I was so awestruck by the competence of Suntrust Van Lines. They showed up on the dot, came in and worked hard. They knew what they were doing and they moved everything like it was their own. The estimate was precisely what they said it would be and no surprise charges.

I never got the feeling I was having the wool pulled over my eyes with SuntrustVanlines. The people were all friendly and knew what they were doing. I’ve moved several times with other moving companies and always came away feeling they were shady or didn’t really know what they were doing. Suntrust is the exact opposite, and I highly recommend them.

What a great experience I had with Suntrust Van Lines. They controlled all the packing, moving and unpacking with no problems. The two moving guys were considerate and careful with my valuables when moving my stuff from Miami to Dallas. I’d highly recommend their services.

My movers did a wonderful job! When my closing fell through and I couldn’t get into my new house, they agreed to store my stuff for a couple of weeks at a deeply discounted price. Once I was able to move, the guys were very professional and fast. Thanks, guys, I’ll recommend you to anyone!
The Suntrust Team was Very Good.
Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about whether or not you’ve selected the right company for the job. My move was perfect. The office people were informative and nice, and the two moving guys were careful and polite. I highly recommend them.
Helpful movers.
I used SuntrustVanlines when I moved to Jackson, MS. They ran me through the entire process, and were very dependable. I felt like I was really being taken care of. My stuff arrived without any problems and Avi and Joe were helpful with setting up everything where needed.
Lies! And Scumbags.
This company is a piece of crap. They were so nice and friendly while on the phone trying to get our business. The pick up crew was really nice as well. That is where it ended. Lie after lie. They quoted us a certain amount of cubic feet. They said we had double that. They refused to deliver to our door and made us drive over and hour and a half to get our stuff. Then almost every item was damaged. They lied about contracting a third party for the move. The driver threatened to leave our stuff on the side of the road and cursed at us. We had to rent a Uhaul to pick up our stuff and we had half as much cubic feet than we paid for. Dispatch will NEVER return phone calls.
These other reviews are clearly fake. There is no way anyone could have a good experience with them. The third party company even wished me lucky trying to get a claim for my damaged items. Once this company gets enough bad reviews they will just change their name again.

I want to thank Avi and Joe, the two guys who came to help me move. You guys truly helped to make this a stress-free move for me. I’ve finished unpacking, and not a single item is broken. I’m so pleased with you folks because several of the things moved were my mom’s (who recently passed away). Thanks very much!
Stress Free Moving.
I spoke to numerous reps over the phone and did research on countless moving companies but I didn’t feel truly comfortable with any of them. Luckily I spoke to Dana at SuntrustVanlines and based on my chat with her and on their online reputation; I decided to go with them. I was really impressed with how professional they were, and the price was right. They took care of my stuff like it was their own. I’m really glad I used them.
Impressive Service.
I was a bit apprehensive after I got my estimate from Suntrust Van Lines, and the expression “you get what you pay for” instantly came to mind. I’m happy to say that my experience has led me to believe quite the opposite. Suntrust’s service was incredible, even though their estimate was quite reasonable. They were so organized, and went through all the particulars of my move with me in advance. I was certainly impressed. I was also relieved when I arrived at my new home to see all my valuables in place. It was obvious that Dana, the phone representative, had done a great job communicating with Avi and Joe, the movers. If ever I have to move again, I won’t hesitate in making my choice as to who will help me, because everything went off without any problems!
