Nightmare
Landmark Moving should not be in business. We should have realized when they kept calling us repeatedly to use them, but once we agreed, the staff contact names kept changing, the price kept changing & they subbed out the move to another horrible company, One Way Van Lines, and refused to communicate w/ us after that.Moving is stressful enough without having a dishonest, unreliable provider. Save yourself a nightmare & look elsewhere.
Professional!
Mike and crew at Land Mark Moving were highly professional and did a fantastic job packing and moving our place. We moved two times within a month and used two different movers. Mike team took slightly longer than the first crew, but their extra service made it well worth it. Also, not a single thing was damaged. Mike team pays attention to details. They were also very patient with asking them to rearrange our new place a few times. They were also super accommodating to our random requests, such as unloading kitchen stuff first so that we could be unpacking it while they did the rest of the house.

The moving day got moved up by two weeks thanks to my being injured. Milne sent his gang to the rescue! They were all business from the minute they parked the truck. Treated my belongings with care and worked at a steady pace. I cannot say thank you enough for a great job. I never want to move again, but if you have to, call Land Mark Moving today!! Thank you.
Fraud!!!
This company is FRAUDULENT!! They called themselves “veteran owned” and they should ashamed of their business practices!!! Their salesman Jerrid sells this company TOO WELL. I hired them to do a cross country move in August, WAS CANCELED THE DAY OF MY MOVE, and treated rudely, because their movers didn’t want to work with the HOA restrictions of my building. Instead of trying to work with me, they just offered a REFUND, I accepted. After many ignored calls, emails, and texts, I still don’t have a refund. EXCUSE after EXCUSE is given. I just want the refund of my deposit for a SERVICE YOU DID NOT RENDER WHICH IS ILLEGAL!

All my questions were answered, and I was assured that everything would be handled with care and efficiency. The movers, Paige, Daniel and Nick , were punctual, executed everything efficiently and with respect. They were like machines that didn't stop! They also worked so well with each other and were pleasantly engaging with me. Reliable and trustworthy!! We will definitely use this company again and refer them to anyone moving in this area.
Terrible Service
I’ve had the same experience as other bad reviewers and would absolutely never recommend this company for a move. They contract out a different moving company for your move, don’t give you details ahead of time & neglect any calls. We’ve asked for weight tickets for the military and they’ve lied to us saying that it’s getting done but it never did. They’ve had our stuff sitting in CA for a month now, and it needs to be delivered to MA in less than 2 weeks. They’re rude, they break contract agreements and give you no sense of securement with your stuff. The company they contracted out to also does not answer the phone. I would have planned differently so that I had clothes to wear to my new job and at least a mattress to sleep on. I’ve never experienced such rude and irresponsible customer service. Also be aware that they give you a quote and then the moving company they contract out will bombard you with probably another grand in fees that were never discussed prior to the move.
Salesman was just that
Was told by man I booked with he would answer any of my questions. Every time I called or emailed he told me to contact customer service no verbal contract at all. Was told my items would arrive 3-5 business days on day 4 was told no answer when I would get delivered. Oh and my time frame is 5-7 days now not 3-5. My family is scared I will never see my belongings
