   Wonderful. What a find. No stress-absolutely does what it says on the website. Punctual and polite. Good service and price. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend using them.

   I have used US Pro Moving at least three times, and it provides a great service. Drivers were punctual, polite, and helpful, everything went very smoothly, and I would absolutely use them again.

   The move went very efficiently, and my wood burner turned up wrapped in a blanket and was very well secured in the van. Fantastic service will use again, I am sure.

   The US Pro Moving moving guys were really helpful, polite, and careful during the move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on this first experience.

   Great service all-around. Great price, very competitive. Guys picked up and delivered on time; very friendly and polite. I am so happy and satisfied with the job, and I will use them again in the future without any hesitation. I will recommend them too!

   Top-notch customer service, but besides that, I have had the pleasure to talk to several lovely people, and I mean people, not just agents, beyond their professional roles. That is what I appreciate and value a lot.

    Don't believe me read some of the "OFFICIAL COMPANY RESPONSES" to these reviews which all reflect the same frustrations and SCAM!!!

    This company uses fraudulent and unethical marketing means to lock unsuspecting consumers whom are in need of a long-distance move. Once you are contacted by their customer service reps, you're presented a great quote based on the distance and amount of items / required space for the move. Once you're on the hook they will indicate that a deposit is required to lock in the quote provided. Once the date of your move arrives the subcontracted movers will inflate your quote astronomically in hopes that you are desperate enough at the time to lock into a new contract and quote which will be more than double the initial quote provided. Once you are not provided an alternative, you're faced with trusting suspicious subcontractors with your move at an inflated price or lose your initial deposit. Unethical business practices at work. I'd recommend using a company that does not subcontract their moves to shady individuals.

11. Liars, Inaccurate estimates, terrible customer service

    We had a very unfortunate experience with this moving company from start to finish. Our move was last minute and we called to get a quote and provided dimensions. The sales rep did not take our dimensions into account when giving us our quote and gave us a very low attractive estimate despite the fact we disclosed our furniture was large. We paid the deposit and were told the next day we’d receive a call to collect dimensions. We thought that was strange since we had been ready to provide at time of estimate but needed to keep things moving so let it go.
    
    Next day When dimensions were provided again, our estimate was now increased by 50% ($2100 to $3500). We escalated that this felt like a phishing scam since being we were 5 days out from our move, the deposit was non refundable and we could not get out of our contract. The manager then said he reviewed the estimates and said that the QA specialist was wrong on his math and reduced our revised estimate to $2700.
    
    Day of move arrives and we find out that we were also lied too regarding this company providing end to end service themselves and not using a broker. Immediately our foreman tells us that US pro moving did not give them an accurate estimate of the square footage our move would require in their truck. So now, our estimate jumped back up to $3500 and they were not even able to fit all of our things. We ended up needing to rent a uhaul trailer and hitch it to our car. Needless to say we felt robbed, scammed and uneasy but were also stuck at this point and out another $400.
    
    We were then told our items would arrive within the week and that we’d receive 24 hours notice from the movers. This was critical seeing we both work full time and needed to secure our apartment freight elevator. Our move was contracted out to Best Quality Movers and our terrible customer experience continued on.
    
    We received 2 hour notice for delivery and had many issues communicating with our delivery movers and dispatch. That will be a separate review for the moving company, but I will say upon trying to work with US pro moving to assist us with our delivery movers, we received zero support. We will try to reach out to US pro again to discuss our incredibly botched move and try to amend the situation. We paid a premium price for a very simple move (not even a full apartments worth of furniture) and received bottom of the barrel customer service.
    
    We were lied to on multiple accounts, us movers couldn’t even book enough space for our items after dimensions were supplied twice, and they then contracted out the move and delivery of our items to a terrible company. We do not recommend using this company unless you enjoy feeling robbed, many headaches, and terrible customer service.

    Fantastic service - office staff efficient and helpful. The two men you moved the furniture were exceptional - on time, helpful, courteous - nothing too much trouble for them. Everything went perfectly - I would definitely use it again! We would definitely recommend it.

14. Stole my deposit won’t return emails

    On February 2, 2O21 I called this company to get a quote for shipping a grandfather clock and large secretary desk. After speaking with an agent by the name of William I agreed to contract with them and provide a deposit of 540.00 with the option of being able to change my mind for five business days. The next day I woke up and started to review this company. To my horror, I discovered all of these horrific reviews. I immediately contacted the company and told them I would no longer require their service. I was then informed by a woman in accounting that it was already processing and I would have to wait 30 days in order to receive a refund. I informed the woman that I had 5 days to change my mind and not to debit my bank account. She informed me that this was not possible. Today is March 8th and I still have not received a refund nor a response to my many emails. For reference my job number is us7286160. I expect a full refund immediately.

    

15. No show after deposit.

    I recently hired US PRO moving and logistics to move me from Palm Beach to Virginia. They requested a deposit of 50% which I paid them. I set the date and told them that I needed to be sure as I had to fly from Virginia to Palm Beach for the move. Everything was confirmed twice. I flew in and no-one showed. Calls to their office were pointless. I then had to scramble to find another mover. I have called and written them twice and no return calls or email.
