DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GETTING A QUOTE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I was actually going to go through with using them but after seeing the reviews I did not sign the contract. I called out their scam and they put me on hold and a few minutes later a guy named Zach (probably not his real name) got on the phone and proceeded to ask me if I was lonely and needed to talk to someone. He said I was “stupid” to stay on the line and keep talking to him and said that I reminded him of his ex wife because I was feisty. He said he would call me on his personal phone and said he would take me on a date so that I would have something to do with my time repeating that I had to be a lonely woman. He asked if I spoke Spanish and asked if I was moving from Florida to Wisconsin so I wouldn’t have to speak Spanish anymore. All through the conversation he had people laughing in the background and telling him more things to say to me. He said Wisconsin sucked and no mover wanted to take my move there because no one ever wants to lives there. He said he would buy me Green Bay Packers jersey. When I told him I was going to give home negative reviews he said I was just a crazy lady. I just let him keep talking so that I could report the GROSS misconduct and TOTAL UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THIS ORGANIZATION. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Read reviews from other sites, please!!
Smooth Move
I would not hesitate to move with US Pro Moving and Logistics at all because of their great work ethic. My studio apartment was moved safely, and it was a pleasure working with them. Thank you, US Pro Moving and Logistics and team.
THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL
Is there a zero star review option? These five star reviews are fake. I was completely scammed by this company. When I first called everything was great. He was insistent on me putting my deposit in now to get a better price. I negotiated and got the price down a few hundred and my deposit of 800 was taken out.
I called later to tell them I also had a monitor and five extra boxes. They told me that would be 400 more. I couldn't believe it, AND STARTED FEELING SKEPTICAL THEN. THE MAN ON THE PHONE WAS ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME TWICE.
Then it comes moving day and no one shows up. My lease ended today. When I complain, they told me there was no guaranteed of the day they showed up and that was in the contract and not considered failure of service.
I am not going forward with my move. I am so grateful I didn't go through all of the madness that would come if I let these people take my stuff. Please be careful.

Great service did what they said on time and with excellent communication. This is a great moving company to hire, and they make a move so easy. So glad I used them!
Scam they stole everything we own
First off, this company is only a brokerage and they get paid with your deposits and initial pick up. After that, they lose all motives to help you because they've already gotten their cut! Second, they are awful at their jobs... The movers they found were late by over a day and we had to pay additional money to the new homeowner. Also, the brokerage quoted us 660sq ft and that was before we sold a bunch of stuff. When the physical movers reached us it was just two random guys in a rented truck who told us we would have to pay for an additional 550sq ft. So after dealing with that they finally left with our stuff quoting us 11 days to reach our new address. As the date go closer they kept pushing delivery back and then they tried to deliver at 1 am while we were asleep. Since this one attempted phone call to deliver, we have not heard back from them. The boss of these two men has filed a police report as stolen. They have everything we own, the money for initial moving costs, and other people's stuff on this truck as well.
The brokerage company doesn't give an assistance in this situation. They do not even have supervisors (or anyone of authority) to speak with on the phone. Their answer to our loss of property is to email a support email for a refund... Which I still haven't received any response from.
HONESTLY, sell your stuff because you'll be way better of then hiring this scam!!!!!

It was very easy to arrange the delivery. The Driver kept me & the pick-up point seller appraised of his expected arrival times. The item was wrapped & strapped to avoid damage. The Driver was very polite and smartly dressed. I cannot rate this service highly enough . I would recommend the service to anybody.
Amazing Mover
They were prompt, efficient, and polite. They were easy to work with. Delivered the same day and unloaded the items with care and attention. I absolutely have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend it. I will use them again in the future!

Worst Customer Service Ever
Beware of this total rip off company. Do not use their services or, recommend them to anyone. The management is rude and all their staff. They are trained to lie and send every customer with an issue in circles. I had to cancel my move and did so within their time frame. I was told by Steve Berch that I would get a refund if I had to cancel when I signed on. When I called Marissa Benett told me I was eligible for a refund of the $793.80 deposit I put down via ACH TRANSFER. She also sent me an email so I have it in writing. It states that it could take 30 days. I received her email on 1/25/2021. It is now March 1, 2021 and I still have not gotten my refund. I have called at least 10 times and all I get is the run around and, no answers. I was given several different emails by reps and none of them get any response. I even sent emails back to Marissa Benett who sent the email of eligibility to me, initially. She also does not respond. It’s obvious this company just keeps your money regardless of the situation. This is down right fraud and, illegal. Not to mention horrible business practices. I have never been more disgusted and disappointed with a company. I have been lied to, treated unfairly, and treated very rude on the phone by their employees. I had to go to the extreme of reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.I just would really like to se my refund of $793.80. Quit jerking people around and, act professional US Pro Movers!

Horrible--Do NOT USE THEM
They'll hire a horrible moving company on your behalf and try to raise the price two days before you move. You'll eventually get your money returned but it'll take you suing them. They buy good reviews so don't trust those! Worst business experience I've ever had!
