   Very reliable movers that seem to know how to get the job done right. Throughout the whole move, they made sure to communicate with us everything from beginning to end. 3. Amazing company.

   My search for movers ended after a few weeks as a great success and im eternally grateful for quality express van lines because you guys know what you are doing. You've relocated hundreds of people (according to you) and each time has been a success so that tells something to me. Without your expert services, I know our move would be a lot more difficult.

4. Quality express van lines.

   Almost 10 grand for a 3-bedroom move is a steel in my opinion because it could be a lot worse. I think that Quality Express Van Lines did a good job and offering us a quality service and they were always in communication with us to make sure we had any questions comments or concerns. I was alleviated and not stress throughout the whole.

   I had a one bedroom apartment that needed to be relocated QUICKLY and quality express van lines accommodate me on a very short notice. I think its very nice and professional of them to offer such a quick service at a reasonable cost. I will always recommend you guys to my loved ones.

   While our move wasn't too complicated, quality express van lines was up to the task and they did everything beautifully. I really appreciate all the hard work these guys have put into our move, I know that we could not do this all alone, without them. Much love!

   For the price, I think that would move was very pleasant and hassle free. I didn't have to deal with too many issues or problems, the guys are really understanding of what's going on and how to move your stuff. It shows they have many years of experience in doing this. I know that otherwise I would definitely not use them. I need a solid and reliable mover otherwise this doesn't work.

8. Wonderful company.

   This is the way moving should be done. Excellent customer service and the guys make sure to answer all of your comments, questions, and concerns. I was not worried that our things would go missing or that there is any other issues. As a small move, they treated us just like a big move, we personally did not notice any difference in personalized service.

9. Don't buy the 5 star reviews. (Fraudulent company).

   If you get a phone call from a salesman named Robert Kraft, hang up your phone. This man will tell you nothing but lies to get your deposit. They are not a moving company they are brokers. They will tell you your estimate is by the lb. only to have the company they hire Boost Express, show up and tell you they charge by the square foot. This will increase your estimate by about 500 dollars in my case. More lies come on promised delivery date. My scheduled drop off was Nov. 8th, today is the the 25th and I still don't have any of my belongings. My fish have all died because these two companies are unethical liars who cannot live up to their promises. They made their buck off me, too bad for them about 20 other people from my company are moving and all have had fair warning to avoid this company. I hope this review reaches as many as possible, so no one has to go through what I am during a stressful enough time.

    Excellent value for the money is offered by these long distance movers. The guys got the job done right and did not disappoint in any way, shape, or form. Best of all, I can count on the moving team to always pick up the phone and answer any questions I may have.

11. 2 bedroom move from KC, MO to Saint Paul, MN for $6200.

    For us, quality express van lines could not have done a better job. They were punctual the whole time and understand what we needed for us move to be successful. I am pleased with their work and would recommend them to all friends and family. Great job to the whole team!

12. Misleading estimate left me with a much higher bill than expected.

    This company is not upfront about being a moving broker, not a moving company. The movers they contracted were 4 hours outside of the original time frame given. Their arrival at 6:15pm to my storage unit meant it was dark and cold as they worked; it also meant I was frequently checking the time as the unit closes at 10:00pm. Matters were made worse when the movers locked themselves out of their truck, spending at least 45 minutes trying to open it. I asked repeatedly what their plan was and how long before they would be ready to load the truck, but just received the response that they would try for several more minutes. Though the movers were able to open the truck, I don't trust my belongings are safe in a truck they were able to break into.
    
    Additionally, I believe the company intentionally gave me a much lower estimate than was realistic, as the estimate was just over $1,000 less than what the movers charged. Though there were extra boxes, this represents a 50% increase from the original estimate--and I do not have 50% more things than represented in the estimate. I chose this company because they offered the most competitive price, but the cost is now significantly higher than any other quote I received. Payment is typically cash or money order, which causes me to question the legitimacy of this business. On top of this, I was given no estimate for when my belongings would be delivered.
    
    When I talked to customer service, their representative dismissed rather than addressed my concerns, would not connect me to a manager, and would not give me an assurance that anyone would follow up with me, period.
    
    I don't trust this company at all.

13. Please don't believe this company!

    This company low ball the prices. (They would offer the most competitive price) The price that they quoted for including full service, means packing and moving the boxes. I told them this is an apartment and it is on 3rd floor with out an elevator and they agreed upon the request.
    Guess what? The day they were supposed to move, the moving people said, we need to box and pack and getting down through stairs it is an extra of $1575. I tried so many time to contact the moving company and no one answered the call. I tried to call the next day and the person I talked to was very rude and when I asked why is it extra? He replied "Would you carry this luggage for free". I asked for the quote ahead of time.
    
    They made me to pay a initial non-refundable deposit and I don't know if there is way to get $1140 back.
    
    Please don't fall for this.

14. Best moving company ever.

    We have a large house that needed a quick relocation so I decided to contact quality express van lines and WOW the whole process has been nothing short of amazing. No delays whatsoever and the guys are on top of the ball about everything. Whether I send an email or call, I receive the appropriate response immediately. Our stuff is supposed to be delivered tomorrow..cant wait!

15. Movers with Moxy.

    We had a big relocation and it was not easy organizing everything, I knew we could definitely not do it on our own, and that's where quality express came in to help us. These guys are very organized and understand what we are looking for when it comes to household relocation. To this day I am very grateful for finding you guys!
