I highly recommend this company and specifically Dennis.
It was a challenging move , but the professionalism and attention to detail by Dennis put our minds at ease. Nothing was damaged despite the long distance and destination off loading went well. Move Milton local.
We originally arranged with Royal Canadian Van Lines
To move from Milton to Vancouver but because of Covid-19 we had to delay that move and diverted to storage, and subsequently moved to a local residence. RCVL offers a quotation that was straight-forward and easy to understand. When the invoice was received, there was no hidden costs or surprises. Dennis was very accommodating. He responded to our questions promptly and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. The moving crew he assigned to us were very careful with our stuff, nothing was missing.
I will definitely use them again on our final move to Vancouver.

Had a great experience with my move from Montreal to Halifax with this company. Dennis, who organized the move gave me an accurate quote, kept me updated consistently, and ensured the move was done in the most efficient manner possible. Patrick, the mover, was kind and handled my things with a lot of care. Over all, I would definitely recommend.
Ontario to BC - Dennis came through at a tough time.
When we went looking for a mover to bring our belongings from Peterborough to Victoria, we got a quote from the 'big name' mover and it seemed outrageous, so we went looking for someone else and found all these good reviews for Royal Canadian, and Dennis' quote was much more reasonable, so we booked with RCVL.
Around the middle of March, it became clear that there could be problems crossing the country as hotels and truck stops were closing due to COVID 19, so I called Dennis to see if we could change the date of our move, and after a quick check, he told me he could move us on our new, earlier date.
The crew arrived early, and got the house packed into the van in good time, even while observing social distancing as best they could.
At the other end, I got two confirmation calls from the dispatcher in BC, and a small crew of two came, early again, and emptied the truck quickly except for our grand piano, which they were unsure of how to deal with. I called Dennis (who seems to be available any time) and explained the situation, and within 10 minutes he got back to me to tell me a piano specialist crew would be arriving soon. The piano movers knew exactly what to do, and did it quickly and efficiently. Dennis called to make sure everything went well, and admitted that because of the COVID crisis he'd had trouble lining up a crew at our end, but what stood out for me was that he went the extra mile to make sure that the move went properly even though he was hampered by circumstances.
10/10 would use RCVL again!
Move from Richmond Hill to Port College, Ontario.
The team was excellent and worked hard. Movers came right on time, brought packing supplies , protective covers for stairs and furniture, extra tape. Everything was professionally loaded onto the truck and promptly delivered to the new house. It turned out that a second smaller truck was needed for the remaining boxes and the company had no problem coming on the next day. All boxes and furniture were distributed in the new house according to plan. There were no scratches on furniture or broken items. Overall a very good experience. I will definitely recommend Royal Canadian Van Lines to friends and family. Thank you very much, team!
Move from Moncton NB to Markham ON.
I found them extremely responsive and accommodating, even as I was not present while they pick up the furniture. Wonderful group of men at the delivery. They showed up on time and stayed until the very last piece is moved and assembled. We appreciate you guys and definitely hire them again.
Move from ON to BC.
Royal Canadian moved a 4 bed house from Peterborough to Coquitlam for me. Best price, and Dennis was always available and very helpful. No hidden fees, price was as stated and based on shipment wt. I was very pleased with their service. I would use them again without hesitation.

Great service! Moved from Toronto to Montreal and was very pleased with the helpful and communicative service and assistance. The price I was quoted at was very accurate to the price I paid after the move. The packing service was an exceptional and surprisingly smooth process. I could not have been happier! We will be using Royal Canadian for any moves we do in the future.
Avoid at any cost.
I was moving from Vancouver to Quebec and unfortunately decided to go with this company. They contracted a company called Trans Canada Movers (which you can find my review for) and it was one of the most horrid experiences possible.
I lost over $2000 in damages due to their irresponsibility and lack of liability. Do your absolute best to find other movers.
Moving from fort wayne to markham ontario.
Excellent customer service and professional movers. Customer service promptly returned my calls/emails, provided detailed information/instructions and their cost was much more reasonably priced than other companies in my locality .I've used them twice in the last 3 years and I will be using them again soon. Communication was great and they kept me updated on the pickup status. Good customer service and trustworthy. Thanks again Dennis.
