1. Moving.

   I commend you all on a job well done. We can't thank you enough for packing us up and delivering our stuff in a timely manner on such short notice. Timmy, Kyle and JJ did a fantastic job protecting our furniture. Tom, Nicole and Kevin did a great job with pricing and keeping us updated on the status of the truck.
   Much appreciated all around.

2. Thanks for Everything Orion Van Lines.

   I had to arrange a quick unexpected move for my father. I was under a lot of pressure with not a lot of time to research movers. My neighbors just moved and used Orion Van Lines and were very impressed with the service. I called Orion Van Lines and in a weeks notice with extremely fair pricing they were able to accommodate my fathers moving needs.To say this was a major accomplishment would be an understatement. 4. Orion Van Lines.

   Although I wasn't expecting to move so quickly it's nice to know I can rely on Orion Van Lines.They arrived on time, everything was packed up perfect and arrived safely.
   
   The men were pleasant and used a delicate touch while handling our belongings. We found the communication to be excellent and would surely call upon them again if we find ourselves in need of a mover.

5. Orion Van Lines.

   We just completed a move using the services of Orion van lines and wanted to say thank you for a fantastic job. Erik our move coordinator provided stellar service before during and after our relocation.
   
   I also wanted to commend James and the moving crew for providing a seamless transition to our new home. We have moved a few times before but this was without doubt our most positive experience .

6. Don't just go with reviews, do your research. Lesson learned!

   I am writing this review with great pain, because I am not a person who usually write a bad review for a business or a person. But Orion tested my limits. They couldn't do the move out on the agreed date and time. After that, they took 18 days to do a delivery from Tampa to Minneapolis (Which on the first call with them they agreed will be done in 5 to 6 days). Now comes the final price which was never the agreed quotation. Now we can completely put all the blame on Orion since they are just brokers who arrange the move with actual mover companies. So they really do have much say in when they pick it up or deliver it. Also, cost of packing and how they do it all movers choice. Orion is just a mediator in the whole process. The most frustrating part was Orion's attitude when I had a complaint about the whole process. They even threatened me if I write a bad review (I am not a competitor or has any personal advantage in writing false facts about them). I bought a service from them and according to me it was frustrating and I was not feeling comfortable thinking my entire household things were with them. According to Orion, they have mentioned everything in the documents I have signed. So read those documents carefully before signing. Hope this helps someone in future!

   make this happen under such short notice. Everything arrived without any problems. My china cabinet (which I was so nervous about) is safe and happy along with the rest of our items. I came recommended from a friend and will pass on the recommendation to others.

   From start to finish it went as planned. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole, Kevin and Shawn. The crew were very professional, helpful and tidy.

9. The best service.

   We were very happy with the move Orion Van Lines provided. Our family relocated from Gatlinburg TN to Billings MT in July of this year, Orion Van Lines was our choice for completing the move in the end, and it turned out to be a solid choice. Randy coordinated our move and made the whole process simple from beginning to end. We have made a few moves before so we have some experience with moving companies.
   
   This was the best by a long shot!

10. Orion Van Lines.

    Our experience with Orion Van Lines was very good. We had our home sale fall short a few times and OVL worked with our date changes with a smile.
    
    The sales person we used provided great service and went that extra mile in every way. When it came to the actual moving day the guys were fantastic workers with pleasant attitudes. OVL provided a great move for our family and we would recommend them firmly.

11. Wonderful service.

    My family and I were in search of a moving
    service to transport our belongings to our new home in Saint Paul. We found Orion van lines here on this website and after reading some nice reviews we hired them to couplet the service.
    
    The moving men were very polite and conducted the business of moving our items wonderfully. Orion even arranged to have a piano tuner visit our new home and re-tune our piano.
    
    OVL provided a very good experience in the handling of our relocation.

12. Good Choice.

    We committed to Orion for our moving needs and they did not
    disappoint. First off finding a moving company that covers central Montana is not an easy task, let alone finding a quality mover
    
    Orion Van Lines provided an excellent moving experience at
    what we considered to be an overall good value. We would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

13. Nice Movers.

    Orion van lines provided great service during our move from
    Arizona to Connecticut. The price and services quoted were accurate and the movers did a super job with packing and moving our furniture.
    
    We also liked that they provided shipping for our 2 vehicles as well.
    
    With all said and done we would use and recommend OVL with
    out hesitation.

14. Poor company.

    I was told by Kevin, the dispatcher at Orion that the truck would be arriving on 09-24-15. The truck failed to show up until 09-25-15. I had packed my perishable foods in coolers waiting for them to arrive. When they did not arrive as I was told I had to take off and head to Florida to save my meat products. After I arrived they were to show up no later than 09-29-15, but I got a call from Kevin again and was told they would not be there until 10-02-15. I had to stay at a motel until they arrived and when the driver, Darrell at Puma Van lines showed up, he hired three men that cared only about getting the items unloaded and I saw they had stacked my furniture up to the ceiling and most all was damaged and scratched badly. They failed to cover my wooden furnishings and I had a lot of damage. I would not recommend either Orion or Puma an lines at all. Beware because they do not care!!

15. OVL went beyond our expectations.

    When planning our move we weight all our options and took in to account all the information provided by the mover’s estimates and quotes we had received. In our view Orion van lines provided the best services and reliability for the buck.
     
    The moving quote provided was simple and was void of all those hidden fees and loop holes. The service that was provided was without a doubt first rate, the crew did a fantastic job of preparing our furniture and loading and unloading our belongings for our move. I also wanted to mention the care they took with prepping and protecting my Harley Davidson for transport.
     
     
    OVL went beyond our expectations in handling our moving needs.
