  1. Took my deposit, never did moving job!

They took my $900 deposit, and I never heard from them again, they never completed the scheduling of my move. I called twice and inquired and each time they said they would take my number and talk to a supervisor and get back to me, but it's a scam, they never got back to me, and they kept the $900.

  2. WARNING!!! Another Priceless Heirloom in Pieces!!!

Please do not use these people. They are brokers. They work with the worst moving Companies "Dependable Movers" I am so upset months later uncovering more damage. Antiques bubble wrapped and then sandwiched between tons of blankets and towels destroyed. They threw my stuff, piled it up, did not look at the FRAGILE I wrote on boxes. A complete disregard for your property and the movers did not respond to my insurance forms. Quality assured me they would handle it. They didn't. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  3. Worst moving experience of my life

Run away from this company, they overcharge and will loose your stuff or damage it, then not pay! They will then say they are just brokers and they have zero responsibility. At one point they even told me the guy “Steve” who was working on my case killed himself. They make up drama about how there were big meetings with the directors regarding my case etc... all lies, just go with a different company, and make sure they are not brokers!

  4. Scammers!!

Do not use this company. If you do you will be sorry. It’s taken me since July to get my law suit together. They will lie. Steal your money and super nice in the beginning and when it’s time to move they no show. They keep your deposit. It’s cash out of your bank saying cc doesn’t go through. I will not stop until I get these people out of business. This is no joke

  5. Horrible Broker of Moving Companies.

This company hires other movers. They claim that you are paying for a 50% down on the move. In actuality, the money you pay is just their referral fee. The moving company that comes will give you their own estimate and charge you the full price for their move. I paid 8,000.00 (50% down) for a move from Maryland to Utah and then sold over half my furniture. On the day of my move, instead of weighing my furniture, as Quality Van Lines said they would, they estimated the square footage and charged me another 7,000.00 more, even though I boxed most of my stuff already. They estimated that the furniture will arrive on Oct. 21-23. It is now 10/27 and the furniture has not arrived yet. They are not reachable though they give you a cell phone number for the driver. The moving company said that the truck would arrive on the weekend, which was in one to two days, and they never showed up. Their excuse for texting me and telling me that they will arrive three days afterwards was that the truck broke down in Illinois. How is it possible for them to promise me that my furniture will arrive the next day and then use an excuse that the truck broke down in Illinois? When I asked for a discount for the week-long delay in delivery, they said that it was not going to happen. The contract, they said, allows them to have 30 days to deliver my furniture. So, if you want your move to be 33% more than estimated after you've sold over half your furniture and then be over a week delayed in arrival, this is the company for you!!

  6. Worst experience of my life.

My move with Quality Express Van Lines has been the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have gone two months without the delivery of my household goods and still have no delivery date scheduled. Quality Express Van Lines has lied throughout the entire process and is allowing my goods to be held hostage by the moving company they contracted. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the reasons you should ABSOLUTELY NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY for your move, under any circumstance:

    1. They lie about the contract terms to get you to work with them. Prior to pickup of my goods, I was told my things would be delivered within 3 days of my first available date of delivery. However, the day my items were picked up and payment was received, their story completely changed and I was told that my things would be delivered in 30 business days (?!). Please note we are now far beyond 30 business days and I still do not have my items nor do I have any information on where they are or when they’ll be arriving.

    2. Quality Express Van Lines will not answer your phone calls. They will put you on hold for as long as you’ll wait because Quality Express Van Lines is a group of scammers that cannot answer even the most basic questions about your move (i.e., the date your items will be delivered). This is an incredibly shady business practice and makes me wonder if my things were stolen by their moving company and they are covering up the crime.

    3. They breech their contracts and allow their contracted movers to do so as well. As a broker, Quality Express Van Lines’ job is to ensure their contracted movers meet the terms of their contracts with their customers. Quality Express Van Lines has done nothing to work with the movers to get them to deliver my things. I am weeks past the delivery date guaranteed in my contract with both the movers they hired and with Quality Express Van Lines and again, my things have not been delivered and I have no information about if they will ever arrive.

