All Did Well!
Everything from start to finish was incredibly smooth. Scheduling the move was a quick, easy phone call. They showed up on time on the move day and immediately got to work. We expected the move to take about three hours and they were finished just under that. They were very efficient but also careful with our belongings. Seriously couldn't recommend them more!

Booked these guys due to their great reviews, and here I am to add my voice to the chorus. Griffin was responsive and easy to deal with in advance, and the move itself was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They wrapped and padded anything that could have been soiled or damaged, and everything made it in great shape. Reliable, friendly, and professional. I'd hire them again in a second.

I have used MMG Moving twice already and received excellent service both times. In this most recent move, Reichel and his crew of four guys were very professional and got the truck loaded in just two hours and unloaded in another two hours. They are constantly moving and don't dilly-dally around. They protected my furniture with blankets and even put down runners on my new vinyl floor for protection. I will always use MMG Moving for my future moves.

I received excellent service from this company. The movers were very punctual, professional, and super-efficient. Hershel and his team did a fantastic job ensuring my things were dealt with care. I am happy to report that nothing was damaged or broken during this move. You hear things about movers and ugly things happening to the furniture, but I am beyond ecstatic with their services. I will be referring them. They are not cheap. However, it's worth every penny. Kudos to you all for such a fantastic job!

They have a personable demeanor & great attention to detail in packing, wrapping furniture & ensuring items are moved with care. They arrived on time for both moves, loaded quickly, and unloaded, putting marked boxes in their proper locations. Their business & payment system is simple & straightforward. I am happy that I received really great service. The movers were punctual, arrived 15min early, and started moving straight away. They worked extremely hard and efficiently. They didn't stop moving for one second and even helped us to connect the washing machine and fridge.

It is easy to find bad things to complain about when hiring a moving company. But MMG Moving was a professional throughout my move. They are inexpensive, punctual, punctual, and helpful. The moving team was all exceptionally experienced, showing how they worked. There were no glitches anywhere. When they delivered everything, I was amazed to see none of my valuables were damaged. This is an extraordinary effort by these guys.
Avoid at all costs
We booked with Safeway Moving Systems LLC for our recent move from Florida to Illinois. After taking a large cut for themselves, Safeway gave the job to MMG Moving LLC, and basically washed their hands of us after that. Our belongings ended up arriving about two months after our move (despite our Safeway salesman telling us it would only take a week or two), and it was nearly impossible to get anyone in a management position at either company to take our call.
MMG split up our goods and only delivered half of our stuff at first, which they didn't tell us until the day before it arrived – then tried to strong arm us into paying the full balance despite the fact that the other half of our stuff was sitting in their storage unit in Florida with no timeline for shipping. Their communication and customer service were absolutely horrendous, the worst I've ever experienced in my life – at one point, one of their customer service reps rudely told me I needed to cancel my upcoming business trip because my shipment would be arriving any day, when in fact it still had not yet left Florida, as I found out several days later. I even had to fly back to Florida, on my own dime, to pick up my fiancée's wedding dress from their storage facility, because they couldn't tell us whether or not our stuff would make it in time for our wedding. Their dispatch manager promised me that I'd be reimbursed for unexpected expenses like those (plus clothes and appliances we had to buy while waiting for our shipment to arrive, etc.), but they never let me speak with him again after our goods finally arrived, and essentially refused to let me claim those expenses. Not to mention, they sent one of our boxes to another customer's house in Vermont, and we only got it back because he was kind enough to look me up and ship it back to me (again, on our own dime – they said they'd reimburse us for that but never told us how or allowed us to talk to the dispatch manager about it).
I understand that things are very busy for the moving industry, with driver and truck shortages, high demand, etc. But there is absolutely no excuse for the awful customer service and communication of both of these companies (Safeway Moving and MMG Moving). Avoid them at all costs.

Fast Mover!
These guys are as professional and pleasant to work with as it gets. Ramirez was very straightforward and polite. These people are an energetic, strong, and smiling bunch. There were just 3 of them, but the house still felt as if it was invaded by an army. Things were loaded to the truck in no time, packing was done at the speed of light, and it all felt very serene and under control. Same experience in the new place. Look no more. These guys are the real thing.

I used MMG Moving twice in about two months. They sent a four-man crew and worked very carefully and professionally. Everything from wrapping well to being safe with fragile boxes. These guys worked hard. I also liked that Crowe from the front office texted me during and after the move to make sure things went well.

Four guys came to help me move out of my tri-level condo. They were very professional and quick. They actually completed the move in less time than I was quoted. The guys took excellent care of our furniture. I'll be referring them to my friends! Someone actually picked up the phone on Sunday and helped me schedule a day that worked for me right away.
