1. DANGER,,,,Do not use company. Did business under iRelocation System.

   Now they’re doing business under Sun City Movers they were my relocation system and before that they were Atlant Van lines..You better do your research for you will be very very sorry you didn’t they held our furniture hostage for months and then delivered broken damage mold mild furniture..Scam company reported to the FBI and all local authorities

Joe. krongold@gmail. com I'm doing this for your own good , you will thank me that you never booked with thi company,..iRelocation System stole our household contents after they picked up our entire household belongings and family heirlooms, extorted myself and my family for thousands of dollars above our agreed-upon contract price, held our household contents over five months and what they delivered it was damaged mold and mildew..it's been reported to the FBI..local police and Broward County Sheriff'a Department If you're speaking to Jose Perez, Nicole White, Andre Bonderanko, Arthur, Alex, Ally Hondros Michael Benjamin..run away hang up the phone and to not deal with them. Save yourself the pain and aggravation in dealing with this schlock company..

2. Stay away.

   Please, please, please stay away from this company.
   This is the third in a series of companies that are set up to basically cause you grief and heartache. Contracted for an interstate move. Everything seemed fine after getting a quote from Arthur, who is now nowhere to be found. On the date of pickup, had not heard anything but finally after calling many times and getting through on a magic jack phone we arranged for the pickup. The 2man crew who barely spoke english,with Russian as their main language, was adequate. They did show up in a Budget rental truck. Although I was told that the first flight of stairs were imcluded, the flight had two landings so they demanded additional monies. The dropoff was scheduled for 5days later in Florida and needed insurance info to move 8nto the building. Numerous calls went unanswered and again were answered by a magic jack message. Finally got thru, on the date of the dropoff to Jose who said, yeah, what's the problem. When I advised him that we would do a drop off he said that the law allows him 21 days to deliver. Not being familiar with this I temporarily excepted that excuse. Upon further checking of the rules and regulations regarding moving in the contract nothing could be further from the truth. Then continually on a daily basis would call and not get an answer and not get a call back. When I did finally get In touch with Jose and ask him where the truck was he said he would have to check with the owner. When I asked him who the owner was he wouldn’t tell me.
   
   I then decided to do some investigation with the state of Florida. I found that the company was just for him to be around the time that I contracted this move. The owners were to russian gentlemen, Who not long after forming the company transferred The ownership to to Anglo names. I then went to the address that was on the state registration and it was not the company headquarters or office but rather a FedEx store. I also went down to their listed business address and it was closed down.
   
   Upon further digging on the Internet I found this and prior companies from the same owners listed on rip off report and was astounded. The prior company names were Irelocation and Atvan.
   
   I would urge you to go to ripoff report.com and look up the information that’s on them.
   
   After not getting any answers as to where my items were when they might possibly be delivered, then went to the sheriffs department in Broward County and file the complaint. Advised me that there had been a number of complaints with them on these companies. I also filed the police report in my home state. I did speak to one of the individuals who had filed a report on rip off.com and was astounded his story and those of others he had spoken to. He did direct me to the enforcement Bureau of the department of transportation. There I spoke to a woman who was very helpful. She told me that they did not have a DOT number but she would attempt to contact the owners of the company. 10 minutes later I finally get a call saying my items will be delivered within Two days. The items were dropped off this morning and we believe there are some items missing, there were some damaged items as well as some half for Bins which we need to go thru. Oh yes, although this was a first floor storage unit they claimed that it was beyond 50 feet to carry the items in and demanded an additional $50.
   
   I was fortunate in that I did not really need any of this furniture and it was going into storage but I feel for those who have been swindled by this company and could not get their items and less they paid up additional exorbitant fees. I again encouraged you to look up this company and its predecessors on ripoff report.com. You will not see many negative reviews on this company as they have just change their name.

   Sun City Moversdid a great job with my small move. They were on time, efficient, and courteous. I will absolutely use them again. In fact, the initial booking was fast and easy too! They should be your first call.

   Within a year, my family and my sister moved a total of 3 and all instances; they were FAST, EFFICIENT, friendly AND VERY ACCOMMODATING with last minute requests. They made our move very stress free.

   These guys were awesome. Supper efficient, careful and fast. They wrapped all of our belongings very well, took everything apart and put it back nicely. Moving is so stressful and having a crew like this made our move much more tolerable.

