Had movers come the end of Jan and right off the bat he wanted more money. I didn’t give in so the mover was mad and yelling. He yanked tv cords out of the wall and yanked the water line from the refrigerator out of the wall creating water leaking. Scratched the one year old stainless refrigerator going out the front door!! Still haven’t received reimbursement. Went back to the house the next day and kitchen and part of living room was flooded! Had to go through our homeowners insurance!! They still haven’t paid us for the refrigerator and it’s now May!! Worst experience!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They take away stress.
Relocating is always stressful. You have so many last minute takes to tick off your list. The good thing is that there are companies like Moving Apt that thake some of your stress away from you. I was very well aware of their reputation and so it was no surprise that I hired them to move my stuffs. These guys really mean business. They arrived on time with all the right equepment and they knew exactly what to do, how to do them. Before I knew it, the stress of packing up and leaving became a piece of cake!

I was not willing to hire Moving Apt at the beginning. I had a good budget for my move because my office was paying for the relocation, so I wanted to hire an expensive and reputed company. But my cousin kept on suggesting me on hiring them. After the successful completion of my relocation process, I just want to recommend this company. They did everything right. It was flawless from the start to the finishing line. These guys are real pros, they knew what needed to be done, they had the idea about the possible outcomes and they very cleverly solved the odds. That is why we moved without any stress and within a very short span of time. Thumbs up for these guys.

They did really well. It was a last minute move. I had to hire them in a rush because the moving company that I hired at first place double crossed me. I didn't know what to expect from Moving Apt. but they came out to be really good. They offered me a very lucrative deal for the full service and never involved in any sort of blunder. Their sales rep at the office, dispatcher, foreman and the crew members everyone played their roles to the perfection and by doing that they made sure that I get a problem and damage free move. I thank all these guys of Moving Apt for their support.

Moving from one state to another with so many belongings and 4 cats was a big challenge ahead and I was under a tight budget. So, I got very few moving options and I hired Moving Apt only because of their sales rep. He explained me the entire moving process and scheduled my move according to my preferences. Everything went as planned. Packing, loading, moving everything was smooth as silk and without any unwanted issues. I received everything in one piece and paid almost identical amount which was quoted before the move. There were no hidden fees to bother me. Overall they gave me enough reasons to recommend their services.

They are worth very single penny that I paid them for my move. Moving Apt did a wonderful job while moving us a long distance. They at the beginning gave me a very reasonable onsite estimate and then served us really well. The 4 men team showed up on time, did the packing and loading without any hiccups and managed to deliver all our valuables within the allotted time and in one piece. Being honest, they did a lot more than what I was looking for.

Scam Scam Scam!
You guys are the biggest scam ever.
All you want is to make money in the form of "booking fees".
We had from the beginning mentioned that we needed to know who the movers are, so we could research them before the move happened.
When we tried to talk to them, they don't pick your calls, and neither reply to your emails. We called to cancel the service, and then they tell us about the "booking fees", and then also say that they assign a mover one day prior to the move - We were told previously, that they would assign a mover at least a week in advance. This is just ridiculous!
Thank GOD we did not go with these guys and go over the stress of never having our goods misplaced and broken!

We had 3 guys come out to help for our move and they were great! Fast and efficient, which made us more relaxed about the move. We estimated about 3 hours and they did it all (loading, disassembling and assembling furniture, wrapping furniture, unloading, etc.) in just that time! Thank you again! We will definitely be using Moving apt in the future!
