SCAMMERS
DO NOT USE!! MOONSTAR OR GREENWAY - They give you a quote and when they come and pick up, instead of Moonstar they sent Greenway Movers. They put an outrageous amount of pounds on the paperwork,and argued with me that the item weighed 6200lbs. The weight of 2 SUV's was pushed on the truck by two men (ya right) if you don't pay they harass you then keep your stuff, finaly after 6 months I finally got my item back. During this time they ignored the Better Business Bureau, you can try to call the police but they will tell you it's a civil matter and these companies know this and they get away with it!! They have multiple different phone lines, cell phones offices in strip malls. Different addresses etc. Then your stuff and it comes back damaged. After you pay them storage. Stay Away!!

I was provided a quote and they picked up my belongings and then held my belongings hostage demanding more than what was quoted. They have numerous people calling you and one even claims they are a lawyer. But you can not get any receipt or contract STAY AWAY

I was quoted $600 for my move. I told their sales rep Michael that I wanted to make sure the quote was accurate because I heard that quotes were way off from what people actually paid. I sent a list of all of my items to be moved. He re-quoted for $660 assuring me the quote was accurate. The final bill was over $2800. Ridiculous. I was forced to pay cash on the day of the move otherwise my stuff would not be delivered. I have left 4 phone messages so far and send 4 e-mails. They refuse to respond. I have asked for an invoice, none has been sent. As far as I can tell, this company is running an illegal operation. Stay far away.

Movers were very friendly and professional! They were very careful with my stuff and provided a great value compared to if I did it myself. I am pleased to say that the move went great. I will be using them again if I need to move.

We were quoted $1800 for a 240km move. They started an hour late (12pm). We weren't told until 10:55pm that we wouldn't be getting our furniture until the next day @ 9am! After sleeping on the floor of our empty house, at 9:30am the following day, we got a call telling us the truck was STILL IN TORONTO, and that our furniture would not be delivered and unloaded until we agreed to pay $6,000 in cash (because their credit card machine was down...RED FLAG #10!!). We had to call the OPP to meet us at our home because we had no idea if our furniture was actually in the truck when it arrived since they would not open it...or if they would leave with our cash and our furniture! They were actually holding our furniture for a $6,000 ransom; $4,200 more than what they quoted! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They quote you low to get you booked in and then get you in the end by holding your belongings hostage!!!

Bullshit company, they also over charged us by almost $8000 we were quoted at under $3000and needed up paying almost triple that for a bin that still hasn’t arrived. We loaded it up at the end of September and the bin was supposed to be here the middle of November... it’s now the end of November and we still haven’t gotten our things!
They wont answer any calls and when they do they keep giving us some bullshit about the trucks have to quarantine... it’s just been a joke from the beginning.

When it comes to Moon Star Van Lines , the word quality and inexpensive comes together. This is because they are dedicated to render perfect packing and moving service to their clients at any point time without charging huge amount of money for the service. The guys rendered their perfect service to me making my move amazingly perfect at affordable and unbeatable rate. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. They have my highest recommendations and I will definitely hire them again in the future!
Worst movers
DO NOT use them. Over charged me close to 10 000.00 , damaged my furniture. Mike at moonstar van lines is a liar and a fraud. They held my furniture hostage. Police report made. They deserve to go to jail. Scammers.

Everything went on as planned and for sure, I got the best services, as promised. Those guys carefully loaded the trucks, and without wasting time, we were on the move. It was definitely the best relocation experience of all time. I am happy to recommend these guys to my friends and family!

This company is wonderful. The bidding was fair and we were able to cut the cost by about half by moving our small things ourselves. The moving guys are fantastic and Moon Star Van Lines took care of a minor repair to a tile table. We received a call from the repairman who came out twice to make the job perfect. I will strongly recommend this relocation service to anyone interested in relocating.

I booked Moon Star Van Lines. All I needed to do was just to relax and sometimes tell them how I wanted it packed or placed. My boyfriend and I have a lot of furniture, clothes and other stuff. But they packed and moved everything pretty quickly. Happy with their service.
