DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. THEY ALSO DON’T TELL THE TRUTH. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY .AND DON’T CARE WHAT TIME THEY DELIVER TO YOU.THEY ALSO WANT TO QUOTE ONE PRICE AND DOUBLE CHARGE
No Communication & Lost items
End of July 2021, We were given 2 consecutive days of delivery, which we verified several times. We did not hear from them until we called a week later asking for our things. Once delivered, we were missing expensive items and to this day we have not been given a resolution. Lots of calling the company and speaking with Samantha (who we have been told is the only one who can "help" us) and even calling the dispatcher himself which after 1 call is forwarding all my calls to his voicemail. Nothing is being resolved. I am only being told we will reach out to dispatch again. Sad a company would do this. My kids are missing their things, that unfortunately can not be replaced because of the cost. Please listen to the reviews on here! Please
I would recommend them
A colleague recommended this company and I checked them out before making the call. They packed up everything in my two-bedroom apartment, transported it and moved everything into the new apartment in 3 hours. They were extremely fast, super friendly, and very respectful of my stuff.

They were on time and start working
Moving is a back-breaking job and certainly no easy task. . My movers were two very courteous and professional gentlemen. They got an entire 3 bedroom moved in less than 4 hours. Recommend them for sure!
These guys showed up exactly on time
With less than three days’ notice they were able to accommodate a move for my friend. I was present and the guys were spot on perfect, polite, friendly and professional. They arrived on time and were very careful with packing and moving. The office communicated all details clearly and were very kind.

I have nothing but compliments to say about these guys. I tend to move a lot and have used these Movers for all three moves. Each time, the three guys arrived early, were courteous, friendly and handled my furniture and items with care. I even found them running/jogging down the hallway of my floor several times to move faster!
Great Job
These guys did a great job. Very polite and professional. We had a ton of stuff to move along with some super heavy stuff to go on the second story and had nothing broken. We will use their service again.

On moving day they were extremely efficient, kind, friendly, gracious, helpful, I could go on. Took care with all our furniture and to avoid damaging anything at either apartment. Had a ton of packing equipment to protect our things. They did all we asked so quickly, that they were able to move more than we expected, all by 2 hours! I can’t recommend them enough.

The crew that showed up, David, Richard, Moses, and Chris were all really great to work with and very approachable and professional. Once we went over everything to move, the process was quick and with great care, and the crew worked really well together and helped solve problems extraordinarily quickly. It all made the move painless, and for the first time ever, enjoyable. If I had to move again I would call back.
SCAM!!! STAY AWAY
I have been trying to get answers about my move since the end of May. Every time I call I have to call multiple times and never get calls back from the messages I leave. They set me up with a carrier that was cussing about me on speaker when they called them with me on the line for the last update I got which was weeks ago and the carrier is now not responding at all no one can give me a copy of the bill of lading . I am a single mom moved across the country to start over my entire life was on that truck and no one can tell me where my stuff is or when it's coming they charged me a $1000 more at pick up then Quoted promised to look into it and didn't .ITS JULY AND MY STUFF STILL ISNT HERE AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN IT IS COMING IF EVER I BASICALLY PAID SAWGRASS AND THE CARRIER $3000 TO ROB ME OF EVERY THING I OWN

I still have not received any calls or emails or even a txt message back even after the company replied to this review! They intentionally ignore when I call , the carrier won't answer me either and it specifically states in my contract that sawgrass will act on my behalf to work out any issues with the carrier I haven't had a single update on my belongings in over a month. And it's been at least 3 weeks if not longer ( probably longer) since I've spoken to ANY ONE at sawgrass and longer then that since I've spoke to the carrier. I will continue to update this review since they robbed me of all my money and belongings so I can't afford a lawyer , know that karma comes around what you did was wrong!!! My entire life is on that truck all of our tools and equipment for my job my 5 year Olds bed books clothes toys his hand made blankets from his grandmother all my babies stuff. All my husband's stuff. Things from our wedding day books my grandfather passed down to me. Things that are WORTHLESS TO YOU AND EVERY THING TO US , and you can't even take my call and try to find out what happened to our things!!!! You should be ashamed!!! Give us our deposit back!! Help me file a claim against the carrier !!! ANY THING DO SOME THING !! And the worse part about it is YOU DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE DAMAGE YOU HAVE CAUSED . And just in case we want to say we never missed calls or messages from you Mrs carmer I call bs I'll start adding screenshots of my call logs and txt messages from the carrier and from sawgrass I JUST WANT MY STUFF

We were completely blown away by the crew who were entirely professional, friendly, and handled our items with care. They made the entire move to VA in less than 4 hours. We are satisfied with our move and would recommend them entirely.
The crew did an excellent job
They helped us move to FL recently and it was one of the smoothest moving experiences we've ever had. They showed up on time, were quick and efficient, and very professional. The booking process was super simple and I will definitely be using them again when I move.