   I hate moving and Sun City Moversjust totally made my day. I hired them to move everything and they even provided me with cleaning services so I didn't have to get down on my hands and knees and clean everything myself. They took really good care of my stuff and were very kind and outgoing.

   I work for an interior designer and have had bad experiences with movers before. Sun City Movers were professional, timely and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend them to any of my colleagues or friends.
   There was one minor issue but Sun City Movers was able to quickly resolve it remotely. I look forward to using them again very soon.

8. Quality Service with Quality professional Movers.

   Sun City Movers was great to work with, start to finish. They got everything safely packed and moved in a lot less time than I anticipated. And they went above and beyond with moving my heavy bookcases up to a second floor loft. This was my second move with Sun City Movers and I'd definitely use them again.

9. Super move.

   I used SUNCITYMOVERSFLORIDA System February 2016 to ship some furniture, pictures/mirrors and boxes from Florida to Illinois. The company was easy to deal with throughout, good communication with Peter over the internet before hand, and everything panned out exactly as promised. 
At one point Peter asked if they could move the date but when I explained that wasn't possible, it was no problem sticking to our original date. The price compared fine to other prices I'd been quoted, neither high nor low. I had the situation that I was not able to confirm exactly how much stuff I'd have beforehand, as I had to fly back from the Illionois to Florida to pack and wouldn't be totally sure beforehand how much I'd ship. This was not a problem, Irelocation System gave me a refund when the final weight came in under the estimate. We packed our own boxes leaving them open so the guys who came to the house on moving day could confirm they were properly packed, for insurance purposes. They were happy with what we'd done (much bubble wrap) and they then sealed the boxes. 
They wrapped the furniture and pictures/mirrors with great speed but great care. Everything arrived in th Chicago in perfect condition, no nicks scratches breaks or water damage, nothing missing.The guys from Sun city movers were friendly and courteous but business like, brought all goods into the house and put them down where I asked them to. All in all I was completely satisfied and would recommend SunCityMovers.

   

10. Escape to Florida.

    I researched Sun City Movers online through moverreviews and some other consumer review type websites and picked them. They helped set up a date that was acceptable to me with a backup date if they couldn’t make that. I've moved with them twice. The first time they accommodated us in trying to have a more dedicated truck rather than a big semi ‘cause I lived out of the country and had a very long driveway that was about 700-foot. I was afraid that since the move was in January, it might be difficult to get the semi up if we had a lot of snow. We did not know what the weather would be when we scheduled it a couple months ahead of time. But they worked to try to get me a smaller truck, which was nice.I then had interactions with the person who was also dealing with the insurance and found out what my options were. And although I had an idea of the date they were going to come, they called a day in advance to let me know that they would be there the next day and gave me an approximate time they would show up. We had several pieces of furniture that we bought brand new up in Minnesota ‘cause they were cheaper to move down, and unfortunately, they got damaged and that wasn’t very nice. We weren’t very happy with the damage upfront, which if they had taken a little more time to wrap it slightly differently, we wouldn’t have had that issue.But they tried to do a good job, though. On most of the stuff, they wrapped them pretty well. But it was five rooms of furniture and I wasn't able to watch everything they did. SUN CITY MOVERS subcontracted out to other people and I wasn’t really quite clear of that when we first went with them. But I liked them enough that we went with them the second time. We moved three rooms because we had moved our son also down here. I measured and weighed everything for them ahead of time, so they had a good idea what they were going to get. Good tip for everybody moving companies have this window when they’re going to deliver and they give you a window that can be a couple days. Waiting for 2 days for your furniture could be irksome even though that is within the limit of what their contract allows. In both my cases, they didn't push the limit stated in the contract and they tried to be within a day or two or what they thought could be a reasonable date to deliver on, which was nice.

    I m writing to thank you for the excellent service I received from the SunCityMovers. The movers asked me to point out all of my fragile boxes – they loaded them one by one into the truck, carefully keeping them apart from everything else in the attic of the truck. That was the biggest concern I had with hiring any moving companies that no one cares fragile materials, but they did. They were also very concerned about damaging my furniture, walls. In addition to being careful with my things they showed up on time, the movers were clean, fun to converse with, worked very hard, and didn't stop the whole time they were there. We were also impressed with the team of movers who took such good care of our belongings. They took great care to make sure everything was protected and accounted for – and they were a delight to be around. They were always on time and over delivered on our expectations and timeline. This team worked flawlessly to meet our deadlines. On delivery another team was great and all my stuff was unloaded from the truck carefully and very fast. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a company. The quote I received was great. It was a not to exceed price, so I wasn't charged extra at the last minute. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone making a move based on the performance of a great team of professionals.

