  1. Thieves. Beware

    Horrible service. Very unprofessional, extremely slow just horrendous service. They pick up people from the street to move you and you get your items stolen. Several items missing. Plus, many items were damaged. I should have hired professionals that are bonded. Expensive mistake. I will be making sure everyone knows about this hack of a business.

  2. Poor service.

    Very bad communication. The manager mark was very rude on the phone and hung up in my face. My merchandise was left on the truck and no one called to let me know. I had to call over 10 times to let them know. Their response was “ oh yes it’s still on the truck”. Could not give me a specific date on redelivering. Some of my furniture was damaged.

    The two gentlemen were very helpful and perfect gentleman would not let me pick up one box. Will very informative on how to maximize my space in the moving truck and we're very respectful. No damage was done. They were able to load everything into the appropriate rooms. It was like I had a personal mover, Home interior designer, visionary all in one.

  4. Home Movers.

    Do not hire Home Movers. I had them booked to work 2 guys for 2 hours to unload our uhaul truck in Ft worth. Long story short, after I’d not heard from them I called to make sure they were still coming. They said the driver was running late and they would need to CANCEL my move. I had waited all day for them and needed to return the moving truck. I guess my small job wasn’t worth it to them. I’m hoping to get my $40 deposit back at least. My daughter and I (53 year old Mom) had to unload the whole truck by ourselves. I can’t believe their lack of consideration. I should’ve read the reviews before scheduling. Looks like I’m not the only one they’ve let down.

    BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN IT'S ENTIRETY!

    These are the most horrible unprofessional greedy so-called movers I have ever encountered. There is so much damage to that was done to my furniture at the hands of the movers and greedy practices of this company. First off, they are not equipped for major jobs of moving an entire household. The only trucks this company owns are 24/26 ft trucks that have been purchased from the UHaul company. A clear indication that if you have a 3-4 bedroom household to move the movers will have to make more than 1 trip. Since time is money then you have already exceeded the 3hr time rate.
    The agent who processed my reservation did not tell before hand that their trucks were only the standard sizes. I would have elected to not use their services because of the amount furniture accompanied with boxes I had, I knew for a certainty I would need real moving company trucks with sizes larger enough to accommodate my furniture.
    Next one of the movers was unprofessional in his language and the other young man was very inexperienced. I think they worked hard but they had no resources thus causing them to work hard and not smart.
    They started off like the hare in the tortoise and hare fable. However after 2 hours they started making irresponsible decisions and everything started going downhill.
    This moved lasted 10 hours!!
    They tore 2 leather sofas, broke a decorative item; dented my stainless refrigerator in SEVERAL places; tore the fabric of breakfast nook dining chair; took out the screws of refrigerator door and forgot them in workers pocket; took screws out of glass table set, did not put all screws back into set; did not put support legs back on night stand; scarred tv console and second bedroom foot board, chest of drawers and nightstand; did not put pins in drum of washer and pins are now missing; borrowed pliers and kept them; left large items at previous residence.
    These are just a few of the damages as a result of using this obviously careless and money-hungry moving company.
    I had to call the police because the worker gave me an amount to pay and said if they went over the time after, he wouldn't charge anymore. Well at 5:00 p.m. he stopped and said the company said I would have to pay an extra $89 dollars. I refused, so as a directive from the office they stopped unloading the truck and moved the truck to a location where I didn't know where they were.
    Lastly I did get my furniture, the company and I have been in constant heated arguments as a result of the horrible experience I had. They are not willing to replace tools that were taken during the move and is making excuses by saying everyone makes mistakes. Really that many mistakes with another person's property and charging the rate I paid.
    Clearly disgusted!!

