The relentless pressure from Michael Erickson was unethical!!
We are trying to move our Mom from one state to another to live in a nursing home. Our family is understandably upset and coordinating a move is not quick or easy. I got a quote from Michael Erickson and was to have him contact me the next afternoon to discuss. However, when I told him that our plans were still changing a little and I would need to wait until later in the day to discuss the plans he immediately got pushy in a text message and told me that I don't have much time. I responded "I'm aware!" hoping that would send a clear message that he needed to back off..he didn't. I had already told him our situation with my Mom but he immediately sent another text and asked what's holding us back, what's changing? I told him again my Mom is moving and it is upsetting, again thinking he would back off, but no! Then he texted again! He went on to try to explain the great service they can provide?? Is this guy an idiot or just plain oblivious to the fact that this is a family crisis and he is adding to our stress. Then I got multiple back to back emails, but he still didn't back off. I continued to get a barrage of phone calls, emails and text messages. Even when I got fed up and told him to back off, you blew it, we are not using you, stop contacting me..he still continued!! He is relentless. At this point if he offered to move her free of charge I would not use them! The relentless pressure this salesman, Michael Erickson, put on us bordered on harrassment! I finally had to block his number on my phone and have his emails sent to my trash. I am absolutely disgusted!
Team of gentlemen.
The gentlemen did a good job at first. It was covered very nicely. Everything was loaded up smoothly, which I'm still to this day surprised at when I think about it. I guess it's all in the knees and technique. The truck was loaded and one of the movers doubled as a driver. He kept in contact with me pretty well. Nothing arrived in bad shape because they wrapped it all. I can't of too much else to say. I can't think of one thing that stood out that I didn't like about the people here.

Moving Forward America LLC was great and their employees were extremely efficient and helpful. They genuinely cared about doing a good job and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend using them.
Better than Expected.
I have never had good experience with movers but they sounded professional and answered all my questions. Moved to Palm Coast in November for a job. All my stuff was loaded and unloaded and they were actually polite, which was a first for me. Overall, it was good experience.
Fraud And Deceptive Trade Practices.
NOT a moving company!! just a broker!! buyer beware all these reviews are fake. robert will bad mouth all companies! you will pay more, your items will be broken and you wont get your money back. 0 stars do not trust the sales people. safer.fmcsa.dot.gov go here and put in their dot number 3160973!
Finest mover in TN.
The crew of five guys with 2 trucks were excellent. Very friendly, cared about my property, put things where I asked etc. The office staff was great, also, answering questions. The only thing that could be improved upon is the timeliness of returning calls. I called a couple of times and didn't get a return call for 24-48 hours. Over all I would hire them again and refer others to them. Would definitely recommend Moving Forward America LLC for your next move. Thanks for a great move..
Excellent Service/Fair Price.
I don’t normally write reviews, good or bad however Moving Forward America fat exceeded my expectations. In past moves, my experience has always been less than to be desired but this company really did there thing. I moved from Nashville to Orlando at the beginning of March fairly last minute. I was hesitant to use another long distance mover but this company was recommended to me by a co-worker who used them to move to Nashville last year. They did an amazing job, pick up went great with no surprises and they were able to deliver my items really quickly. The customer service always was able to answer my questions and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!!
