They are great
I had used them once before when moving my office so I was confident things would go well for my residential move too. Their pricing was always fair, and they could not have been more trustworthy, prompt or helpful. So I booked them and this time also things went very well. I am happy with everything.
Save yourself from fraud
This company is fraudulent. Stay away.
Talk is cheap. Your money, time and belongings are not. Don't fall for their promises--as soon as you book and put your deposit down, you are off their radar. They will sell your job off to a moving company and not take any responsibility. Check out the negative reviews (including on BBB)--too many say no movers showed up, their belongings never showed up, etc.
Don't fall for the high Google rating. Isn't it strange that all of the Google reviews that gave 5 stars were left by reviewers who only left 1 review for this company or 1-2 reviews for other moving companies? The "good reviews" are clearly fake. All negative reviews seem to have been written by real people, with a track record of other reviews.
I was lured into booking with them after getting multiple assurances (that a Certificate of Insurance would be promptly delivered, that they would be with me "every step of the way," etc.) To the contrary, no Certificate of Insurance was delivered and their service line never responds to any questions or requests.
As for the Sawgrass moving folks, just know that the company is not a perfect form of shielding you off from personal liability.

Professional Movers!
After searching the whole internet for the best moving companies, I picked these movers because their website had a lot of information without clicking a million times to find what I was looking for. I needed to move very quickly and they did everything up to mark and my desire and my move went super smooth.
They were excellent!
They were professional and efficient from the minute they arrived. We moved a 1 BR in 5hrs and they took complete responsibility over the move. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Everything made it safely, nothing broke. They organized and packed things very well. The movers were very nice guys and they helped us with some stuff that was not in the quote. I am recommending them to my friends and will definitely be using them in the future.

Basically, they are everything you could want from a moving crew: fast, professional, careful and extremely helpful. I had a lot of stuff in my 1 bedroom because we were moving to a 2 bedroom and we already had the 1 bedroom packed to the max! They secured all my furniture, dis- assembled and reassembled and took all my furniture up 3 stories and again.
They were fast and efficient
Upon arriving to my new place, they unloaded everything in about 30 minutes and most impressively moved my very large bookcase down a narrow set of stairs to my bedroom without scratching or damaging anything. I had a fantastic experience.
Professional moving crew
They were brilliant while moving and transported the goods to two locations without any loss or breakage. The packing up process was carried out professionally, efficiently and politely. I truly appreciate the hard work and I will definitely use them again.

On move day, Mark and team arrived and got off to a quick start. The attitude from his team was cordial, focused, energetic and collaborative. The company even called a few days after to check up. Customer service all around was excellent. We are happy to recommend this company.
Complete scam, Do not fall for this
I was contacted by Sawgrass after putting a quote request into a moving company finder website. The agent who contacted me seemed friendly and authentic, and after recieving a cost quote, I reserved a move for a two day window in June, and paid the $500 deposit. I was told a driver would contact me within a few days of my move to verify details and give me an eta.
That first day was the LAST TIME any person from Sawgrass or any contracted driver reached out to me. As the scheduled window got closer and closer, I called the given customer service number multiple times to try and get any information on my scheduled move. Each time that I called, the woman answered in a completely unprofessional way, never had any more information to give me about the status of my move, and repeatedly told me she would reach out when anything came up, yet never did. I tried calling and emailing the original agent that I spoke with, but to no avail there either.. Even on the days that I was given for the driver to arrive, I was unable to get any information from them whatsoever.
Ultimately, the moving days came and went, and I still never heard anything from anyone at Sawgrass or any contracted company. It became very clear over this time that the company only wanted my deposit money, and had no intention of actually moving my belongings. Because of this, I am not only out the money I paid in deposit, but I've had to completely change all of moving plans.
Please do not fall for this company's scam yourself, and seek other ways of relocating. This has been one of the worst and most stressful experiences I've had to deal with, with any company or service agents.
Don’t ever ever ever use this company
I hired this company to do my out of state move and the moving company NEVER SHOWED UP. This is absolutely insane. i paid a big deposit and they are not answering the phone or giving me any information. my flight out of state is leaving tomorrow and i’m missing my flight because of this moving company. i can’t turn the keys in for the home that i lived in because they never picked my furniture up! Don’t ever use this company.They need to refund me the money i paid and the extra expenses and money i’m losing due to them not showing up for the move!!!

We used Sawgrass today to move our office and they were amazing from start to finish. When we called they listened to what we needed and gave us a clear idea on what we would be spending. The guys showed up early and got all the paperwork finished before the move. There were no surprise cost and we really appreciate that. The trio we got were champions. We are in no way easy to deal with and they were so nice about everything we threw at them. They moved everything fast and efficiently and put it exactly where we wanted it.

It took us a little bit but we finally found the company we were looking for. We chose Sawgrass movers because they were the real mover. The salesman that was assigned to us was very friendly and knew a lot about the business. He showed his ways to save money and he made it somewhat fun at a stressful time.
Missing and damaged items NO RESPONSE
Not only did the company they hired lose our king bed and a table (stepping it to the outside of a budget truck to move out of state) but 70% of item/furniture are broken and damaged! Boxes crushed (and things in them) but no one responds. We had almost 20k in loss. They scammed us out of extra money only to have the moving truck so the same. Cost us 4K more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They were very careful and quick
They had a positive attitude throughout the move. These guys had to deal with continual elevator delays as the freight elevator was repeatedly hi-jacked during my scheduled moving time! Good Job!
