  1. SCAM COMPANY-They belong is prison!

They don't even deserve the required 1 star. This company is by far the worst company I have ever come in contact with. I personally hired Alliance Movers and they subcontracted this company out. Not only did they charge us $9,000 MORE than the original price of $6k that we were quoted, they waited until all of our items were out on the street to inform us of this so that we had no other choice but to agree to it. Once they took our belongings, they continued to lie to us to tell us our items were scheduled to be shipped out the next day for 4 weeks. (if you ever talk to a customer service rep Lupe, just hang up. She is a miserable person and will only make the situation even more infuriating). Once we finally received our items, 6 weeks later after the latest date we gave them, EVERYTHING was destroyed or missing. Our bikes looked as if the truck ran over them and they were dragged behind the truck the entire way. They stole, and damaged everything! Absolute criminals. They all deserve to be in prison. We currently have an insurance claim against them but of course, we won't know if anything will be covered or rectified for MONTHS. They are an absolute nightmare of a situation. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!

  2. WARNING DO NOT HIRE THE PEOPLE

BEWARE! WORST MOVING COMPANY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE! This company does not deserve even a single star rating!! First time ever using a moving company hoping that it will make my parents' move easy and less stressful. I started my search for a full service moving company who can help my elderly parents move out of State. We contracted our move with Capital City who is contracted with USA Logistics to complete our move.

This whole process was supposed to be stress free, but, instead you're paying them to create a burden or stressor on yourself. The day of the move, USA Logistics was a no show, not just once, but twice, and didn't even call to communicate that they couldn't make the date and time they informed you they would be there. And when you call to check on status, their poor customer service is just unbelievably unprofessional. Staff will over-talk their customers, argue, and try to end every conversation with them being right. Literally, you can't finish a sentence before they interrupt you. "WE" the Customers are not their priority nor are we important to them (For sure, they don't value their customer, just our money) CS will give attitude if you ask too many questions, don't give straight answers to reasonable questions, and they won't vested any interest in answering your question nor will they find solutions for your concerns, but, instead, create new issues for you. It's almost like they enjoy seeing you suffer, frustrated, and upset. They don't have any empathy towards you or your concerns.

On the third day the movers finally showed up late, telling us that the estimate will only allow 3 items and not all the items listed (which means the estimate is wrong and a lie to get you to pay more)

For planning purposes, we specifically asked Capital City if they can have the mover be at the new place at a certain date to receive the items- This is also a LIE. USA Logistics have 10 days to deliver your items, but this is just a fake date USA Logistics provide their customer- They never intend to be there on this date you provide them. The truth is that they have 4 week even a month to get your items to you, and the actual date of delivery is at their discretion and not customer's request. Therefore, you can't plan when you need to be at your new place to accept your items, because delivery is unknown. This was especially hard, if you're moving out of State. Oh, and let's not forget to mention that they don't even have the courtesy to call you and let you, they couldn't deliver on the date of your request. And beware that due to Covid- your items will be touched by multiple people with no guidelines of any sanitary procedure in place to insure your belongings are disinfected from others belongings or from other people.

We request for full service mover, but found out later that the moving company also have their own fees for assembly, placement, if movers have to wait they will charge a fee even though your deliver date is unknown, if your place does not have enough room for access they will charge you, if you have stairs they will charge, basically they will charge you for everything even though you've already paid for these services. As concerns continue to stack up with no real solution, we know that we have been ripped-off.

On the day delivery, we were informed by another moving company out of State that they have our belongings for delivery. We were not informed that this company had our stuff as we were told USA Logistic will handle the move. Long story story, the other company hired by USA Logistic would not abide by the contract signed on the agreement. They refused to move our bedding to the top floor which we were entitled to. After much disagreement, they left without providing the full service we paid for. Complaint was made to USA logistics who informed us to hire someone to move our belongings and email them receipt for reimbursement. It's been over 3 months since I sent the receipt and yet, no reimbursement, just empty promises.

DO NOT HIRE THE THE FRAUDULENT DISHONEST SCAMMERS!!!

  3. Criminals!

First. They are operating illegally! Google search their DOT # 1650518 or call the DOT They are not authorized! They hold your belongs hostage and extort you for more $! They need to be put out of business and brought up on criminal charges! If anyone reading this has had a similar experience with them please let me know. A class action suit could be pending! If you haven’t dealt with them… don’t!!!!!

