  1. Nightmare..worst ever.

    Would not even give one star..they are worst nightmare you can think of you rather move by higher a good person with good driving records..rent truck..pay him to drive for you from place a to b..pay him return fair and do all but not this usa moving group..they ..ruined and damaged and lost most of my belongings and 3 weeks late..and still paid higher then I paid for private move..so I am coping from others review below because that is exactly true and nothing but true..read it..I just could not write batter..I agree 200%

    Based on my experience with this company, I have created the following ad that fully describes what they do:

    Hey there, looking to move cross-country? Well then here is what we can do for you. First we will have a nice person call you and be very knowledgeable, and seem very forthcoming about the process. He will tell you about the move and how smooth it will be. Also, he will not pressure you and even accommodate you by giving his direct number. After you call back to book, he will tell you that the price of the move is by weight, and that you will have your property within 5-10 days, and that this company has experience with moves such as yours. You will be told that 1-2 weeks before the move, you will receive a call to add or delete any inventory. He will tell you that the truck driver, in a semi truck will give you the weight of the truck before pick up, and once they weight the truck with your items, you will be given the weigh bill and the updated estimate of the move. The move will be reasonable and no fuss to you at all. Just pay the deposit, which is 1/3 of the total cost.

    Then, once we have the deposit, we will ignore you and hand you over to a budget mover called Low Price Movers (cute, right?). ** Review separate of this place.

    Then your stuff will be hauled away and you will not hear anything from us. You will be confused, and feeling a bit ripped off. You will call us and we will not answer. You will email and call the original sales person that you set up the appointment with, and you will be ignored.

    Someone will call you and promise that everything will take care of, and that this should not have happened. This person will promise to call you back. This will be a lie, but we have your stuff, so shut up and take it.

    You will eventually get frustrated. You will eventually file a BBB complaint. This will pis* us off.

    You will try calling USA Moving again, and get the same person, on the phone. She seems like she wants to help and says that she will get you're the weigh bill and that she is trying to help you, but she is either too busy or incompetent to really do anything.

    Finally two weeks after your belongings were tossed into a truck, a truck driver will call you. He will let you know that your belongings are on a truck in Chicago (no where in between your Los Angeles to Oklahoma City move) and that he should be able to get them to you the following Saturday or Sunday.

    You will receive a BBB response that in so many words says "You signed up with us, deal with it and you will get your
    whenever we feel like it. Shut up and go away."

    You will try again to talk to someone, and she will feed you more about how she is working on it.

    It's Friday, and you still will not have your stuff.

    Finally on Saturday, 17 days later, your truck of stuff shows up. A representative of USA Moving will act like he is trying to help you, and offer you compensation of less than 1% of your move. He also will promise to provide you with the weigh bill, so you can find out what your move really cost. He says that he will send it to you on Monday. He won't.

    Also, we at USA Moving can guarantee that your items will be thrown onto at least 5 different trucks, with no mind to the fragile contents.. which if labeled so, we will kick down a flight of stairs and have an elephant waiting to do burpees on the remains of the boxes. We also promise that at least 2/3 of your items will be marred, disfigured, broken, destroyed, mangled and pulverized. We don't event know what customer service means, we grantee this at USA Moving and our affiliate Low Price Movers.

    And for OUR convenience, we will send you to a website to handle the "refund" (hahaha) for the broken items.

    So, sign up today for a moving experience that you will NEVER FORGET!! Our operators are standing by..

  2. Please go Out of Business.

    This company has to be the WORST in the business.
    My items were picked up by some random company on 9/12, delivered on 10/10 with several MISSING items (my mattress, desk, and several boxes).

    No one will answer my calls, emails, or voicemails.

    The random movers doubled my quote and I had to pay an extra 900 to receive majority of my things.

    If you want your things shipped across the country.. DO NOT USE USA MOVING GROUP! Walk them yourself before paying USA Moving Group.

  3. Move from Ruskin Florida to Ashley Pa.

    Used this company to move from Ruskin Florida to Ashley Pa had to pay extra 1200 dollars , they were to disamble and reassemble at destanstion , they hired a fly by night company out of Ft Lauderdale Florida, the driver is also the dispatcher.. They broke glass top from kitchen table, should of got rid of them at that point.. When they finally got close to our house.. The driver hit a power pole.. Cops. Fire department..dot .. Well they impounded the semi holding my belongings..I had to rent a uhaul and get the wilks berri police to get my belongings,, They where paid to deliver and set up I n new house , they fid not deliver my furniture and boxes,,they still have over 65 tags boxes and furniture mother in laws sowing machine..and 2 laptop computers, They refuse to call back Iam going to get attorney to get belongings back and refund setup and delivery fee

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL BRAKE SCRATCH AND KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS.

  4. Refund Deposit.

    Please do not use this company. I booked my reservation on August 1st and cancelled on August 3rd, after I had read all the awful reviews. Their refund policy says it takes 28 business days for your refund. It is now October 5th and I still have not received my $700 deposit. I am so glad I did not actually use them for my move, but wish I would have not even given them my deposit.

