They were very helpful!
Today was moving day and the crew did a fantastic job. We were impressed with how courteous and friendly everyone is. They were fast and efficient. Definitely recommend this company because they have accommodated changes we had to make quickly with no hassle. This company is service oriented for sure. Moving has been stressful in every aspect besides this part. They wrapped and blanketed all pieces needed for a rental fee. They also had enough supplies plus extra. Thanks guys! We're happy to have such a good team working for us today.

I got National Express Moving’s numbers from my friends who used their service a year ago. This is my first time to hire movers which I did not know what to expect. Two guys came and they were very organized. Very careful and fast to load boxes and furniture in the truck and unload in my new apartment. I didn't need to do a thing and it was a great experience hiring them. They really did an amazing job.
Will for sure work with them again
I highly recommend using National Express. My stuff just got picked up and everything went great! The guys, Mark, Fred, Marlon, and Gavin were very professional and friendly. They made my move very easy! They handled my boxes with care and made sure everything was secure and boxed up properly. I am moving to NY from OH and I know my boxes are in good hands. Such professional people to work with.
Great moving company and very reasonably priced!
The reservation was easy to complete online, they called to confirm the move the day before, they called again the morning of the move to let me know that they were on the way, they efficiently moved the items out of my house without damaging the walls, and made the trip to Salvation Army to drop off a few items for me. Would definitely use again for this type of job.

Can't say enough good things about National Express Moving. I had the pleasure of acquire their services when my husband and I relocated from CA to MI. They are professional, courteous, clean, and helpful. They are also extremely knowledgeable and moved several delicate and expensive pieces without any issues. They never stopped working, finishing very quickly with no stops. Highly recommend you use their services if you are ever in need of a nice safe move.

National Express Moving were a class act all the way through the process. They had availability on a tight deadline, they were extremely nice and communicative on the phone, and Ryan and Frank were the best movers I've ever had. Everything we own made it across town without a single scratch, and in great time.

We found them on Google and got a competitive quote which was confirmed by a phone call within the hour. We felt reassured enough to get on with other plans for the new house. We were constantly kept with status updates by text on the day before and the morning of the move. They were careful with all the furniture and there were no breaks or spillages along the way. They are a nice company to do business with.

We have moved many times before, so I feel that we are well placed to judge the experience with National Express Moving. I have to say that our expectations on price and service were exceeded. They made the stressful process of our move. From day one we were impressed, they were very personable and knowledgeable when they visited our home and gave lots of tips on reducing the cost. My movers were warm, friendly, relaxed and very helpful.

My mother told me about a great removals company that I should use called National Express Moving. I gave them a call and was utterly surprised by the quality of their service. Their customer service was so helpful and polite that I just had to book a date with them. I was impressed from the beginning. Then, when it came to the moving day, the guys that were going to move my stuff were very friendly and highly skilled at their profession. If you need a trustworthy removals company, you should go with National Express Moving and recommend them further too.
Brokers, nightmare.
Spoke with Clark through the process. Guaranteed they weren’t a broker, even stated it was a family business and his father owned it. Truck didn’t show up on scheduled day and was still late on the second date. It was a modern day bait and switch. They Verified my items list and boom the price went up approximately $800.00 . Said I was given a quote that was way off on sq footage. The company that my belongings were sub contracted to is S&M relo Llc . Once you have made all your plans around a pickup and move date, do you pay the extra or start all over? My items list was accurate and the company still missed items that should have been taken..S&M relo, lack any customer service. Just a nightmare and I haven’t gotten my delivery..Stay away from national express movers as they are just a broker and S&M relo Llc has zero customer service, support.
Best moving company in my honest opinion.
They are the best in every way. The movers were friendly, professional, efficient and hard working. All service provided was first class. I can guarantee that no one will lose their money or hair if they hire National Express Moving. They performed the job excellent skilled hand. Overall, I don't think I will hire any other movers in the future. I highly recommend this mover company. It was definitely an awesome moving experience for me.

Melvin and Ryan were wonderful. They are both very polite young men. They used blankets and wraps to protect some of my larger furniture and got the truck loaded pretty quickly. They managed to move my furniture and potted plants under 4 hours even though I had the wrong key to my new house and had to go back to xxx to get the right key! When I came back to Land Park, they had already unloaded my pots and started unloading my bins. They made sure the furniture was placed where I wanted.
Everyone were so professional.
Tony and his crew were awesome from the first time we met. Tony assured us they would take care of our furnishings in our move. Thomas gave us a quote and was right on. What he said what we paid. He and his crew showed up on time, filled the truck to the brim and took such special care of our precious furniture. Cannot say enough positive things about them but would use them again in a second. Thank you so much.
