The worst moving experience or my life.
I can't believe the experience I've had with this company. They were so unbelievably unprofessional, rude and deceptive. Everyone from the customer service representative, the sales associates and the movers were awful. I would have saved myself time, money and stress by doing everything myself. First, they would not give a visual estimate for the amount of cubic feet and pounds they needed to move me out of my sparse 2 bed duplex. However, they said the truck would be empty heading to my new area so they wouldn't be as strict on the weight and the move would be quick (within 3 days).
Then they added another $800 to my bill after I get old them what was being moved exactly . I didn't want to cut my losses because I had already put down $1200 to book the move so I went with it. Later they told me which day I needed to give them an exact number of boxes (a Monday). That wasn't a problem, I had already started packing and I had the whole weekend to finish. Well, I call about taking a few things off the manifest and adding something else and they told me they needed that exact number in 2 hours because they forgot they needed everything by Friday. Well, I couldn't give them an exact number with 2 hours left to pack so I estimated with the boxes I had. I measured every box and gave them every dimension by the time they asked and the guy told me they were weird box sizes so he had to put in what he could. He severely under estimated and didn't change the price after going under the estimated box number.
Now it's moving day, the movers were 2 hours late and told me every box size was wrong and I would need at least 100 more sq ft of the truck to be used which is another $350. When I told him that I told the guy the exact measurements he said it was my fault for having abnormal box sizes and I need to buy the right boxes to make it easier on them. Another $150 fee was charged for 'bulky items' which he said we're the washer and dryer and breakfast room table. Lastly, I was told by the mover to expect my stuff in two weeks instead of the original agreed upon time of 3 days. When I told him I was told the move would be quick he just laughed and said that's not going to happen.
The experience with this company has been awful. I will forever remember the name quality express Van lines and I will tell everyone I know to stay the fu** away. The people who run this company should feel ashamed. This is by far the worse customer service experience I've ever had.

Mark who is the leading driver has been a great sport when it comes to this relocation stuff. He is very experienced and understood our needs clearly. Who better to have in your corner than a guy that has years of experience in the moving industry stuff. Give them a try like we did and I am sure you'll be very pleased.

Complex relocation with alot of moving parts..it wasn't easy that's for sure. The moving crew led by Mark made us feel safe in giving them our belongings. Ive heard horror stories of things often going missing when it comes to movers, im glad that wasn't our experience.

Just wow!
I have been calling different companies for over a week I was scheduled for them to come move me and never showed up. I finally got in touch with QUALITY EXPRESS and they set up a date and time and they showed up and was even early for my move. This company relived alot of stress from me with showing up and doing the job correctly. Thanks guys!!

Honestly the only reason we used quality express was because of the pricing. It was much more attractive than compared to the competition. I am very happy you guys performed our move with precision.

Amazing company.
We moved a mansion so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. The complex undertaking took many hours of work for the moving crew and I appreciate their dedication to this move. They came with a group of 4 guys and worked into the late afternoon. Delivery took two weeks as promised -- overall I am very satisfied and happy with what you guys provided us.

The organization and structure in place facilities quick moving over long distances. Thats what we needed and that's exactly what we received.

Ten grand for a move of this magnitude is actually a steal. I'm impressed with what quality express did as I thought there would be more issues. It has been pretty much smooth sailing the whole way. I give you five stars for sure!

The biggest plus about quality express van lines is that they took on my move in a short period of time. They did not complain that we wanted our delivery date to be firm without any changes. I appreciate their efforts and recommend them to a family and friends from now on.