  6. A** Backwards Clowns of The Century.

    P** POOR MOVING COMPANY is the best way to describe this moving company. First of all, the staff showed up 8 minutes late (outside their 2hr window). I had to help MOVE the furniture after I saw that it took them an entire hour to move one L shaped couch. To top the icing on the cake, the company doesn't allow their drivers to take the fastest route (i.e. toll route), so the drivers go all the way around the world to get to their destination. A 25 minute drive becomes an HR 20 minute drive. Then they try to nickel and dime you over 60 dollars. The MGR is rude. doesn't care about customer service and the guys working for him encourage you to call the BBB because they know that the company is a sham. They only take CASH payments so im sure they're not paying their fair share to Uncle Sam also. I could go on and on but I would rather make 80 trips in my hoopty than use these clowns and I'd STILL be faster than they were moving me.

    P.S. I have to give a star. that's the only reason I'm doing so. CLOWNS OF THE 21ST CENTURY.

  7. Excellent Service With Affordable Rates.

    This company was extremely professional. They showed up at the time that they said they would, and they took extreme care of my belongings. I highly recommend this company.

  8. Left elderly parents stranded for two days.

    Unreliable and good at run arounds. Left my elderly parents for two days without their furniture and they had to sleep on the floor wrapped in their robes as blankets. Called them multiple times and their business line had full voice mails. Gentleman called back and wouldn't give his name but kept saying they will call us back. No calls and no show. I would not recommend this company to no one. I'm glad no money was exchanged but my feelings for my parents is breaking my heart.

  9. Very friendly.

    I was supposed to move on a Saturday but they called and let me know that the truck had broken down and they would not be able to move me until the next day. The guy was very apologetic and nice. The next day the movers arrived on time and LaFredrick was very nice and hard working! The other mover (Cody) was very slow and took down one small box at a time. After 30 minutes Cody said he had a family emergency and had to leave. When he explained his "family emergency" it only seemed like an excuse to leave. I then found out that this was Cody's first day on the job and probably wouldn't be coming back. LaFredrick continued to work and basically moved my entire apartment himself. Two other movers showed up after a while and they were able to get me into my new apartment in 3 hours even though it was mostly LaFredrick doing the moving. He did a great job and the other two movers were very helpful as well. Overall, my experience with them was positive and they only charged me for 2 hours since 1 guy helped for most of the time.

  10. False Advertising!!

    Falsely advertises one price then gives another. Very rude on the phone!! Do not use!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Alberto and Joel arrived on time and did an incredible job with our moving. Worked hard, wrapped the furniture, carefully relocating all our furniture and furnishing. They took great care of everything.

  12. BEWARE! Use another moving service.

    These were the worst movers I have ever used. I used them to move from one apt to another in November 2015. The movers dropped my washing machine in the street, broke it, and only offered me $92 in repayment. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME !! - it's now over a year later and I just want to warn anyone that this company is shady.

  13. My fridge.

    My fridge has many dents in the doors and I showed it to the movers and they said just file a claim knowing they would not do anything. I did send in all the required papers and never heard anything back from them.

  14. Crooked Owner.

    I called to get pricing and schedule a move. I was given an hourly rate of $65 per hour to move a bed, nightstand, and dresser. The day of the move - 3 hours before the move - got a call from Home Movers saying the price was wrong and it would now be $85 per hour instead. This added approx $120 to my bill. I understand mistakes happen and asked the owner, Mark Molina, if we could compromise since it was their mistake - I pay an additional $80-$90 and they take care of the $40..his response was a flat no!! He also indicated he was doing me a favor. I'd already given my apartment the move out date and with only 3 hours notice had no choice but to agree to the last minute price increase.

  15. 30 hours late.

    They were scheduled to arrive Thursday the 2nd between 3pm-6pm. I contacted the office and was told that the crew was running late and would arrive no matter what. Later, I received a call from the driver at 9:30pm stating he would not be arriving and could fit me in the following day at the same time. I explained to him that we had to be out of the house and could not afford to wait until that time. He quarantined us they would arrive at 11am on the 3rd due to the cancellation and get us moved. Needless to say they arrived at 9:30pm on the 3rd and didn't finish until 3:30am that Saturday morning. Once they finished I realized they had scratched and broken several items including putting the baby's crib together backwards. I was originally scheduled for a 2 person crew and was charged extra for a 3 person crew that arrived. It's sad that the only apology for the incident came from one of the crew members NOT the office. What a poor example of customer service.
