  1. Quest Moving is Moving Fraud Company.

    They are thieves. They have taken money from me in Hillsboro Portland and did not return anything. My rating -10 Stars to them if there is option to give it. I have sent legal notice to them which they did not respond.

    They simply walked away with 1560 and all my goods they picked from my apartment in Hillsboro.

    I was not ready to pay them anything beyond booking amount but they kept asking money that too in cash. I called their office in front of the pick guys and the person who booked my order advised to give the driver money in cash. This was not agreed. Since I already vacated this apartment so I wanted to pick them my furniture and other house hold goods.

    They crafted this fraud which I never expected to happen.

    They have new company with the name Moving Relocation Systems. Since there are many complaints against Quest Moving they have renamed this company to Moving Relocation Systems.

  2. Horrible people, horrible company.

    I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. Highly ridiculous people. If you don’t want to waste your money and property then do not go with them.

    They quote me close to $4000 over the phone and ended up charging me $10000 for moving my stuff.

    Which they didn’t even move. They left all my stuff in my apartment garage because the guy who came was too tired to move it to our house and set it up. Then he messaged and said that he will move the stuff to our house the next day and he didn’t turn up and when questioned he started using abusive language and said that he will not come to move our stuff to our house and that his job here is done.

    Whenever you try to call the company it goes to voicemail no matter what time of the day you call. They don’t respond to emails once they get your deposit money.

    Please don’t fall for the lower price as you will end up paying more for sure.

  3. Moving from CA to NC.

    DO NOT USE Quest Moving! Please read the reviews and believe the victims of this corrupted company. Our move was horrible, terrible because of them. We stressfully waited for our belongings for three month. When they arrived, we were missing expensive items, but after two month of reviewing our insurance claim, they denied it unreasonably. If they are going to respond to this review by telling lies, please know we are publicly start posting the documents as evidence. Please do not use their services, do not give them any money. They need to be closed and investigated by the authorities.

  4. WA to TX move gone bad.

    My sister in law tried to move some belongings from WA to TX, was quoted $1750 for the move, on 7/31 they come but did not load everything (TV/Bed Frames/Book shelves and some toys left behind). After 6 weeks and increasing the cost to deliver to over $3K (along with a disputed deposit of $612.50 that apparently did not go through because their paypal account got shut down). I got involved to help pay and get them to deliver. They arrived with the wrong things (some one elses stuff). two weeks later they claimed to have found the right shipment (10/31/18) as of now 12/7/18 over three months since they picked up the items they have not delivered. I have been told multiple times over the last two months that they should be shipping with it never actually happening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  5. The worst company of any kind I have ever worked with, ever.

    Customer service is A+ before you commit to using them for your move. Once you sign the contract, you are dead to them.
    One mover arrived at 9pm on the second (aka. the last) day I had allocated for pick up of my belongings after being told earlier in the day the pick up time would be 10am-2pm. After about 1.5-2 hours, his buddy arrived to help him actually move my things out of my house. They did not finish collecting my things and going through the paperwork until ~2:30am.
    Delivery of my belongings was soon after my first available day for deliver, but I was told by the driver that they had left the top of my dining table in the warehouse because they had been told that that did not belong with the rest of my things. In other words, the movers were told that the top of my dining table did not belong with the matching legs and 2 chairs finished in the exact same wood stain. So, I now have 2 dining chairs, and 4 legs to a table I can't use because the top never arrived. I have been calling the company almost daily for the last 3 weeks and after being initially told that the table top would be located and delivered to my house at some point on another run to my area, I have heard nothing. They also lost another item of mine, which I have not been able to talk to them about because they will not return my phone calls or emails.
    Calling them is a essentially a waste of time. They never answer the phone, and you can only leave a message if their voicemail box isn't full, which it seems to be regularly.
    I have never been treated so poorly by any company, ever, in my life. They appear to have zero regard for peoples belongings (almost all of my furniture was damaged to some degree during the move), and zero interest in providing baseline customer service.
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  6. Avoid this company completely.