  4. Pirates scamers DONT TRUST

This company charged me $4,000 came to the house loaded half the truck and said oh no sorry we need more room than we expected I was charged another $2,000 they wouldn't tell me what Warehouse they took my belongings but by the time they got to my destination in Arkansas two months later truck arrives and the dark all my boxes were crushed and gone through all my jewelry was taken all my new clothes because I packed and bought new clothes to leave California and come to a cold state my shoes my Chenille robe my husband power tools and those were all DeWalt my Roomba my Dyson I am just sick I have never seen anybody break up and boxes and go through belongings they also stop documents from my file cabinet and what was not stolen was broken and missing I also got items and furniture that are not mine the company will be prosecuted this is no exaggeration check BBB lots of complain of same issues. Beware pirates

  5. Scam and extortion

I booked Standard van lines and googled their reviews which were passable. Somehow these scammers showed instead. They were rude and dishonest. They had photos of my furniture and initially told me that it would fit with space left over. When they arrived, a day late, the driver told me I had only paid for a tiny space and that I needed to pay double to move my furniture. Then he told me to accept their terms or loose my deposit. My furniture was loaded on the 9th of October and I have not received it as of yet. It is now 35 days later. I am sleeping on a mat in my new home. I have called them times to get an update. They lied. I have been promised certain dates and flew home to meet them only to have 2 no shows. Today they call and demand I pay 300 for a shuttle to move my stuff from the moving truck into the shuttle and then to my apartment. When I refused to give them any more money because moving trucks come on to the property every day from other moving companies and don't require a shuttle to access the property. The property is so large that several trucks can fit here. Their reply was that they are not going to deliver my furniture unless I pay them. That is illegal and extortion. The driver has not even seen the property, but they declare that they use google maps. I would like to join a class action law suit against this company asI feel that they are unethical. I have a text message from the dispatcher saying I pay extra or they keep my belongings.

  6. It’s a scam!

Avoid at all costs! Basically their scam is they quote a price for your estimated cubic feet and you pay a down payment. When the movers show up, they pack your stuff and set it in your driveway. That’s when the foreman will come up and give you the “bad news” that you are way over your estimated cubic feet and he will need more money. My initial estimate was somewhere around 1,700 cubic feet and then it somehow turned to 2,100 cubic feet (which of course costs thousands more). They know that have you at a disadvantage with all your stuff packed and have a set move-out date. But hey, even the driver said, “good luck going to another company because with so many people moving out of California, we can basically charge whatever we want”. Then they’ll take your stuff and put it in their storage facility where they will charge you way over what they quoted you for storage. Delivery is broken too. Even if you schedule a date ahead of time, the company will deliver your stuff “anywhere up to two weeks after your scheduled delivery date”. I will note on the day of delivery, the driver (who is subcontracted by the company) bought my stuff in an….[wait for it]…1,800 cubic feet truck that had ANOTHER delivery on it. Meaning, our stuff didn’t even take up the entire truck. See the scam? Once your stuff does arrive, you get to see how poorly they packed it. My wife and I unwisely made a decision to try to stay out of their way when they were packing our house so we stayed in the kitchen area. Bad decision. Everything in the kitchen was packed well with paper and packing materials but literally everything else was haphazardly thrown into a box with no packing material. Example: I was opening up picture boxes that were unwrapped and loose and the packers threw fragile electronic devices in the bottom. Needless to say, much of our stuff was broken. To add insult to injury, much of our stuff was missing too. When you deal with the company, they are rude and have a joke for insurance on your stuff. Bottom line-I was quoted 14K to move my stuff and by the time they were done scamming me, I was up to 21K. Best I can do here is vent my frustrations in hopes that others read this and avoid one the most expensive mistakes of my life. As a person who grew up with a father in the military and myself having been in the military, this is unequivocally the worst move I have ever experienced. See attached photos of their “professional packing” service.

  7. Can you say, "Class Action Lawsuit"?

I've started the process of filing a class action lawsuit against this company. I'm looking for others who are willing to tell their stories. This could possibly get you any money back that you were scammed out of with damages. If I don't find you, you can write to me at k27t8a4j1@yahoo.com.

