Abysmal Service&Upcharging
Let me back up. I contacted a bunch of movers and this company contacted me first. Because of a time crunch I went with them first. BIG MISTAKE! I will tell you why.
I first laid out what I was moving and gave specific dimensions of the items I was moving. Steve, the contact, said "oh, don't worry about that we can get that later." Now this is important to remember because part of the contract is that specific dimensions are required so that there is no upcharge. Because they are in Florida, there was no way for them to actually look at the items to be moved. Piece of cake, right?
After giving them a move out date, I waited for days for them to show up. When they finally did, they packed all my things in the van AND THEN said that my belongings took up about 50% more than estimated. This was after I took two large pieces of furniture off the list and a number of other items that I placed in my car. They held me hostage basically, and I had no choice but to agree to it or else they would move everything back into my apartment.
Now, understand that they also moved my belongings SIX HOURS IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION of where I was moving! They asked me for a date I was moving in. You would think that they would use the date of the move to calculate when they would move my things, but no. They calculate up to 21 days AFTER that to move my belongings. So, it is 23 days after that date and 32 days after they picked up my belongings and I still haven't seen my items.
To add insult to injury, no one and I mean NO ONE answers my calls, texts, or emails. The original bidder, the scheduler, the hauler- no one. I have taken to calling a few times a day. I am considering hiring a lawyer and seeing if any regulating commissions will get involved.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to be double-charged, your items to disappear, and to have a bunch of heartache.

The Absolute Worst!
BEWARE, Do not use this company for your moving services. I have been working with them to safely move my elderly, immune comprised mother and we have had nothing but trouble from pickup. We still have not received our delivery going on 6 weeks tomorrow. They tried to overcharge my mother by $500 and we are having to take legal action. If you have to spend a little more to go with someone reputable, please do so.

Scammy Tricksters
I was contacted by an agent who offered me all sorts of discounts, but they were only available if I committed that day with a large down-payment - she promised it was fully refundable if I had to cancel within 5 days. She sounded so friendly and helpful. At that point I knew next to nothing about moving companies or brokers or what to watch out for, and bought into the "great deal" I had found.
When I later had more questions for her she was rude and snarky and completely unhelpful, attempting to make me wait past the 5 days for any help in order to hold me hostage to using their services. I was trying to add all the things to the inventory that I had forgotten the night before, in order to get an accurate quote, which would have been way more than the original quote. They wanted to wait to do that until the week before the move - too late to cancel with a refund or find anther moving company to use - and then upcharge me for everything I didn't remember to put in the inventory, as I wasn't home at the time to see it.
I got all sorts of scammy vibes and red flags and cancelled within the time frame (early November) and have yet to see a refund (early Feb) that was promised within 30 days (already ridiculously long to wait for a refund).
Impressed
Easily arranged straight forward and super quick delivery kept me updated at every step of the way. Great experience. Early within the time slot, polite and careful. I have used them twice and will use them again and again.

Nothing to fault. The driver phones me to give me a rough estimation on arrival time then sent me a text to confirm the time. They were on time and took great care in moving the sofa's from and to the properties. Thanks very much for an excellent service. Never used company before but no doubt, would 100% recommend to anyone.
