  1. The worse ever

Stay away! This is a total rip off! Almost half of our furniture was damaged during the move which happened 1.5 year ago and we are still fighting with the movers and insurance to get our claims paid - so far we have received ZERO $ and this is a scam! Now we’re taking them to small claims and then to court

  2. Smooth move from HK to AU

Recently(Apr2021) moved from Hong Kong to Sydney. Reached out to Links moving for quotations and it took them a week to pick up my request. I had to send them reminders. They did mention they are pretty busy and I am in the queue. Once they picked up my case it was a smooth ride. estimates were accurate and cost was reasonable, timely arrival and pick up, quick response upon my queries, regular updates.

Luggage arrived in Sydney on time. Packing was very professional and nothing got damaged.

Pretty happy and highly recommend this. Thanks to Links moving for making it a smooth transition.

  3. Excellent service, great price!

We relocated to Canada during the toughest time in 2020 when the pandemic started to hit the country. Links has offered a very reasonable quote, excellent customer service (thanks to their service rep who responds almost instantaneously on Whatsapp, even after hours) and all the goods arrived in good condition! They have also been very flexible when we requested for changes throughout the process. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and families

  4. Fraud !

I used Links to move recently to Australia, delayed for a month and one of my items was broken which I have bought insurance through them. However, they ignored all my calls, e-mails and wtsapps ever since I asked about my insurance claim.

I suspect they did not insure my item and just ignored me from now. Nothing I can do except not recommending this fraud company to others.

  5. Artworks safely arrived - great service.

Relocation move to Singapore with not many but some very precious and sentimental belongings. Happy that my glass-framed artworks arrived unbroken - appreciate option of wood crates.

Overall, I was happy with the service that I got from Clara, who followed my move from arranging packing and pick up, through to updates on delivery. Thank you.

  6. Hong Kong to Cambridge, UK.

I got picked up before CNY which was great and the container sailed shortly thereafter. I just got my delivery in Cambridge, UK and they made the stress of selling a house in HK and moving much easier.

  7. Quick and efficient.

I had a small but urgent shipment to make – I lost my job and had to vacate a serviced flat quickly. Links gave me the option to pack myself, came and did an inventory of my belongings, and then arranged both sea and airfreight options for me.

Overall, a painless and efficient operation, and happy to be reunited with my belongings within 8 weeks.

  8. Hong Kong to New York City.

Was a complicated move with plenty of artwork pieces. They were able to source specialist art work packers and they then did the wooden crating. This along with the whole flat was moved very successfully. I had not used Links in my previous moves but they did a great job !

  9. Great service from Hong Kong to Sydney.

Links has done a great job from the start til the end for my move from Hong Kong to Sydney, Australia. Their whole team help seemlessly proceed the whole moving procedure which I was expecting more self involvement in it.

More than what I expected, highly recommend.

    Great job !

  10. Links Asia - Don't Do It.

Echoing all of the other reviews here, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use Links Asia. They are a bunch of fraudsters. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are out of business as I write this. My biggest regret is that I did not do more thorough due diligence on these charlatans and research reviews like the ones below which are sadly all too familiar based on our most recent experience.

I should mention that I never write reviews, but the behavior of this vendor is so egregious, I am compelled to write to protect others from these swindlers.

Last June, we solicited three quotes for our move from Hong Kong to Connecticut, USA. Links (Asia) Moving provided a competitive quote (US$6,000) as well as a promise to get our shipment to the USA in time for the school year. The other providers were not able to do so. Links made us aware that they could not make a full promise given a potential delay that US customs might throw up, but that was going to be a risk no matter what provider we chose.

Packing in Hong Kong in July went fine. Our shipment was on its way and heading to the USA. After continued pushing via e-mail, we received periodic updates about expected arrival dates. Shipment made it to Newark in August and quickly cleared customs. And then the problems started.

All of our items were a 2-hour truck ride away, but Asia Links refused to pay their USA partner, the freight forwarder that they were using. The initial excuses seemed valid, but days turned into weeks and the excuses became more absurd. The phone was never picked up in their office. Seriously, never! Unclear how you can conduct an ongoing business that way!

Weeks turned into months and the communication just completely stopped and after the feeble excuses subsided, their staff simply stopped replying to our emails.

E-mails to their CEO, Patrick O’Donnell, initially seemed promising, but soon followed the familiar refrain of being completely ignored.

Our shipment was in limbo, we were sleeping on air mattresses, and there was no end in sight. Our shipment was effectively held as ransom, we could settle with the freight forwarder (since Links clearly was not going to) or continue to wait. We decided to pay the freight forwarder (who was helpful throughout this arduous process, but they wanted to get paid!). Shipment was scheduled within hours of settling up (for US$2,100) and the staff from the freight forwarder was courteous and efficient.

I have never experienced something like this. In case it was not clear from the above, I would never in a million years recommend this firm or to even work with anyone who was affiliated with this deception.

  11. Beware moving with Links.

BEWARE using Links Moving. I paid for insurance for my move from China to Canada and they have been giving me the runaround for 4 months now. It would appear they never took out the policy (their agent emailed me to say he had stopped working with them). It is impossible to reach them by phone. They don't reply to emails. I know one other customer personally who had to pay for their warehouse debts to retrieve his furniture (and still has not been reimbursed). I think they are having cash flow problems which is leading to their appalling customer service and (in some cases) lack of any services. If your things are precious to you, do not risk using them!

  12. No delivery.

We used their services to ship the goods from Hong Kong to US East. The packing did on Dec 31, 2018, and we paid all the charges at the same date. Till now (May 09, 2019), we still haven't received our goods. The US logistics agent said Links Moving has not paid the delivery of our goods and they cannot release the goods without the full payment. Their General Manager Mr. Jerome Sozzi promised will settle the payment with US logistics agent last week, but didn't implement. Now he even disappeared. Should I call the Hong Kong police?

  13. Don't ever try to use this Sh*tty company.

    1. it took 3+ months finally receive my shipment
    2. 1/2 of the stuffs of my shipment are totally damaged, can't be used anymore
3.called their CS hotline and not one ever picked up
    4. sent them the form to claim for insurance and have never heard back from them since

If you want to add more work to your post-relocation to where you are moving, then use them. I am filing a case with HK consumer consult about this company. I will file a policy file on this company 'cause some actions they made could be consider crime of fraud.

  14. Poor Customer Service.

Had the most unfortunate experience of having to deal with the company's non-existent customer service. Our boxes arrive in Canada from Singapore 5 months after being picked up from our house in Singapore. Received a call from their moving partner that they will be unable to deliver our boxes since Links Moving still have unsettled accounts with them. Have to call and email Links to explain to them the situation and have them settle their accounts. We never got any concrete answer, only fake assurances that their management is aware of the situation and resolve the matter. Our boxes were delivered to us by their partner as a gesture of goodwill to us even though Links still haven't resolved their issues to them.

  15. My TV and sound bar are lost - Singapore to Toronto October 2018.

This is the most f*ck-up company I have dealt with. Firstly, the shipment was late for one month. And I have to become the coordinate between links moving and its partner in Canada. Secondly, four items were missing during the shipment including my TV and sound bar. This is so unacceptable. I heard another 5 customers experienced the lose during this trip. If you are the one, please contact me through wangzheng0077871@gmail.com. I am considering suing this company right now.