  8. Fraud company RUNNNN

Never do business with this company the company that brokered my move was even in on it like it’s a ring . They never called on my scheduled day and after calling them they lied stating their truck was in an accident and were severely rude and rescheduled me causing me to lose my flight arrangements which they stated they would refund if I️ rescheduled . After rescheduling I️ had to buy new plane tickets and sent the receipts as requested and these people still never showed up nor answered the question phone causing me thousands of dollars in loss and recovery thank god I️ never put my things on their trucks after reviewing the horror stories of others and my heart goes out to them . This company never compensated my tickets nor showed up and lied and stated that I️ cancelled when I️ have recorded proof of the driver that is not the case ! He never showed up when he couldn’t repeat basic info about my move !!! Never ever trust these people with your valuables EVER !!

  9. HORRIFIC

Scammers! They Our quote went from $12k to $40K. They failed to pick up 1/2 our property. Stuff broken, stolen. They subcontracted out, hired out to some guys who weren't even a licensed moving company AND had suspended driver's licenses ("Royal Star Movers"). They lied and threatened us. Upon arrival, our property was held hostage until we wire transferred nearly $35k! We're military and have had dozens of moves. We've never had problems. Mover #2 (USA Logistics) actually FORGED signatures on documents because they never did a bill of lading. This has all been reported to authorities. Steer clear of these crooks.

  10. Avoid this Company, do not listen to them. They Lie!

They will switch the price after they have you packed up. Do not use them, I repeat do not use them. Read the reviews and check BBB, they have an F! with numerous complaints with the BBB.

  11. WORST MOVING COMPANY IN LOS ANGELES, CA

If you need a reliable moving company look somewhere else! Don’t waste your money in this company. The boss/owner is very unprofessional, highly discriminatory against disabled person specially Veterans. He told his employees to leave my household goods in the middle of the road after I agreed to pay them labor even though I canceled my contract of service with them. They were trying to overcharged me extra $6,000 for my household goods and wanted cash only! Sounded fishy to me. When their representative prior the day of pick up told me I can pay with my VISA card.

The boss probably thought I will beg them to use their service if they threaten me to leave my stuff in the street. Thank God for good SAMARITANS that came to the rescue. This company have no right to be in business to begin with not knowing the morals and principles of customer relations or doing the RIGHT THING first!!!

The owner/boss was very RACIST & a SEXUAL PREDATOR!!! Even had the nerve to ask me if I was “SEXY” on the phone!!!

Just plain DISGUSTING!!! Please make sure this place GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

  12. If I could give a zero I would have

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Now I understand an estimate is just that, an estimate. I was quoted $1,890. After I gave my final inventory count it jumped to $2,700. Ok, I was irritated but whatever, I need to move. On the day of our move and the last day in our home the final cost was $4,546.94. Are you F***ing kidding me?!?!? The guy says, do you want to take some stuff out. Really?!?! Everything packed was everything needed. What are you supposed to do when your only option is to leave everything on the street, not have a place to put it, and sleep on the street? They robbed us blind and their final payment methods are stupid AF, either a US Postal money order or cash. Post office doesn't take credit cards for money orders and you can't pull that much cash off of most CCs.

  13. Extortion

Avoid this company at all cost. I was was quoted a price for my move. It was to a full pack. Quoted price 4500 dollars. The day of the move they increased the price of the move to 11000 dollars. They said I had more stuff than what I told them. They did not weigh the truck empty or loaded. They did say exactly how many cubic feet was used on the truck. They did not give me an itemized list of materials used. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and wrapping paper. They took double the amount of time to deliver our stuff than what was stated in the contract. 21 business days is what the contract says. But that not 100% true either. It's 21 business days that the dispatchers office is open. They don't count Saturdays even though they are open. Holidays don't count. I understand that but the day after Thanksgiving is not a holiday. The dispatchers lie constantly. They don't let you talk to anyone in management. They don't told you where your belongings are. This company USA LOGISTICS has to be one of the worst moving companies in the United States. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  14. Took 3 month to move plus lost and damage

This company was the worst experience. They took 3 month to move my stuff from California to DC. When I got my stuff most of the are damage. I lost my entire entertainment system, they are over $2000. I claimedthe insurance and they gave me $54 by weight. This is a nightmare. Do not use this company. Stay away

  15. Absolute NIGHTMARE

My bf and I hired the broker firm Top Country Moving to arrange our move from CA to NY and they hired USA Logistics. Keep in mind, we trusted TCM to hire a reputable moving company and we were kept in the dark with who they chose. I figured it out by doing a reverse phone search. I’m not sure how USA Logistics is able to legally operate a business with all complaints and negligence but I’m in the process of taking legal action against both companies. They were paid to pack and transport our things across the country and I’m at a loss for words in describing the $8,346.55 in damages they caused us.

