Did every single thing WRONG.
Terrible packing job. Late delivery. Held our belongings hostage while demanding more money before delivery, in violation of federal regulations which state they can charge an additional percentage, but must give you 30 days AFTER delivery to pay the extra amount. "Lost" our furniture for weeks, between Florida and California. Every piece of furniture in our very sturdy bedroom set was gouged. Many other items damaged. Example: they packed a new white down comforter in a box with inked stamps from our home office, without even wrapping inked stamps. Thus, white down comforter is now stained with red ink, permanently.
Never responded in writing to our damages claim, in violation of federal regulations. Never paid a penny on our damages claim, even though we finally agreed to settle for a measley few hundred dollars. If you ever need to speak to "Mike," be prepared. He's always either "in a meeting" or "at lunch." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Excellet Job!
I contacted 3 or 4 movers to give me quotes from moving from TX to CA. Good Team took the time to come to my apartment to give me an estimate in person. During the move day I thought that they did an overall excellent job. The two gentlemen that packed my things did a great job wrapping all of my furniture and were able to quickly and efficiently load the truck. Good Team were very hardworking, honest, and responsive to my follow up questions and did an excellent job in executing my move without any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them for your move. Great Job!

I was very happy with my move with Good Team Movers. They came in and packed my entire apartment the day before the move (I paid for a full packing service) and made sure that everything was packed correctly so that nothing will get broken. The crew on the day of the move was very polite and professional as well and took the time to make sure that everything was taken care off, in its place and reassembled. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my move so easy! .
Perfect Job!
We read many moving horror stories in the past, and came across a few in our home town, so we had a hard time deciding on a moving company when it was our time to move. We considered to move our 3 bedrooms home ourselves but decided to give Good Team a chance, for a friend recommended to us. Let me say that Good team Movers were wonderful, moving us from TX to GA on April 2013. They were on time, personable, helpful, patient, and hard working. Nothing got scratched, damaged, or lost. We were not charged for extra or hidden fees. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone that is fearful of hiring a moving company like we did.

These movers are professionals. They know how to act in every difficult situation. The way the lifted and moved my super heavy stuffs was nothing less than a miracle. I was very worried about the move because there were many vulnerable and sensitive stuffs to be moved but the movers did exceptionally well to manage everything without an error. I am very pleased with their performance and I do believe that they gave me the best possible service and the price. It was a perfect move by Good Team Mover.

I booked my move with Good Team Movers after another moving company didn't bother to show up for our move from TX to NV. They scheduled us quickly and got the move done without any last minute haggling. They carefully wrapped all our furniture, disassembled our desk table and bed and reassembled it after they moved us in. These guys are the best you can get at a decent rate. Highly recommend Good Team Movers.
Great Team!
Good Team Movers were great. They were fast, efficient, professional, and a cool guys. They have a good sense of humor and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I over packed a couple of large boxes and they immediately provided some free boxes to repack my books and it didn't even slow them down. I also had some very heavy stuff which they took care of without issue. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was the first time I ever hired professional movers and I have to say it was worth every penny. My previous experience was quite traumatic but that's what I get for not hiring the pros. I contacted Good Team Movers and they gave me the rates, which are very competitive. They give you the price up front with no hidden costs. On my move day, movers arrived on time and were professional, polite, and overall had very pleasant and friendly personalities. It was a stress free move thanks to Good Team Movers, I will definitely recommend them to all.

I used Good Team Movers last month to move my house from TX to WV. The moving team showed up on time and did a great job. They were very friendly, nice to be around. They loaded up all my belongings very carefully and quick. Few days later they delivered my shipment and once again did a great job! Great moving company! Great team!

We hired Good Team Movers for our move from TX to our new house in NC. We were very pleased - these guys worked efficiently and were careful with our contents. Delivery was as schedule and everything arrived in avery good condition. We also referred them to other friends who were similarly satisfied.

I know that there are many movers but I also know that only few are good to handle tricky moves. Most of the moving companies promise a lot but never come close to keep their commitments. But Good Team Movers is not like any other ordinary moving companies. They know how to serve their customers. I have used this company few weeks ago while relocating to FL. It was quite a tricky and big move considering the volume of the goods and nature of the move. But they still delivered all the goods before the schedule and also managed to deliver everything in one piece. I must say that they charged a very competitive price as well. Highly recommended!
Disappinted..
This was the worst moving experience in my life! It tool over a month to get my stuff, and they didn't tell me how long or any situation even though I asked (they didn't even answer the phone most of the time). And when I got my stuff, guys just brought a paper work and hurried me to sign, NO confirmations. After that, I realized there were missing boxes and damaged things..

In my four long distance move, this has been the worst moving experience. They are cheaters and ripped me off, besides causing extreme emotional stress and financial damage. I filed a small court claims against them. Finally, gave up as I am a busy professional and do not have the time or energy to fight these crooks. So save your time, money and peace of mind and find a moving company other than GOODTEAM MOVERS. They showed up late, dumped everything in boxes instead of properly packing items, delivered late, almost double the bill than initially quoted, damaged items and even broke items.
