1. Great company and a great price.

   I have used your services a few times and have never been disappointed. The movers were very concerned not to damage my furniture. They also had to disassemble my bedroom set and dining room. They did above and beyond what normal movers need to encounter. I would recommend your company without hesitation! Thank you for making moving affordable and making it a pleasant experience!

2. My move went great.

   The team of 3 guys were just fantastic. It was a miserably hot day and they just kept on moving. They were quick and managed to make our move in under the estimated time which was a savings to us. These guys were strong!! All three gentlemen had very pleasant personalities. It was a pleasure doing business with them!! If I ever need to move again I know exactly who I would call!! Now to the unpacking..ugh..

3. Best movers I have ever used.

   I have moved many times due to corporate relocations, family events, and life changes. This was, without a doubt, the best moving experience I had ever had. They was very helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me with all the details of my move. The 3 movers were the best movers I have had. There were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, and were very careful with my furniture, etc. I felt like I had my favorite family members helping me move. I will recommend them to everyone I know. When I find a house I hope they will be available for that move as well. .

   This was the most AMAZING movers/service I have ever had! They were kind, professional, FAST, efficient, and upbeat the entire time. They were very cautious and extremely accommodating. These two guys EXCEEDED my expectations and made this very stressful time not so bad. I will be recommending National relocation solutions to anyone I know is moving. They ARE THE BEST! 5. Can't wait to use them again.

   They were very organized, very friendly, and worked very, very hard. Their efforts were impressive. I don't know if you have any kind of a reward system for your employees, but if you do, these guys deserve some recognition/reward. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience with this moving team and would not hesitate to use them again, and we will be needing similar services in around 18 months. We will certainly endorse and recommend your company to friends and family.

6. Very happy with move.

   I am very pleased with all phases, from my initial phone call to office, to the quote, the professionalism, of other calls to office and especially the three young men, who did the actual moving. They were very helpful in a very cold, rainy day, being sure to take care of my furniture and keep it dry as possible. Their care in placing, everything, to be sure that nothing was damaged, whether furniture, boxes or in the house. I had an excellent experience, with National Relocation Solutions. They would be the first that I would call, if I had any moving needs.

7. Rip Off Artists.

   So after reading reviews about this company I decided to go with them. A decision I regret. First I was given incorrect information which ended up costing me about $1000 extra. I have a Harley and was told there was a $350 fee for it. I confirmed this was a flat fee and that it was not included in the cubic feet. This was a good deal so I jumped on it instead of using uship for that and my music equipment. Day of the move I was told it is counted in the cubic feet which means the bike cost $350 plus about 150-200 cf ft of space. Can't change plans now. Then I paid for my TV to be packed by them. They ended up using my packing material for my TV and then packing other things with theirs so they could charge me more. And then after all of that, they over charged me by telling me the truck they brought was 2000 cubic ft when it was really 1768 (confirmed by enterprise). So besides the extra for the bike, they added on another 250 cubic feet to the cost. Now I had to fight to get charged the proper cubic feet which I still ended up paying 100 cubic feet more than I should have. Now that I have my stuff, I am finding they were as gentle as a rhino. I had heavy duty totes that can. Hold 500 lbs each that have broken lids and cracked sides. My roller tool chest was dented so bad I had to pry it open. And wheels are toed in now so it is hard to roll. Boxes are damaged and stuff that was wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by clothes and paper is cracked and broke. I had the extra insurance but my deductible is $750 so its not worth my time to go after them for money back. Do not use this company. They will scam you and you can't back out because their 25% down payment is non refundable. You are stuck once you pay. And when you try to get a hold of them, they don't answer and don't respond to voice mail or email. You need to keep calling until you get through.

8. No showed us!

   I hired National Relocation Solutions to move us from York, Pa to Emerald Isle, NC. We were scheduled for a Saturday 3/27/2015 pick up and confirmed for a 1-4 pm window for pick up. They never showed up. We got a call saying they were running late on the last job and would be at our house by 7. At 730, we still hadn't heard from them and I called the driver and he said they are still at the other job and might not be able to fit us on the truck. I then received a call from a dispatcher who apologized and promised they would be here between 9-11 am on Sunday 3/28/2015. As of right now, 2 pm, I haven't heard from them and no one will return my calls. They have taken our deposit and no showed us twice. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

9. The movers were excellent.

   It was our first experience with a professional moving company and I must say, we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and 'can do' attitude of the movers. We were kept informed of all existing minor damage observations and time required for all tasked performed. I would pay twice as much to get the same level of service if we were to move again. 10. The best company.

    I have personally used other movers before, but none compare to the QUALITY of care that goes into the move itself. I have always trusted the guys that make the move every time. Even though I think the price may be a little high (especially the week-end rate), but the quality and speed of the move makes me realize that it is worth every penny. I will always remain a very satisfied customer!

11. Great Service.

    I so appreciate the service that I received with my move. Your staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The best part was when I went back to my storage unit and found the space had already been cleaned. Although this was my second time using National relocation solutions, it was the first time that they had removed my household goods from a storage unit. National relocation solutions was recommended to me, and I have since recommended their service to anyone that was planning a move. Keep up the great service.

12. Amazing.

    The services provided by National Relocation Solutions were above and beyond my expectations. They cared completely for all of my items and even explained what they were doing. They calmed me down when I was frazzled about not having everything packed. They expedited the service and I could not believe how fast they moved. I have already given your information to others. Kudos to you. My team of guys were outstanding. Two days and they were like little brothers. I had to do absolutely nothing. I hope if I even have something small to move that I can call on you all first.

13. Great Guys.

    Your movers are always pleasant, helpful, careful, considerate, extremely efficient and very good at what they do. On one occasion when we used National Relocation Solutions to move my elderly mother to a new apartment, she was very anxious and both your movers took the time to introduce themselves to my mom and assure her they would be careful with her possessions. Their kindness toward her really impressed me. When we need something moved, we immediately call your company to help us, and we've recommended you too many of our friends and will continue to do so.

14. Best movers.

    The two gentlemen that moved me were the best movers I have ever had. They were extremely diligent in getting things done correctly and in a very timely manner. They were courteous and so very careful not to bump into door jams carrying very heavy items. I cannot say enough good things about these two men. I hope they are well paid as I had forgotten to get any money for tipping. Thanks for a great moving experience!

15. Horrible Customer Service and Dishonesty.

    2-25-15, Please, I want to forewarn anyone who is moving from across the country. Never use this moving company!! They are dishonest and they promise you one price and you have to pay another amount. They are a broker company who sells your furniture and to criminals, moving company named “A Better Move”, from Aurora, Colorado. This company never had the legal means to travel the interstate highway according to the department of transportation website! They had a revoked moving license. These criminals, like in my situation held my belongings for almost 2 months and I had to get the authorities involved. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!! They will give you the run around. If it were not for state officials, the department of transportation and my lawyer, I would not gotten my personal belongings back. Even though, I got most of my Belongings back, the Criminals-National Relocation Solutions, stole a piece of my furniture and kicked an expensive piece of my furniture. If you need a mover, do it yourself or go through a legitimate company via protectyourmove.com website!!
