Had a great move with Moving Apt. The movers were AMAZING to work with. I had changed at the last minute for my move schedule and they were so flexible and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. My movers were equally amazing! They were polite, super-fast, and careful with all my fragile things. They were careful to ask me where things went in the new house and made sure I had everything positioned how I needed it to get settled in. So grateful for this team for helping make my move smooth and non-stressful!!

These guys were on-time, very quick, and extremely professional. The whole move across town was finished way faster and cheaper than I expected.

Wow, Moving Apt is a 5-star++ team. From initial inquiry all the way to moving me in to the new apartment, they were on top of every detail. Super responsive, professional, fast and friendly. Nothing was damaged or lost. They really set the standard for a great customer experience. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I would very confidently recommend them to others!

I received my delivery 2 days ago and I am so grateful that I choose you guys to move my house to here. At the pickup the guys arrive on time, they were so polite, friendly, professional and quick! I received my items 10 days after the pickup, on my first available date and with NO damages!

Let me just start out by saying great job! This company really went over and beyond. I had to move on short notice due to a promotion and I was not prepared at all. I called a bunch of companies but this company really made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. I talked to them for about 2 hours just going back and forth on what I needed done. It had to be a full pack move.
The movers themselves were punctual and very efficient.
Moving Apt made my moving process very smooth and hassle free. The movers who assisted me were just great. They were very friendly, courteous, diligent, and prompt and went out of there way to meet my requirements. The movers themselves were punctual and very efficient. I would urge all to pay attention to and clarify the terms and expected dates of deliveries just to be clear and plan ahead!
My luggage was handed over to very unprofressional and rude guys.
I have chosen MovingAPT based on the review but faced very hard time in my life with the movers. They have handed over my stuff to [EDIT] and [EDIT] of American Eagle movers, who are very in professional and very very bad guys. On the Day 1 (May 14th 2018) they increased my bill from $2800 to $5600 and tortured me to pay the bill. When I asked why there is huge increase from the actual amount. They said that cubic feet got increased and moving APT were just brokers, they have handed over the stuff to us and they are no more responsible. I said I will not pay as there is no increase in the luggage. They left by taking all my luggage, without giving the bill and when I called them on the next day, they called me Psycho, mad. I was literally shocked to hear those comments from him. The bill got finally reduced by Moving APT but the behavior of the owner and driver didn't change. They have not delivered my luggage so far and missed two committed deadlines (7th June and 14th June 2018). Those guys still won't respond me properly. When I asked MovingAPT about handing over my stuff to these in professional guys, no response from MovingAPT on that and said your luggage will be delivered shortly but it didn't happen so far.
Please let me know what I need to do in this situation. Any help is greatly appreciated!.

Excellent moving company. They movers they provide to us were amazing. They are too good. They are clean professional and they know very well how to pack and move. I am very happy with the service they provide to us. 5 star for them.

These guys were awesome! Showed up on time and loaded our entire apartment in less than an hour, even grabbing several things we hadn't discussed previously with no extra charge since our furniture didn't take the hour and a half minimum! Total professionals - would highly recommend!

We had moving apt before a hard floor installation, then back in afterwards. They were polite, expert, cheerful, and responsive to requests. They were very careful with everything they moved and did a super job.