    Very professional, friendly and helpful movers. Took very good care of my furniture, and were competitively priced compared to the other 3 moving companies I called. When booking, the receptionist clearly laid out the charges so there were no surprises when the bill came.

    I always use Sun City Movers when I need something moved and they do a great job. I appreciate that I can get something moved within a day. In the past I've moved couches up huge flights of stairs and this time they moved some delicate art pieces. They're skillful and trustworthy.

14. My experience.

    You can trust Sun City Movers Florida for your moving needs. I upgraded to a bigger apartment unit in the same complex, but had to move by the weekend. It was really short notice, and I had never used a moving service before. I'd heard all kinds of not-nice stories, of course, so I decided to play it by ear. I was kind of edgy because the other movers I had called gave me the impression that they were giving me the run-around. When Jose took my call, he immediately put me at ease. He said they were fully booked for the weekend, but that there was a chance they could handle my request if I didn't mind an evening move. And although it was late, the crew came that same night to check out my needs. Right on first impression, they struck me as being honest and expert at their job. We agreed on a moving date - and time - as well as the charges that Jose had filled me in on previously.
    Moving day came, and guys were there right on time with his truck a. They even provided "wardrobe boxes" with hanger poles, and would have done all the packing for us if we had wanted to. They moved the refrigerator, 52-inch plasma tv, sofa set, and all our sundry furniture from our 2nd floor unit to the new (also 2nd floor) unit. Their moves were "by-the-number", they knew exactly what they were doing. NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH on the fridge, plasma tv, and sofa set. No scratches on the apartment walls, either. They moved EVERYTHING in the time they estimated. Well, they went a little over, but only because they did a little more than what we had agreed on. In spite of that, Jose very honestly calculated the overage down to the minute! I was happy to pay him more than he asked for. I mean, you could see that he and his guys were panting because they had been rushing to meet their self-imposed deadline!

15. My happy move.

    I couldn't have been happier with my experience and the guys from Sun city movers florida. Utter professionals from beginning to end, the team of four guys they sent for my 2+ bedroom house move were more than prepared for the task at hand. We didn't have a complicated move by any means but there were some very large and heavy pieces that could pose a challenge to the uninitiated. Led by the team captain Vlad, Nick and Andrew did their best to make it as smooth a move as possible. Here are some highlights:
    
    -They were on time. OK, so they arrived within 10 minutes of when they said they'd be there, so I can't complain. They also called about 20 minutes prior. A heads-up is always appreciated.
    -Upon arriving hey introduced themselves and performed a complete walk-through of the house/garage to get an idea of what they were in for.
    -They handled a complex over-the-balcony move of several very large pieces without a single hitch. That strap training really came in handy!
    -They asked where we wanted every piece placed and went out of their way to accommodate.
    -Constant communication throughout the entire move. There were a couple of pieces that wound up in the wrong place but I blame myself for not labeling them and/or not being around to manage the process.
    -Zero damage. Most of our furniture bares the scars of our past moving experiences and we've lost our share of floor lamps, but I can honestly say our belongings were treated with respect.
    -Their quote was accurate and there were no hidden surprises. I contacted them via email and Jeff provided me with a detailed quote including estimated completion time and number of workers. Very smooth.
    
    I've moved 6 times in the last five years, several intercity and several interstate, so I know the process pretty well. This move was my last one ( I think so as I had to back to my Motherland). Some of the movers I've worked with were probably on work-release from the nearest correctional facility and some could barely make it up and down the stairs. The movers from sun city movers florida were more than capable, very friendly and knew how to get the job done. From beginning to end it was about 4.5 hours and this included a short lunch break the guys took (and did not charge me for) to load a big container and at the end it was so fully loaded.
    
    It took about 3 weeks to delivery that container to my country, but it was worth it. Great service I got from this guys and I m very happy to be at home.
