whenever I need to move again, I will use them!
