Trash Service
They have the nerve to say they are a US veteran ran company and have veterans come to the house to help disassemble and assemble the furniture. The people who moved my furniture barely spoke English and told me they were never in the US military. I guess they are veterans in their own country. They also underestimated the amount of belongings I had in my home so had to turn this into a two day job and charged me even more money! Somehow a 4K job turned into almost 3x that amount. Then I find out today, they misplaced screws for some of my furniture and I found a large scrape in my dining room table. My furniture has been around the world from having a military background and I have never experienced such terrible service from a company. I only hope and pray I have all of my belongings in my possession after this move. I will never recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish with a difficult office move. It moved from one first floor office to another first-floor office space with no lifts and only stairs and a lot of heavy equipment to move. It was all completed with no hassle, and within a couple of hours, all packed up and moved up. Great efficient service, I have to recommend US Pro Moving and Logistics to everyone I know in a heart-beat without any confusion or doubt!

Excellent value, a well presented driver who worked hard to help me get my sofa moved. He was bang on time and communicated really well via text/phone in the run up to the move. Thanks a lot. Bait and Switch
The fee ended up 21/2 times more than the estimate, and 3 weeks longer than they said for delivery. We could not get a hold of the actual delivery company. No one was helpful with info or willing to talk about the overcharges. I say. “Stay away from this company” bad business.
Stole $1,400 from me
US Pro Moving & Logistics in West Palm Beach, FL is a scam company. Take a look at the 48 1-star Yelp reviews or the 97 BBB complaints. Also notice all the 5-star ratings here are from people who have only posted one review; i.e. a sign of a fake account. They stole $1,400 from us. We put down a deposit, didn't cancel, and no moving truck ever showed up. We emailed our representative Joey and the support email a total of four times. Not once did we receive a call, voicemail, email, or text from US Pro Moving & Logistics or any moving company/moving truck driver. So we requested a full refund due to no services rendered. We were ignored. So we brought our case to the BBB. US Pro Moving & Logistics has replied to our BBB complaint and refused the refund, claiming the movers were unable to reach us. However, US Pro emailed me, called me, called my husband, and has our contact information on the estimate in their records. Every time they called we picked up and were clearly reachable. But suddenly, during our pick up window, they couldn't reach us. Yeah makes sense. They will bait & switch you. Guaranteed.

This is the 3rd time we have used US Pro Moving and Logistics - Always excellent service at a competitive price. George and John were removers and they performed amazingly and it was an excellent service. I would love to book them again.
Miserable Moving Company
Absolutely, Positively DO NOT use this company EVER!! You would actually be better off BURNING your belongings or GIVING them away!! In Aug I did a cross country move from CA to FL using the 30 day storage. While setting up move, I was VERY clear about the items I had, how they broke down (entertainment center is 6pcs) and number of boxes I had. I gave dimensions of each piece of furnitureforaccuracy. US Pro talked a lot about cb sq ft and a little about number of articles. BE SURE THEY COUNT EACH ITEM!! When movers arrived, they said that I was within my allotted space, but there would be an additional $1200 charge for having 9 extra articles. When I looked at the information the were using, US Pro did not document my articles correctly. The ent ctr was written up as 1 pc, and my King sized bedroom set was also incorrected listed. I tried to call US Pro with the movers in my home, but after holding for 25mins the movers said they would have to take my stuff off the truck and charge me!! 7 of the 9 extra articles were documentation errors on the part of this company (5pc for ent ctr, 2 for bedroom set---I told them my King bed had 2 twin box springs, they listed it as 1. And, although they are the "experts" in the field, they failed to list rails/slats for the bed. I called for assistance at least 15x and NEVER received a return phone call. I asked that they pull the verification tapes to Listen to me explain how my furniture was by piece. They never did. I disputed charges with my credit card company (be sure you print out your contract; once your stuff is picked up, you will be unable to access it and they will not send you a copy.) but it was denied because you have to sign that you are charged by article number and weight. The movers they put me with (Cheetah Movers dba White Gold Movers) took longer than the 30 business days to deliver, lost 2 boxes and broke my dresser and looked like they dragged my bedroom set across a gravel parking lot. I will be rating them negatively as well as soon as my claim is complete. Do yourself a favor: Move your own things if they are important to you or GIVE THEM AWAY. Do Not give these people your hard earned money. It will only cost you thousands ($3800 for 450cb sq ft) and MUCH aggravation, frustration and anxiety. NOT WORTH IT!!
