Horrible service.
Never book these scammers . They never turned up at the booking date . They delayed the move saying staff has corona but never turned up on alternate date as well . No apology for the delay. Bethany their customer service is a racist and rude person . They charged the full amount and never turned up .Very abusive staff . Staff said we are at their beck and call and have no choice but to wait as there is no refund policy . Sheer harassment.

Why would I ever use any other moving company? The men at quality express van lines are honest to the core and did everything exactly as promised without a fuss. I had concerns they would be mad about a couple last minute changes, but the opposite happened. Truly very accommodating!

Great dedication and focus in getting our move finished by the deadline that we agreed on. To be honest, I thought there would be problems but everything turned out perfectly. I couldn't be more glad and happy about the work done by Quality Express Van Lines.

Avoid at All Costs – Liars, Liars, Liars.
This has been the most horrific experience of my life. Quality Express, misquoted me by circa $800 dollars, they promised me a delivery of 4-7 days, they are now saying 16 not confirmed, could be longer. I am now living on the floor of an empty apartment with a one year old, clothes enough for a week, no belongings in a city I have never been to. My wife is crying every day, my child is not sleeping and this has cost us hundreds of extra dollars to buy belongings just to survive, from time wasted calling in, hounding this company to get answers and this has pushed my family over the edge, financially and emotionally. I was LIED TO SO MANY TIMES BY THIS BUSINESS, the customer service was atrocious, they even admitted multiple times to (with no apology) to lying. We based our move on the data they gave us, and we are now in a hopeless situation.

The great news is that my move went flawlessly without any problems. I can fully count on quality express van lines to get the job done right the first time without issues. I was so stressed at first that things would go wrong, but everything was done professionally and according to plan.

I must say that your movers pleasantly surprised me. For some reason I had a feeling there would be problems along the way, but everything went perfectly. Sometimes I have a gut feeling about certain situations and I’m usually right.. so I was absolutely pleasantly surprised when my gut was proven wrong this time!! What I enjoyed the most is the pricing because we saved a good couple hundred bucks from the next closest estimate.
Deceptive ,Unethical, Company.
Horrible company with Horrible people. Lied about everything. Promised a specific Date then wouldn't guarantee any day. written "agreement" was a joke. Totally open ended with a statement that says they can deliver within "30 business days" They must collect a lot of unrefundable deposits as their main source of revenue.
Unethical Company.
A horrible company. We were explicitly told, when looking for an estimate, that we could cancel and the deposit was refundable. They pushed and confirmed, we trusted them and didn't read fine print closely enough. Deposit was NON refundable. Lost $650.
Terrible experience!
I was told the mover would arrive on a Tuesday. When I called, I found the truck was 400 miles away. I checked later in the afternoon and it was still 400 miles away. Quality, which is a broker and not a van line, found another mover. A young man arrived on Tuesday evening to give an estimate, which was much, much, much higher than the over-the-phone estimate. He promised a truck would be there at 8 a.m. I called, and the truck he had "reserved" at Penske truck rentals (they don't have their own trucks) had been given to someone else. Then he had to drive all over the city looking for a hand truck. He finally arrived at 2:30, unprepared to move my piano, which was on the original estimate. When he had moved everything else, I had to get in my car and drive to the local supermarket where he found a stranger in the parking lot willing to help him and his assistant (found at Home Depot and not an employee) move the piano. Now I find that the delivery date might be 21 working days after the day I wanted my furniture delivered. Horrible company!

Great work by the crew headed by Robert that came to our home to move my things. It was all done efficiently and quickly, a big plus for me. Now when it comes to pricing, that's where I believe Quality Express Van Lines cannot be beat..
Worst Ever.
After talking to them for hours they gave me a "Binding Estimate" of $1800 when they got there they said I had to pay $3500 SCOUNDRALS!!

If you get a chance to use Quality Express Van Lines, I would definitely consider them because they are great at what they do. At least for me, it has been nothing but a pleasurable experience and I would recommend you guys to anyone that wants real movers with a no BS attitude.
Scam.
I payed $1,000 down payment to move from Oklahoma to Nebraska and they never showed up to move my stuff. They said I refused!! How can I refuse when they don’t show up. They called two hours before move and trying to renegotiate they said it will cost at least two or three times more than what I was told which was $2500. I also called and they told me that they won’t be giving back my $1,000 because I refused.

This company is not a moving company. They are brokers who quote you with an eye catching to good to be true estimate. They then turn around and hire a moving company called PACKRITE MOVERS that has hundreds of 1 star reviews about being over charged. They hire this company because they are the cheapest option and don’t care about their customer since they have already gotten their non refundable deposit. After the moving company quoted me DOUBLE than what the brokers quoted me (even though I took less furniture than was estimated because I sold some) the brokers did absolutely nothing to fight for me. They would maybe be a good company if they actually knew who they were hiring. I told them about the terrible reviews PACKRITE MOVERS has and they had no idea. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WITH THE REPUTABLE COMPANIES LIKE MAYFLOWER, UHAUL, etc..
