When Route 66 Moving And Storage crew, they gave what I had not expected even in my wildest dreams. The team single-handled carried out the relocation. What’s more, they did not consume so much time. If I could I would give ZERO stars. We booked this company WEEKS ahead and they have the audacity to call us A DAY before the pick up and tell us they don’t have a truck in our area to pick up our stuff. ONE DAY BEFORE??? Really?!?! No one picks up the phone, no one offers help. I can’t believe it!!! Don’t use them, don’t trust them!!! This company is an absolute scam. Thanks Ryan & Janie for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

THE. WORST. COMPANY. EVER. stay away. Will definitely be filing a complaint with DOT/FMCSA.
Let’s begin with the part where we were quoted $2700 for the move, but once the dudes came to pick up our packages they raised the price to $5700 prior to even walking into our apartment. Movers scratched the walls of the condo. No masks on. It took 3(!!!!) weeks to receive our things in Illinois (moving from miami) and every day unprofessional customer service representatives were giving me a new time frame of arrival coming up with new reasons why it is taking so long. The final version was - the driver had COVID. So, once the driver arrived I wondered how he’s feeling after his disease, turns out he was never sick. Don’t believe any of the good reviews, they are most likely bots.
The boxes arrived broken with damaged items inside. No one puts furniture where it belongs cause they are charging $75 per flight of stairs. No way our stuff took 900 sq ft as charged per these scammers. A nightmare of a company to work with. Save your money and nerves and TIME, seek elsewhere.