  5. Poor customer service.

    Cancelled my agreement within 5 MINUTES after providing USA Movers with my credit card.  It's been 2 weeks and they still call acting like they're still going to be our movers !  Had to file a complaint with my bank to recover the deposit of over $900.  Went through man named Alan LeBelle and was promised multiple times that this was taken care of - so why do you keep calling ??

  6. Worst experience ever.

    NEVER use this company. My Mother in law is in AZ and was packed up today for a quote of 1600 dollars. 600 dollars has already been paid as a deposit. The movers headed by a man named Jonathan loaded up the stuff and then told my mother that it was an extra 1100 dollars. She did not agree and called me in Houston because the man Jonathan was intimidating her. I tried to speak to Jonathan and he told me that he was adding the 1100 due to volume. The agreed price was by weight not volume. I have the paperwork. When he refused to move the items I called USA movers office and spoke to a manager named Ben He informed me that he would call me back after he spoke to their dispatch. This was 2.5 hours ago. So some time passes and my mother calls me scared and crying because the movers were trying to force her to pay the money. I called Scottsdale PD and they responded. When the officers arrived and were going to run the credentials of the movers he unloaded the stuff and left it in the parking lot of my mothers apartment complex. The police were unable to do anything due to it being a civil matter. I tried contacting the parent company of the movers called A to B Trans Inc. I received no answer. And to top it off my last call to the movers the secretary told me that she just transferred my mothers call to the manager and that is why I can't speak to him. I just called my mother and she has not spoken to the manager Ben at all. Now My mother has all her stuff not moved and is out 600 dollars for the time being. I am contacting BBB and possibly an attorney for a resolution. Please steer clear of these guys.

  7. Do Not Use!!

    I would give USA Moving Group a lower score if it were possible. Like most of the other reviews the service was good until I gave them my deposit. They quoted the lowest price, sounded professional, and were easy to contact. The movers were nice, but did a terrible job with the move. They damaged almost every piece of furniture I had and left scratches and holes on the walls in my house. When my things finally arrived they told be charge and it was over double what I was quoted. I filed a claim for my damaged goods a year ago and am still waiting. I have to send several emails before getting any response and the responses are very unprofessional. They damaged thousands of dollars worth of my things, but agreed to only reimburse me $100 for the damages. They accidentally left me a box of items of someone elses property. I called immediately to let them know. They told me to just keep it or throw it away and that they were not worried about it. This is the first review I have written for any company as I am normally not the type to complain, but this company was so bad I do not want anyone else to have the same experience. Do not use this company.

  8. Poor.

    My son recently passed away suddenly.  He lived in Queens, NY.  We called and spoke to Tom Kiernan, Sales and he assured us that the move would take place on the day we requested.  No problem.  My family and I had to travel from out of state to pack and get things ready.  We were called the day before and they wanted to move that day..We told them we were not ready.  Again, confirmed for the next day.  We confirmed the day and time later in the day.  The day of the move, serveral hours before they were to arrive, they cancelled and wanted to do it the next day.  We could not do it ..At that point we called USA Movers and cancelled the entire move.  Scheduled another mover.    I would not recommend these movers to anyone.  They are undependable and do not understand Customer Service.  Once sales gets your deposit and makes promises, you are at their mercy..I understand why the Better Business Bureau has received many complaints.  DO NOT USE USA MOVING FOR ANY MOVE REGARDLESS OF THE SIZE.  USA Movers refused to return our deposit.

  9. Buyer Beware.

    Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. I was overwhelmed with trying to determine the most cost effective way to move and then store about $2500 worth of furniture and personal items a distance of approximately 500 miles. I wasn't moving an entire house full of items, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money.  Moving myself was not an option.  When I contacted this company, my salesman Tom was very nice and reassuring.  What I didn't understand, and what they failed to explain to me is that USA Moving Group is a BROKER; they do not actually move your items or store them.  They scheduled my move with an even slimier, less ethical company by the name of Moving Express & Storage out of Passaic, NJ.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EITHER! The problem is, however, you don't know who will be conducting the move until they show up on your doorstep. The movers showed up on the day of the move and wanted an additional $75, claiming that my quote for a move from a second story unit only covered 7 steps. Since my unit was on the second level of my building, and it required more than 7 stairs to reach the second level, that was going to be extra.  This was of course after Tom quoted me a price based on my unit being on the SECOND FLOOR of the building.  (Tom didn't mention that he was quoting me the "hobbit price", and that in hobbits' houses, it only takes 7 steps to reach the second level). Also, I failed to include one item in my pre inventory (a framed picture), and the movers wanted to charge an additional $20 to move that despite the fact that I was way under the minimum weight.  Of course, I knew that I would also get dinged for the non-Hobbit extra stair charge of $75 on the delivery end. Only after threatening to cancel the move (which would have meant I would have lost my $290 deposit), did the movers relent.  When I called to complain to USA Moving Group, of course Tom wouldn't take my calls, and their "customer service" team would not return my calls.  After calling them maybe 10 times, I finally got through to someone by calling from a different phone number they didn't recognize.  This person assured me that I would not be charged the $75 on the back end.  Problem is, the movers won't deliver your items off the truck until you pay them, so guess what? - since I'm as tall as Gandalf, I had to pay the extra $75.  Also, forget about scheduling your delivery on a specific day - they have the right to take up to 21 extra days past your "earliest possible delivery date" to deliver your goods.   Several items were delivered broken, and several items were missing, to the tune of about $250 in lost or damaged items. But I have no recourse because I am only insured up to .60 per pound. To get full replacement cost insurance would have cost another $250 on a move that was already costing $1000. The movers gave me a 24 page pamphlet entitled "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" when they showed up, but it was moving day, and I hadn't set aside any time for reading.  Read this book before you schedule your move!  That way you will understand in advance all the ways these slime bags can screw you.  .

