A big change of scenery but I think it will be for the better for me and my family. A new job awaits me so I needed to quickly move. The job covered the expenses so that's not a problem, although their price was regardless one of the lowest around. Five stars to independence van lines because I did not have to worry about a thing, they took care of it all from A to Z.

Good work from this group of moving men. The contract pricing was decent, we had lower offers but I highly doubt they would of moved us as quickly. Speed was of the essence for me in this situation so I needed to convey that to the movers. They didn't have an issue with it, they gladly took on the challenge :).

Independent van lines is a scam.
Independent van lines is a scam. They got $890 of my money and did nothing promise to move me a boat motorcycle and some tools the boat was only 15 foot with a trailer that was about 20 foot and motorcycle and about 20 boxes of handtools jigsaw’s etc. They went to pick it up and the driver said he didn’t have enough space on his truck even though I told Brent stone exactly what I had on the truck with under 2000 pounds. Do not use this company in any circumstance they screwed me out of my money and they will screw you out of yours.

Five stars in the most I can give so that's what i'm putting, but it could even be six stars. With everthing going on in the country, they still picked up our stuff and delivered to our new home on time while adhering to strict safety measures. The pricing is reasonable and the service is solid, nothing more to really ask for.

The service we received has been nothing short of amazing. The movers did exactly as promised and went even beyond their call of duty in my humble opinion. Nothing more could be expected from me except for maybe being a little more careful as one piece of furniture has a small scratch :(.

Our move was not the biggest and the pandemic brought upon me a great deal of stress and anxiety. Independence van lines promised they would do everything perfectly and so far that promise has stuck without any major setbacks. A big one up to this company and anyone that wants to use them should feel fully confident.

Moving across so many states, I thought this would be a difficult experience but it proved to be otherwise and I think its because of the expert professional help. Our movers were called independence van lines and they did a heck of a job. I seldom leave reviews, especially when a company does something right, because I expect things to be done correctly. BUT they went above and beyond what I expected, so they deserve one here for sure!