    4. Customer service does not exist. I have been without any of my things for two months. I’ve had to purchase new household and personal items just to survive. This company knows exactly what they’re doing to people when they allow their contracted movers to hold their customers’ goods hostage for months on end. Based on the extremely hostile conversations I’ve had with Quality Express Van Lines staff (in the off chance I am able to reach them), I can assure you they do not care about their clients whatsoever.

I repeat, do not, under any circumstance, work with Quality Express Van Lines. They are a crooked, shady, and truly awful company that should no longer be in operation.

  7. Horrible experience.

First they said they were not a broker. It turns out they are at a high fee that to my astonishment is non refundable. So they are keeping over $1600 of my deposit after I cancelled. 2 different movers arrived on the day of the move and for the same original list they charged me 2k more. I couldn’t afford it at this difficult time and told them no. I called the company and did not receive any support. I wasn’t even allowed to speak to the man that I originally spoke to. I must now seek legal action to recoup at least some if not all of my deposit. U would think during a pandemic this business would have a heart but they have not proved that they do.

  8. Do not trust them. This company is worst nightmare.

We were moving from Minnesota to Texas. Our order move date was on 08/08/20. We had already verbally agreed upon a price quote for full service after video walkthrough with Quality Express Van Lines. After signing contract with them they referred us to their carrier Virgin Moving and Storage (sister moving company). However, on the day of pickup, Virgin Moving and Storage said they had to change price saying we have fancy items like TV console with fireplace, Grill, and Sofa. We already showed those items to them before confirming the price with them. We had no choice but to agree with their pricing sine we were near to our closing and moving date. While they moved our stuff into the truck, on the day itself they damaged our vinyl floor and broke patio table. They were loading items without putting protective material on the floor which was against our agreement.

Now on the delivery date while going through inventory list our stuffs were missing. They missed our master bed, furniture’s and damaged TV console, Grill, and Couch. TV console fireplace is not working, they broke the leg of the Grill and now Grill won’t light, and they ripped our sofa. They charged extra for handling those items saying fancy items and now all those items are damaged or won’t work.

Today is 10/19/20, and we still don’t have our missing items. We are tired of contacting them and every time we call Quality Express Van Lines they say let me talk to carrier and then get back to you. We don’t hear anything from them and their carrier /sister company(Virgin Moving and Storage). The truth about this moving company is – THIS IS WORST COMPANY TO CHOOSE do not trust them. We don’t recommend them. As per our contract with Quality Express Van Lines says BY FEDERAL LAW, THIS FORM MUST CONTAIN A FILLED-IN ESTIMATE OF THE COST OF A MOVE FOR WHICH THE MOVING COMPANY IS LIABLE FOR THE FULL (REPLACEMENT) VALUE OF YOUR GOODS but we have not received anything yet. We highly recommend that you consider another good company Virgin Moving and Storage is worst nightmare!

  9. Scammers.

BE WARNED NOT TO TRUST THESE THIEVES! If it were possible to select NO STARS rather than one star, I would. Criminals. Everyone working for this so-called moving company should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. No one ever mentioned that this was a "broker" rather than an actual moving company. Very slick and slimy outfit. Manipulative. Horrible monsters. Do not trust a single word coming out of the mouth of Bob West -- a sociopathic liar. These criminals disgust me! They scammed me out of a whopping $2626 deposit. At the time of setting up my move, the plan was to move from Houston to Phoenix, but life happens and throws us curve balls sometimes. It turned out that I only had to move "up the road" to Dallas. They could not and would not move me in-state. No one had warned me that they couldn't help me if it turned out my move would be in-state. They were unwilling to make an exception in my case to give back my very sizable deposit. Do not be fooled by the fake 5-star reviews you see on their webpage. They are skilled at manipulating the unaware, trusting consumer who is merely trying to arrange for an upcoming move. They know that they can get away with their cruel dishonesty causing unimaginable levels of financial distress and torment. After "eating" that enormously painful deposit on a move that this so-called moving company could not do, I had no choice but to go into debt by using credit to hire an honest, reliable, local mover to move me to Dallas. Rot in hell, you thieves! Anyone wishing to join me in taking legal action against these creeps, please contact me: Lynn--classicaljazzlk@gmail.com.

