My home shiftung and packing was very nice. This was a very good experience for me to shift into a new city with so muxh of vuss around but no hassle with these people, very much professional.
Worst service and Strongly do not recommend.
Their insurance policy is not good like they damage our products and we have to get estimation etc and they will deprecate the value also. Their pick up team was good at Mumbai but delivery team is destructive. My TV, Kitchen rack were damaged and one chair is missing. Surprisingly I was following up with Glovve team for resolution from 3rd December and finally they replied me on 6th December for procedure of insurance. I am attaching the damages for reference.

This fraud company Lost my carton.
I had booked their service to transport my stuff from Mumbai to Delhi in October, received it really late, the transporters refused to deliver it to my house in 3rd floor even though it was mentioned in the invoice, and when finally they delivered, they misplaced my carton!
I have been calling them daily, talking to their transporters and managers but no one seems to take any responsibility. They keep telling me that it's difficult to put in so much effort for 1 carton.
It has been a month now and I honestly don't see any progress from their side. They have stopped picking up my calls. I even asked to share the transporter's address so that I can personally go and check their warehouse. Still no response from their side.
I would strongly urge people to fight against these kinds of looters and never ever use Glovve for moving your stuff.
P.s : if anyone can help me with any advice or suggestions to how to find my stuff or take action against them, I will be really thankful!
Worst service.
I shifted from Pune to Akola.Managar and others will call you every hour untill you don't pay online..but once u pay, they will ignore your calls. you will never come to know the status of shipment till last moment.It was delayed by 24 hours.
Extremly worst transportation service because 8 to 10 items are broken. It is probably because of local partner of glovve in Akola. In quotation money was for packing, unpacking, where as they have not done unpacking at all. they helped me only for heavy objects. whereas 35 other packets they simply left in parking and went.when I wish to clame for breakage, I again experienced very bad experience from trip manager.He simply cuts your call and will nither pick it up or nor reply back.
I will never recommend Golvve packers to anybody.

Glovve is a scam. They stop taking ur calls the moment they receive your money. Took 15 days to transport stuff from pune to Bangalore. Didn't provide a proper copy of payment. Please avoid.
Unprofessional approach, irresponsible people and no service delivery.
Packing & moving service booked as per MovePlan- INL[protected] for 1 Sep 2019, to start at 9AM. No response from anyody at Glovve until 10 AM, in spite of over 50 calls to their manager and executives. Managed to get connected to the move manager at 10:15 AM, who committed start of operations by 11 AM. Finally, a bunch of 5 unruly, totally unorganized and useless guys came home around 1 PM, with just a couple of carton boxes and gunny bags. Starting to look around what to do, they started asking me if I know any hardware shops nearby to go and get some tools, another fellow is asking me if I can provide him a vehicle to go and buy those tools. The third guy is asking me if I can provide him some packing materials. I immediately asked them to get out of the house, lest I lose my sanity.
I am seeking compensation of Rs. 65000 for damages, agony and mental trauma that Glovve has caused for this mockery that they have done to a customer who has already paid advance and kept everything aside waiting for this move.
Have not received the refund of my advance amount yet.
Pathetic services.
I had booked my consignment on glovve.com on 12th June 2019, it was told that it will be delivered on 24th June 2019 maximum date But the consignment reached us on 2nd july 2019 .Although the delivery was delayed the 32 inches skyworth led tv of 15000 which was insured was smashed totally and the team did not send us the insurance certificate till date. Now after repeatedly mailing and calling they aren't responding to my calls and mails.
I feel cheated after choosing glovve as my movers and packers.
They do not give proper services to their customers.
All their services are pathetic .
Please do not choose them for moving.
Worst ever service Glovve.
Had paid online through to move my house shifting on 29th May 2019 through Glovve and thinking that they are professionals But from the reporting time onwards they have delayed. Instead of coming at 10am they came on 12.30pm. As per the communication they suppose to cover all electronics goods but nothing is done. All hurry burry work and their Ac tecnicians are 3rd orders. They were arguing with me and damaged my indoor unit and external pipeline.. they suppose to fix my AC back at my new house and did not turned up.. they have charged for my AC dismandling and fixing and half work not done or money not refunded. My new dine in table got damaged. One thing I understood Glovve is not professional company and just local and worst ever service provided. They act as professional and gives several mail communications and the ground reality is zero.. who ever read this I suggest not to make a mistake in your shifting with this uncultured team called Glovve.
