Trustworthy and best packers and movers
Even after seeing some negative reviews , I decided to go with Glovve because they provided me good quote. It was lot better than 10 other quotes I recieved. I had no idea how my experience will be in pandemic.
I moved 2BHK (29items) from Mumbai to Bhopal with Glovve team.
I received each and every time perfectly packed. Packing was done on video call and the team was very cooperative.
Move manager was also reachable all the time. I recieved my shipment on the day when there was complete lockdown in city. The transport team coordinated and waited patiently 8 -10 hours to deliver the shipment, what else we want.
I am so happy and satisfied with their service. I would really like to recommend them to everyone.
Household shift
I shifted my items from panvel to jabalpur.
They misplaced my item and left it in nagpur. And after 10 another days they found it.
Also my lcd tv is now broken.
I could not raise the complain because i opened the box after 24 hours.
Waste of service better to go with Agarwal service.
Waste service never ever faced critical problems like they don't maintain timesense drunken proffesional service.

I had use glovve packers and movers service to shift my household items and my activa from Raigad to mumbai. The entire process was very smooth. Loading and unloading was proper. Packing was pretty good. They delivered my items safe. I will recommend glovve to everyone. They are best packers and movers service provider!!
Extremely Bad, very poor service.
Unprofessional staff, no coordination , unable to handle the items, no clarity of transportation. Frustrating experience.
Pathetic service, avoid at Any cost.
I was promised following things which never happened:
1. Details of truck transporting my goods to be shared
2. Updates on loading and dispatch of truck
3. Updates on arrival at destination and details of local transportation
4. Unloading and unpacking (only one drive arrived, I had to arrange for labour myself)
Following are the aspects which make Glovve pathetic -
1. No sense of responsibility by the so called Move Manager
2. Disconnect between partner and Glovve
3. No updates and clarity in communication at all. They will tell you we'll check and call back in 2 mins, they never do. It will always be the customer who calls them.
4. Payment to be done in advance, so that they can provide such pathetic service without any fear
Since unloading and unpacking was not done by Glovve's partner as there were no labours, I had to pay extra to local labours. I have already sent an email for refund of the service which was never provided to me. I am sure Glovve will not be responding. Once again, save yourself from agony and go with any other local vendor, avoid Glovve at all costs.
DO NOT use glovve even by mistake, they are fraudsters.
With reference to Job No.: IND1219-05003, I would like to mention that this turned out to be a nightmarish experience. It couldn't be worse with no communication, no updates from anyone and after seeing the delivery of my items, I ended up regretting why I chose Glovve in the first place!
As discussed, attached here are the items that were received broken/spoiled. They are not usable to me anymore. Here are my points of concern.
Looking at the items, one can easily see that the items were poorly packed despite being promised for 3-layer packing for inter-city transfer. Seems like customer is the least of your concern! I ended up throwing all kitchen items that spilled over.
The items have have been dropped from height, dumped quite a few times that even robust items like wood and chair got broken. Is this how you treat your customer items?
Regarding Insurance, after the items have been taken from me, how can I be responsible for your mistakes? Will you take the same responsibility? The customer can in no way influence the shifting/loading-unloading/delivery of items. If it is broken, who is responsible for this?
The delivery boys(both while packing and while delivery) were not from Glovve and were some roadside labors as was clearly visible in the way they were working. Trained people don't pack/load/unpack items like the way they were doing. No surprise the items I received were in such a bad shape.
For every broken item, the reply I received from the labors was - "hume aise hi mila hai". I didn't give my items to you - broken and spoiled, did I? If you are not willing to take the responsibility of your customer items, then do mention it upfront and I can guarantee not even a single customer would be willing to relocate with you.
You need all your payment upfront, both while booking and delivery. My items were held at ransom for unloading asking for payment before it happens but not a single word for the damages. Ofcourse, that's all you care about. Just think of a customer, who sees his items broken like this but is asked to pay all amount upfront! shameful.
I finally realized that I committed a big mistake by choosing Glovve. Would never do it again! The response from your sales executive and relocation manager has been poor to say the least, with no updates, status or timelines being shared.
They deliver in pieces, right? My Rs. 18, 500 Dining table is not only broken but has creaked/loosened from all joints deeming it completely unusable!
Rs. 2750 revolving chair is broken from left side, deeming it un-repairable, unusable!
The packed items completely spilled over as I ended up throwing all of it. Even the suitcase has been spoiled completely!
Even my scooty's front mud guard is twisted, but at least I could get it repaired by paying Rs.1000.

I have done movement from Bhopal to Pune. Done booking for 17 feet truck Glovve provided 14 feet truck and packing materials is also not providing done packing with news papers available at my home. Very very less bubble wrap bring to wrap glass or crockery item's.

My shifting was very satisfying.
I had a good experience with the team. Team arrived exactly at scheduled time. Despite packing taking slightly longer than expected, they didn't complain. My move and packing needs were minimal since I was moving only 100 m away.
Fraud company.
I have taken a request for transport of my houshold goods to Glovve. They have stolen my goods and they are not ready to give a compensation. They have cheated on me by giving all false promises. Order no : IND0719-00662.
