  1. Thieves and Crooks.

    Home Movers are thieves and a bunch of crooks! It took them 7 hours to move my 1 bedroom 650 sqft apartment from building 3 to building 5 within the same apartment complex and they didn't even get the job done. I had to hire another moving company to move the rest of my items. Home Movers damaged my couch and also charged me over $500 for the move due to errors committed by them. I've called numerous times but I keep getting blocked and I've also written emails but Home Movers have not even acknowledged them. These people have absolutely no values or ethics. They are only after your money in any way possible. Please Do Not Hire these criminals if you value your time, money and personal belongings. The are one of the worst scumbags!

  2. Customer service.

    Jamal was extremely helpful and professional. As a single woman who drives a regular car, I had no way to get my new mattresses home. Sam's club does not offer delivery. Even though the day I needed was fully booked, he worked very hard to fit me in. Very good representative for the company and made me feel like my business was important. He had excellent communication and kept me informed of his progress with my needs. I will definitely use this company in the future.

  3. Broken staff.

    The worst moving company I have ever known. They broke my furniture I made a claim and they never gave me an answer. I called them too many times and they were so rude,they also asked me to not called them back again. HORRIBLE!! The lady who I have been talking to during more than one year and a half is very rude and the last time I talked to her by phone she hung up the call. I definitively would not recommend that company due to the lack of professionality.
    They never paid me my broken furnitures and staff.

  4. Awful.

      Awful! When I scheduled my appointment for the movers to come out I was greeted nicely by Mark Molina he was very nice and helpful. Once the movers came the what was suppose to be a smooth transition changed to a nightmare. Let me first say that the movers were approachable and kind to me.  However, the two men that moved me damaged 2 items of mine as well as broke one. They were not skillfully prepared to take down my washer and dryer therefore I had to leave my home and run to Walmart to purchase pliers ($13) which they never reimbursed me for as they stated they would and they took with them to their next job. Also they took longer than any move I have EVER had, taking a total of 5 hours when it normally takes 3. The movers were new partners as they blamed each other for the things that damaged and broke behind each others backs to me; the customer. I call their manager Mark Molina the next day only to be rudefully spoken to and interrupted  saying  "are you done yet..are you done yet" and " here is the claims email for your damagers; good bye." This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company and I will never use them again! I give them $300 for the manager of this company to speak in the way that he did along with the reckless service I already received from the actual movers.  .