  10. They Are Horrible.

    They only allow good testimonials on their page and direct you to a phony site for other "good reviews". I was having trouble finding a good company and ended up with the absolute worst!! They lie about how much they charge. The estimates are lies!! I was overcharged by $850 and they keep giving me the run around!! I keep getting passed around to different people. they are just a contract agency who has the worst communication. They never called when supposed to.

  11. Usa Moving Group Dont Trust or Use.

    Anyone interested in a class action suit against this company? They have stolen and lied to  many innocent people . We were taken by their lies , and money stolen from us. They never made the move they were paid for. It's time to pay the pepper USA MOVING GROUP. EMAIL ME IF INTERESTED  It's time this stops
    After reading the many reviews concerning this company I am surprized that they are still in business.
    After taking our monies, and lies given to us  they will not even respond to emails or letters from the goverment agencies.
    Please do not trust this company, .  .

  12. Moving my stuff.

    They are the worst company to let move your things don't use them. They promise you every thing to get you then broker you things to other people I have had nothing but he'll and it's been almost a month and still don't have my things they also rise the price when they get to the house Don't use them!

    These people have had my items for two weeks now me and my two children have been sleeping on the floor for days.. my sales representative was Derrick c.. the dispatcher was rude and there corporate office I talk to sam he was rude as [EDIT] over charged me after paying 1597 they want me to pay 1100 more!! Stay far far away.. I want to shut this company down! And we all should get together so we can shut this place down nothing but scams!! I'm going and want to sue there ass this is so much [EDIT].

  14. Complete dishonesty - DO NOT USE.

    Lies and deception from the beginning. Tom Kiernan promised me everything I wanted to get me to sign with them. After I signed the contract, he disappeared. Refused to reply to emails or voice mails. Nothing went the way I was told it would. First he said USA Moving Group wasn't a broker. Wrong! The company they contracted out to charged me for something not on my original estimate. I argued that it wasn't needed but ended up having no option. Both USA Moving Group and Unique Moving promised me next day delivery. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back so having my bed and furniture right away was beyond important. As of this review, I've been sleeping on the floor for 5 nights and who knows how many more I will have to. After threatening to report my items as stolen because I can't get a delivery date, I was given a # for a dispatcher and of course had to leave a message. I told them the same. I need a date and time or I'm reporting my items stolen.
    This group will tell you anything you want to hear to get you sign with them.
    Run fast.

  15. Please Dont Not Use!!

    I contacted USA moving group about a move for my mom from NJ to NC I talked several times to the rep name Derrick he insured me several times what we needed to get like boxes for the TV and mattress covers.. We went out and got these things so there wouldn't be any additional charges and on the day of the move we was told something totally different. I was told by derrick that he had weighed my mothers furniture and even added weight again so it would be any extra charges..on the day of the move it was a TOTALLY different story.. We was charged for mattress covers anyway because the ones we brought seems to be the wrong ones.. I also asked derrick will it be a tracker trailer that would be used to pick up the furniture and drop off. However there was a regular truck to pick up the furniture but on the day of the delivery it was a trailer that couldn't even fit into the new residents. I tried contacting derrick to see what was going on and he has yet to call me back.. They send you a contract to sign and it doesn't say anywhere that your furniture will be taking off a truck and put on another truck.. That's illegal.. Once your truck is packed it suppose to stay they way its packed. The amount he quoted was totally wrong we whind up paying over 2400.00 which we was quoted under 1500.00.. The rep Derrick also failed to tell me that he was a third party person. PLS PLS PLS STAY AWAY BECAUSE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. I also asked them about the reviews and they told me it was the competition putting up lies about there company and I should have known better then. I also started to cancel the service because when I called the line before the move the guy I spoke to had no idea who I was talking about. The reviews are correct with people that got taking advantage of and lied to we are not the competition.. Don't let them lie to you as they have done to several people and took there money.. Please this is a real review DONT BOOK THEM LOOK FOR A BETTER COMPANY.