    I booked Quest Moving LLC for a move from California to Georgia, Duluth. I paid them the upfront money for booking the move. Our items were picked up on 07-03-2018. Today is 11-02- 2018 and we still do not have our items. This is the 120th business day. Quest violated the contract of 3-21 business days to deliver our items. That has come and gone as well. We've been promised three times our items would be loaded and they are still sitting in a warehouse in California. We have contacted Quest daily and have documented this entire process. We have filed police reports and fraud with the US DOT for Quest Moving LLC. Everyday we call, they state that they still have not loaded our items and there is no plan or estimated load date and we need to just wait. They have violated the contract. We still do not have our items and Quest does not seem to care to honor their contract. They have no sense of urgency to fulfill the contract.

  7. Quest moving did not deliver after 33 business days.

    Hi All,

    Quest moving did not deliver after 33 business days are over. The estimated time limit - 21 business days and max time limit - 33 business days after I confirm the first delivery date.

    My first delivery date - 04th September. 33 business days are over , still they did not deliver. They don't reply email message , their call center is always busy. No call back.

    We are struggling with the kids. Horrible to see that these things happen in USA!!

  8. Where are my daughter's belongings?

    They picked up her belongings in late August from Murrieta to be delivered in Florida. They mentioned it would take three weeks because they move other clients belongings at the same time.
    It's now late September and someone told her it would arrive in three days. Now recently they called the truck driver and he says he doesn't know the whereabouts of their belongings.

  9. Moving Debacle.

    This is NOT a moving company.The only thing that went as planned was their arrival to pack and pick up my goods. There cubic ft estimate was very low, their packing was inconsistent - Some things were well packed, others not. Had some breakage. They delivered well after the 1-10 business days. They figured out there would be additional shuttle charges the day of drop off. They were not careful in unloading. AND mysteriosly there was a counterfeit check that originated from the city where their headquarters are. Possibly coincidence, but I don’t have any ties to Ft Lauderdale which is where the check originated. Their customer service team is very helpful until they pick up your goods, then good luck getting a straight answer, or even answering the phone. Another peeve..I had prepared my grandfather clock for shipping, which had worked successfully twice before. They “reprepared” and I will now have to have a clock professional come and fix it. Some of their packers and movers know what they are doing, but not all. They were cheaper than a reputable moving company, but you get what you pay for..or not. I will never move again, but if I were to, I definitely won’t use these guys. Of course they didn’t do any follow up to see if I was satisfied.

  10. Yo yo yo.

    Yo these movers were the best. I've moved like 15 different times and let me tell you each one has been a true headache. one time I had a mover pick up all my stuff and call me three hours later asking for twice as much money. best believe I didn't take that. but anyways, these guys were great. my uncle paid for the move- it was a little pricey- but these guys did a great job. they boxed all my little nephews toys and blanket wrapped everything. got my items to me in like 5 days.

  11. Mike was good mover.

    Finding a mover was really simple. I stopped at their location in Sacramento and made an appointment for someone to come out to the home when they were available. Mike was such a handsome young man. he got right to work and boy was he thorough. the price he gave was a little bit much for us but the service, they said, would be worth it. ya know, sometimes the juice is worth the squeeze and that's what it was. the service far exceeded my expectations. my cousin darla is using them next month out of dallas.

  12. These movers are savage.

    These movers are savage. it was literally 100 degrees out and they didn't stop. I would've died! they loaded an entire 4 bedroom house. it was only four of them! we bought them gatorades and waters and gave them a great tip. that's definitely good service. just waiting for our delivery to come in but other than that everything was fine!

    My husband and I had worked with two other moving companies prior to Questand they seriously blew us away with their customer service, professionalism, flexibility, and timeliness. Einstein was super responsive to all of the questions we had. they let us move around the date a few times and were flexible on the start time to fit our schedule. The team that helped us move was great - they were on time, moved quickly, and were careful with all out items. Everything was relocated to our new location in one piece - the team even reassembled all of the items correctly.

  14. Say No.

    The guys just left our house about sixhours ago. they were here for the better half of the day getting the few things we needed ready for shipment. I left all the boxes n the basement so I was worried they'd charge to go get them, but they didn’t. the one concern I have is that they did leave one of my boxes behind that is supposed to be on the truck. I called and they are coming back to get it. but other than that the service was exactly what they promised it would be. I'm expecting my items to get to me in 7-10 days and if I don't follow up you can assume everything went as planned.

  15. Still No Word.

    It’s been 54 days, 40 business days and still no word on my daughter and I’s personal belongs. Stay away!!