  10. Quality Express Lies.

BE AWARE: Quality Express Van Lines is NOT A MOVING COMPANY. They are moving BROKERS and as such they will give you a really good price over the phone to allure you with lies, and then they will ask for a NON REFUNDABLE deposit that you will lose once you sign a contract. I made the mistake to listen to one of their salesmen and it cost me 2000 dlls more than the original contract I signed to move my stuff from LA to Utah. Stay away from them and find a local mover in your state that will actually go to your house to measure your stuff and give you a real estimate. Even better, get a group of friends or form a crew from Home Depot and load a truck yourself. Save you thousands of dollars and useless discussions with their staff. Customer Service reps are rude and indifferent to your complaints. Please make note of my terrible experience with Quality Express Van Lines.

  11. Do Not. I Repeat..do Not.

My sales person was Greg. He lied about everything. They arrived and added an additional $3000 to my fee. When I called their customer service Deb was RUDE and placed me on hold and never came back. She said she "didn't have" a manager and that I could no longer speak to Greg. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS.

  12. Buyer beware.

The sales person, Bob West, promised the world; underestimated everything: included full packing, told us they were not a broker and we signed up. Then 2 days before the move we found out our contract did not include full pack and the volume was wrong making the cost double. The movers showed up not knowing it was a full pack; had no packing materials. Used inferior products and destroyed 2 antiques, rub marks on all furniture and much more.

  13. Putting the "Art" in "Con Artists".

First off, these people don't move anything. They over-promise things they can't (and won't) deliver, then subcontract out to Boost Express Van Lines (avoid at all costs). Subcontracting gives them an easy out when their clients/victims call them to ask why their 2-3 day move has now taken over a month.

Chris Kane and James Oswald promised us a quick move from Chicago to Nashville, for about $4k. "We'll pack up your house Friday, Saturday if we need more time, then unload in Nashville on Sunday." We have a piano, they said "We specialize in moving pianos." That was the last we heard from them.

They sold our job to Boost Express Van Lines, who showed up 2 days late, and upon their arrival, exclaimed "Piano? Nobody told us about a piano." Then promptly increased out invoice from $4k up to $9.5k. We called Chris and James at Quality Express to express our dismay, they ignored our calls, voicemails, and emails.

Boost Express changed our next day delivery to "21 business day after your first avalaible delivery date and we don't guarantee delivery exactly on the date you've indicated on your paperwork"(sic). And when they say 21 business days, that actually means 29+ calendar days where you sit in an empty house wondering when you'll be able to sit in a chair again or cook a meal.

What did Quality Express have to say about it all? I'll let you know once they unblock our numbers.

  14. This Moving Broker Is the WORST.

PLEASE. This is not a competitor leaving a 1-star review. This is a customer. I run a business that depends on reviews so I don't take lightly leaving a 1-star review. This company is the worst. This company represents itself as a mover when its 3rd party broker. At this very moment I am watching the driver unload our shipment from his 18-wheeler onto ANOTHER semi because he would not drive down a hard packed gravel and dirt road to unload the shipment in the agreed location. He refused. So our neighbors loaned us their hay-hauling semi truck so we could load the items on it and then drive it down the hard-packed gravel and dirt road to the drop off location. And of course he refused to load the shipment into the agreed location AFTER we transported it so we had to hire a crew to do it. Oh, did I say this 700 mile move cost a FORTUNE. This is a complete rip-off company. There is no communication AFTER you sign everything and NO point person to contact, even though they say there is. Obviously, during COVID we don't have the same options as usual and with everyone moving out of urban areas right now it's really hard to get a mover. But it's better to wait! than hire these scammers. I can't say enough bad things about this outfit. They will rip you off big time. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

  15. A broker that hires the lowest bidder.

Do you like getting sweet nothings whispered in your ear? Someone saying you can save thousands with the inventory you provided? Then this is the company for you! They claimed to be a 5 star moving COMPANY on the phone, which would mean they have there own trucks an such but they are merely a broker, which means by contract once the mover shows up they will ignore the fact you exist.

They will take 2040 cubic feet and say its only 1100 until they get your deposit, then suddenly its up to 1900 cubic feet with the phone inventory, which doesn't really matter because the mover they hire will just exaggerate it further, which by that time the deposit is no longer refundable and you are stuck with what you have or lose the money you paid.

Avoid them, use an actual moving company - you know the ones - there trucks are on the roads all the time. Your experience will be 100 times better.
