This company is great!
This company is great! They arrived on time, assessed what we had and began wrapping everything. The guys were so nice and very efficient. They had a 3 hour drive and stairs to climb on the return. They placed mats down to keep the mess down and quickly put everything where we asked. They were very professional and their price was very fair. I would highly recommend Trinity moving and storage and can’t say enough good things about them!

I selected Trinity moving and storage based on googling moving company and good ratings. I can honestly say this is the BEST MOVING COMPANY ever and HIGHLY recommend. First mistake going with a broker instead of an actual local moving company. I had exact measurements of my 2 bedroom furniture pieces and 9 boxes and was given a binding contract by a smooth talking Justin who claimed to give me his personal # incase I needed anything. Come moving day that # was general customer service. It was a bait and switch situation. My furniture measured 286 cu ft. I was given quotes by 3 other brokerage companies in that same price range so I expected accuracy. Trinity's support team was nice and helpful, but in the end I was charged an additional $1,000+ by CR7 Moving & Storage whom Trinity contracted with. Movers originally wanted an extra $3,500 before much bickering and negotiation by an outraged me and help from the support team. My furniture was placed in smaller trucks and moved at least twice before and after being placed on an 18 wheeler truck. When I asked the movers to leave because I was not willing to pay the additional expenses, they refused. Trinity got paid $802.83 commission on a move that ended up costing me over $3,300 when originally contracted for $2,000. Very stressful day and never going that route again.

I was so impressed by the wonderful service I received from Trinity moving and storage! They were recommended strongly by a family member and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm, friendly customer experience right from the beginning. The staff was so helpful- planning the move, recommendations on how to be organized, and some creative furniture assembly were among the skill set demonstrated on site. Reliable, and professional and super-efficient! Great job and great people - I would recommend their services for a positive moving experience.

This was our second move with Trinity moving and storage (this time we moved over five hours away) and again we were 100% happy with our experience. These guys are always professional, kind, lighthearted and easy to work with. They work fast and efficiently. They are careful and thoughtful, polite and respectful. Honestly I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the professionalism of this company from the customer care over the phone to the movers on the actual day we always feel completely at ease. Will only ever move with Trinity moving and storage. 100% recommend you do as well.

I have used Trinity moving and storage three times now and have been impressed ever since they were recommended to me by the people who bought our house. Professional, careful, polite, on time. Competitive pricing. I've recommended them to many friends and my realtor. This last 'move' was to downsize items out of our house to consignment so was not a major move. However I had items including heavy expensive glass this is the 3rd time I have used Trinity moving and storage. I utilized their services on dressers, a heavy 8' dining table and an awkward huge 6 piece sectional. No problem. Darren and Ty were fabulous. Friendly, no attitude, respectful. Thank You Trinity moving and storage.
Horrible experience
-cost more than 5K to move contents of a one bedroom space from RI to NC
-extra packaging very costly
-difficult to verify charges
-took more than 2 weeks to arrive, constant lying and excuses for delays
-had to hire another truck to offload and deliver from 16 wheeler
-several broken items including antique desk that they actually partially took apart!
-only bank check acceptable to pay upon delivery -- READ the fine print carefully
-subcontracted two teams
-lost one day when a truck broke down on the way to pick up
on and on and on...rude customer service, what more can I say? I don't believe a word of any of the positive reviews!
Stole items from my electronic boxes , firestick , bayeries and exspeh
They lied and stated they would do the entire move with theyown company and would not sub conttract me out , and wanted 3700 dollars the full amount of cash up front before they even came out to see what i was having moved , they took 845 dollars cash deposit then called on day of move and said they needed 250 dollars more and would not pick up move on day of move as contract stated and sent out a nother moving company the next day eagle eye mover llc becasue i refused to pay3700 cash up front to have my items picked up when i had a agreement signed to pay by credit card for the entire move ,they charged me for packing and my items were already packed , they scared up my speakers and mynew kitchen table when unloading , they were rushing and were 2 days late bring my items and opened some of my boxes and stole small items that would not be worth reporting on my insurance such as my 4 k fire stick , and a bag of batteries and my super brite flash lights , and a bag of durecell batteries , and other electronic items total about 300 dollars deductable was 500 so in had to take a loss , i asked about my items being opened and re packed in a different box and items missing and they started cussing me out and became very uncorperative and ithey left items in my garage instead of bringing items into my houise i have poictures of all the damage and unprofessional things tehy did

Trinity Moving and Storage moving team is the consummate professional. His workers were extremely versatile &helpful in placing the furniture. They worked their way around a wall that I didn’t think they could to bring my bed upstairs. I will hire them again when I have to move.
BE VERY LEARY - SUBCONTRACT OUT
DO NOT HIRE! I booked service through Trinity Moving who outsourced my move to Brooklyn Moving. I was told an estimate of $4148 for my move from MN to FL. When they showed up, they wanted to charge me over $8500. After a long discussion, and verification from them and Trinity that my inventory was "accurate as F*!@" per Trinity Moving, other than a few extra boxes.... I sent them away and planned to rent a UHaul instead. They sat there for awhile and then called Trinity back and said they would do the move with EVERY ITEM we discussed for $5,500 to which I agreed to verbally. In the process of moving the large furniture, they dented my walls and scratched the paint of a home we were in the process of selling. After they got almost everything loaded except for out master bedroom furniture, the guy tells me that they need to charge me more because I am over square footage. When I told him that he agreed to move everything we discussed, why was he going to charge me $500 more now that 90% of my stuff was on the truck... and it was now 11:00 p.m. He told me they couldn't take it without the extra charge. Well my $5,000 tempra-pedic bed was one of those items so of course I had to pay to get it moved. Then when signing the final papers my total was not $7778. I asked him what happened to the $5500 we agreed upon. Apparently when he said they would do the move for $5500, they were not counting the $1400 deposit I made. Really?! The entire conversation we had about my $4148 quote included the deposit, so why now would we be excluding it? So after my entire house was loaded up onto a truck and we were nearing midnight the night before we moved, he ended up at only about $700 less than his quote when he first arrived.... almost DOUBLE the original quote I had on my inventory. His response to it all "my items were larger than normal." I asked how a queen bed could be "bigger than normal" or my kitchen table that was a small square, not even rectangle was bigger than normal. In fact, my furniture is smaller than most I know.
Then comes the delivery. I was told 7-10 days for delivery, but to be safe, plan for 14 days. I packed what we needed to get us through for 2 weeks. @ weeks have come and gone and the company cannot tell me ANY estimated time frame for delivery. Three weeks goes by.... four weeks goes by.... still no one knows when my stuff will show up. In fact, it is still sitting in MN. Their response "no one wants to work right now because of COVID." Well.... why didn't you tell me that when I hired you? FINALLY after 31 days of waiting, my stuff arrived. We were missing one piece of furniture which they refused to pay for because my husband did not acknowledge it at the time of delivery, they gave us someone else's lamp, they took a chunk out of our entertainment stand, bend a handle on an antique dresser, put a crack in our large dresser mirror (which I paid extra for a box because they assured me it would keep it safe). At the end of 4 months after filing my complaint with them..... they offered me $24.00.
Save yourself a headache.... rent a UHAUL and hire local guys to help you load. These people are scam artists and will find a way to take your money.

The customer service is the very best. They explained every step of the process and called the day before to just check in. The movers were professional respectful of me and my home. The pricing was reasonable. Special compliments to Michael the mover, he did a Herculean job.
