National Relocation incompetence.
This company, also known as National Relocation Solutions or National Relocation Van Lines is totally incompetent from my experiences with my move from North Carolina to Florida. The final cost was DOUBLE the quoted $5,000 (to move 500 miles). Movers were 4 hours late, used wrapping material that was not quoted in the price nor accurate in the charges. Three Russian speaking men were yelling at each other in their native language and showed up in an unmarked straight truck (26') to move my entire house. Well, of course not enough truck so had to come back the next day, which once again they were 4 hours late from what they stated. One man tried to pick up an entire hot tub with a small dolly and ended up breaking out the side of the hot tub before it even was moved two feet. Company said it would reimburse but as of yet has not. One of the movers was caught by my wife actually rolling a night stand out the door instead of using a dolly. It took roughly 8 days to get "the first" truck with a little more than half of my belongings as they had another load on the truck as well. Items were all mismarked as the numbers did not match the item and many duplicate numbers listed on the sheets. I could not accurately account for my belongings. The second truck ( a 26' box truck) showed up about 8 days later with a box spring and mattress tied to the outside of the truck on the lift gate. I thought the Beverley Hillbillies were moving me. Upon unloading, I noticed many items were not on the truck. I asked the drivers (of course they could not speak English and had tattoos of naked women on their arm) and they could not tell me. I called the company and they said they would look in the Charlotte warehouse. Couple days go by and no answer so I called them back and they said yes, they found my belongings and would put it on the next truck to Florida. Well they must not have had any trucks coming to Florida as I never did get my stuff. 9 months into the "move from heck" they said my stuff is on a truck. I asked them when they would deliver and they had no idea. They did not even know where the truck was. My original move date was April 28th, 2015. It is now April 15, 2016 and still no delivery. I have filed a claim with moving claims they gave me and I have received a letter back from them that they have Terminated business with national Relocation and to talk to them. Well, now they are out of business. I called the Federal Motor Carrier Association (FMCSA) which has a web site nccdb.gov, and in the last year alone, National Relocation has had 35 complaints and their license has been revoked once again. This company will change their name and open under another company name. I urge anyone reading this to do a better job than I did when researching a company for a move. Look for alias's and DO NOT TAKE THE WORD of the salesperson to try and save a few bucks as it will cost you much more in the end if you use a company like this one. I did look at their website and they had great reviews, but now I am guessing that they wrote their own as I cannot see anything but very poor service.

Although the men who picked up and delivered the furniture were professional, the service from the Main Office was horrible. Once they picked up the furniture, that was the last I heard from them. They would never answer my many, many calls. I truly believe that they knew my phone number and refused to pick up the phone. Several items were damaged including a table that had a leg broken off. Several picture frames were broken. I could go on and on about their service but all I can say is DO NOT USE THEM. .
Great moving experience.
The guys were early to arrive and got to work right away. They got everything from my old apartment to my new apartment in 2.75 hours, which was great. They were also very nice and courteous. The only minor issue was a small scratch on my bed, but I was able to cover it up. It was overall a great moving experience. I would highly recomend National Reloaction Solutions to my family and friends.
Never stopped moving.
Met some of your movers when I was moving in to apartment building last year. Liked their attitude and capability for the job they were doing at the time for somebody else, so I called them when it was time for us to move us out - I was not disappointed: they showed up on time, got the furniture off the 15th floor, into the truck, and into the house - the guys never stopped moving. Nice job. .
Without a break.
The two men that arrived at my apartment were professional and kind. They explained the forms which were short and concise. They worked without a break from the time they arrived, till the time they left our home and till the final drop-off. Not one piece was damaged. Not one wall scratched. Not one unkind word or expression. Please commend these two men. They had an incredible work ethic and all of us felt like we were dealing with family and not a company. Great job! Wonderful experience!
Fabulous.
Our experience with national relocation solutions was fabulous. The two gentlemen that performed our move went above and beyond to assist us. They were courteous, helpful and extremely careful with our items. Never once did they complain about the heat or the weight of any of the items they were moving. The office staff worked hard to get us the best rate and availability when we needed it. I can't say enough good things about our experience with national relocation solutions . If we ever move again they will be the first people we call.

Thank you for the wonderful service. Staff arrived at time designated, did a walk through the house with me to identify which pieces of furniture were to be moved. Staff then began moving the furniture to the truck, making sure that they were most careful with the item - then covered or wrapped the item with a quilted material for protection. Staff worked at a safe pace both loading and unloading the truck at our new house. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL SERVICE AND MOVING EXPERIENCE! .
Great!
We were very nervous because we have never used a moving company before and we weren't sure what to expect. I had under budgeted the cost of what a typical move would cost and was very concerned at how much more it was going to cost me at the end. When I voiced this concern they were very friendly, courteous and attentive helping us feel at ease. It was extremely humid and we live on the 4th floor. I know this move could not have been the most enjoyable for either one of them, but they did the job anyway very professionally.

Very pleased with the moving team. Hired movers - got renaissance men instead. Were able to help move and diagnose unexpected car trouble and recommend quick fix until I got to the dealership. Very quick, efficient, and professional. Well equipped - had toolbox on hand for things that needed to be dis/re-assembled. Very clear about pricing and service explanations. Very well done job. The moving guys in Truck 8 deserve a raise, or at least a six pack of their preferred beverage at the end of the workday. Thanks again National relocation solutions!!
Great stuff.
My friend had recently moved with National relocation solutions and referred them to me. They were awesome. I hate moving and the timing was super tight. I had to be out of my previous location on the same day I had to be in the new location. I took a chance and they delivered. They came in the day before and packed. Showed up on move day on time and worked until it was done. Saved me storage costs, had no damage to buildings, furniture’s or my property. Plus their price was very reasonable. I tipped the movers because they were very nice and professional super helpful and didn t complain when I asked them to carry away a couple of items (trash) that I couldn t dispose myself. I don t plan to move again anytime soon. I had to move about 2 years previously and had a very bad experience with another mover. So I was very nervous about this one but it all came together thanks to National relocation solutions. Awesome experience, I ll use them again if I ever need to!
Pros.
This mover has been the best moving company we have ever used. The foreman and his crew were very punctual, professional, cordial, efficient, and very caring with our belongings. I am very satisfied with the price we paid and I would definitely recommend them to any of our friends. We plan to use them again when we move our belongings from their storage facilities to our new home.

The boys at National relocations did a great job for us! It was a cold snowy day and their attention to detail was higher than expected. Very cautious of tracking in snow,good safety conscious putting salt on the loading ramp and sidewalk. I was very impressed! I would definaetly refer them to someone! plan on using them again in about 5 months when our new house is completed!

Most satisfied with the careful way our items were handled and how movers respected our wishes for careful handling of a few special pieces. The movers were terrific and I thank them very much. Also move was done within timeframe quoted and follow up with phone personnel was terrific!! I don't want to ever move again but if I do I will certainly use your services again. Shady.
This is a very shady company that operates under at least two different names, National Relocation and United National Moving and Storage, as well as at least two different DOT and ICC nos., and two different addresses--one in Florida and one in Maryland. I wouldn't believe the positive postings because I bet the posters were paid. This is a very dishonest company. If you want an accurate portrayal of this outfit look at the complaints filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Do not use this company, or companies. They will lie and steal your stuff, and charge you for items you didn't purchase. They promise to call you back with answers and never do. They promise a delivery date and show up more than two weeks later and then don't deliver all your items. This is a bad company or companies. I made a horrible mistake in using them. .
