This was my 4th time using the MMG Moving. All these moves went extremely well with good experiences. With all the other positive qualities, the MMG Moving are so punctual. I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. Impressed.
Amazing Mover!
We had a very pleasant experience moving my items by using MMG Moving LLC. Everything went smoothly. There was no delay in delivery. I had the chance to be in contact with the crew who came by our place. I definitely recommend MMG Moving LLC to all of you.
An Absolute Nightmare
I went through Safeway Moving - a broker - and they assigned my move to MMG. Original estimate was doubled AFTER my things were on the truck. Over $12,000 to move two rooms worth of stuff up the west coast. My things were picked up on 9/1 and put into storage. I provided them with a delivery address on 9/6. I still do not have my things. Customer service is rude. No one has been able to tell me where my things are. I’ve been told the drivers will call the night before to let me know they’ll arrive the next day, and that they will then give me one hours notice. I have put my life on hold for SIX WEEKS so I can be available to meet them. Unbelievably unprofessional. Avoid this company!!!!
Excellent
MMG Moving were experts and very accommodating. His attention to detail was essential to us with our fragile antiques. They also were the first moving team to enter our building because the Coronavirus shut down the fourth floor. They followed all of the guidelines as requested. An excellent experience, and I recommend them to everyone.
Smooth Mover!
MMG Moving approved the day and time I suggested for my move. I was impressed by this gesture but when they moved they made the process more smooth. Couldn't help myself from giving them reviews less than 5!

My family was extremely impressed with this moving company, and our belongings arrived well before the scheduled delivery estimate. We are thankful MMG Moving were able to accommodate all of our needs. MMG Moving made it all very easy, and the whole move was made as promised.
No Complaints
If you're searching for professional movers who are fast and who take care of your personal items, then hire these guys. Very professional and courteous, and prompt. They wrapped our furniture and took care of business. They handled everything, and it was a stress-free move for my family and me.

Stay far far away from this company
I moved from SoCal to Illinois and paid for the full pack service!!!! The amount of damage I incurred from this move is staggering. +13 page claim form. I dealt with them for five months to get my pitiful settlement. One cannot afford to pay out of pocket for the move as well as the astronomical quote for full replacement insurance. I have been moved professionally by my employer 3 times, and I expect a few things bent/broken., That just happens, but this was complete negligence. Dishes, glassware, furniture - not one piece of furniture arrived unscathed, a treadmill..... I had drawers in dressers as well as in other cabinets that were not packed so all of these items bounced around and made the drawers heavy, which in turn destroyed the tracks and drawers now do not open/close properly. I have over 100 pictures of these items. Their customer services is a joke -- ONE person in claims - Julian, who quite frankly cannot be relied upon to return a phone call or email. They do not care about you, your things, your experience. Several times I requested to speak with a manager, director or owner and was told the owner will not talk to clients and there were not managers available.
Worst decision of my life having this company move me. If I could go back in time I would have moved myself.
Been 6 weeks and my move is still sitting in a warehouse
My moving boxes and furniture was picked up by MMG Moving, LLC on 7/25 and was brokered by Proud American. I paid Proud American $1400 as a deposit and $1300 to MMG at pickup. My first availability date on the paperwork is 7/29/2021 to Encinitas/San Diego CA. It is now, 8/11/21 and I still do not have my stuff, nor has it even been loaded onto a truck. I call every week and am told they don't have a driver who is going to the west coast. That is not my problem. If they don't go to the west coast they never should have picked up my goods.
I am 72 years old and this has been a nightmare for me. I packed meds and medical equipment as I never dreamed it would take this long to receive them. Proud American told me 10-21 days for delivery. It has now been 6 weeks and no movement whatsoever. I finally spoke to a manager last week who told me she informed the owner of the company. Really!!! I've been calling every week for 6 weeks now and you JUST told him now??? She did say they will discount my charges. It better be significant as I have probably spent $1000 between eating out and buying things I don't need. I want my stuff! I am on a fixed income and it costs me money every day to buy items I have in the warehouse and don't need.. pans, pots and other kitchen miscellaneous items, so I can cook: a toaster, appliances, a tv.. I have 2 TV's in storage and don't need another; towels, dishcloths, cleaning items, furniture. Ever sit in a house for weeks with no tv staring at the walls? I still can't get an answer as to when my stuff will ship. This is so unacceptable and I am at a breaking point! Please help!