(For reference, here’s a link to the 150 photos showcasing this nightmare. https://flic.kr/ps/3W6EmU )

    1) In the last three years USA Logistics has 97 complaints according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration; an F rating with the BBB; and they have been convicted of multiple crimes, and taken to court by both business and individuals.

    2) We were told by Austin C. of TCM that he “personally knows the individual” who will be overseeing our move and that this person photographs everything before packing it. When we proceed with our case we will request those photos to show the condition of our belongings before USA Logistics ruined them.

    3) Rachel J. of TCM assured us that the moving company would know how to pack glass and valuables. She also said if we were still concerned to take “fragile” stickers on the items. USA Logistics not only ignored the stickers, they items were thrown in the bottom of a box filled with heavy boots, clothing and glass items resting on top and not wrapped at all.

    4) When USA Logistics arrived to pack our belongings they called to say that TCM underestimated the amount of boxes needed and because of this we would have to pay an extra $4,000.00 on the spot or they would leave most of our things.

    5) We paid $779 for packing materials and many were not provided.

    6) Movers from USA Logistics were drinking on the job and threw their used beer (Modelo, to be exact) into a box with our valuable possessions. (This during a COVID 19 pandemic.)

    7) USA Logistics ruined three designer jackets because instead of hanging them, they stacked them together and jammed them into a box which left imprints on each; one was custom-made.

    8) USA Logistics ruined two designer purses by jamming them together into a box which was filled with heavy items placed directly on top of them.

    9) USA Logistics ruined an Alice + Olivia dress with the tags still attached because they placed heavy items directly on top and scratched the fabric.

    10) USA Logistics placed dirty shoes on top of our clean bedding, clothing, and towels. We’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars to wash our items.

    11) We were promised quilted blankets and bubble wrap to protect our furniture. With the exception of a chair and kitchen table, USA Logistics failed to wrap our furniture. Now, most of it is damaged or ruined beyond repair.

    12) USA Logistics taped several of our items and expensive furniture together with heavy duty tape causing rips, tears, and paint chips.

    13) USA Logistics packed our kitchen silverware (including knives) into the bottom of a box which could have caused serious bodily injury.

    14) USA Logistics created a potential health hazard by mixing various cleaning supplies and chemicals and not securing them; baking soda and powdered bleach mixed with liquid cleaning products and covered the contents of the box.

    15) USA Logistics covered multiple boxes and items with hot sauce, which leads us to believe this was an intentional act. Aside from boxes, there was hot sauce on a clothing rack, punching bag, and keyboard stand.

    16) USA Logistics placed a yellow substance on our shower curtain, which has us wondering if one of the movers didn’t relieve themselves on it.

    17) USA Logistics stripped the screws on our floral bench so that we couldn’t put it back together properly. They were stripped so badly it leads us to believe this was done intentionally.

    18) About a week and a half ago we spoke with Victoria P. She told us we "turned down insurance" when USA Logistics arrived. That is a COMPLETE LIE.

    a) Austin C. told my father and I that TCM pays the full price for any damaged items "unlike those other companies." So we don't need to worry about purchasing 3rd party insurance.

    b) They knew that a friend would be at our apt on moving day and everything was to be set up before arrival.

    c) No one at USA Logistics asked our friend about insurance. Instead, USA Logistics wrote "void" on the paper. Our friend (who was in constant communication with us), said he was never asked about insurance. It was our friend who made the call letting us know they were demanding an extra $4,000 before they started.

    d) She also committed fraud by saying we had the wrong USA Logistics owner regarding the negative info we found.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS, DO NOT HIRE THESE CRIMINALS!
