Dishonest, damaged forniture.
I hired White Glove Vanlines for moving in September 2017. The saleman was dishonest from the beginning. He told me that it will take up to 14 days for the move. After the movers took my items, I was told it will take up to 21 business days. It end up taking 20 days for them to deliver, my family had to sleep on the floor for more than a week.
They also said the moving charge will be weight based. But they never weight it, even after I removed several heavy items from my moving list, they still charged me the same price.
Even worse, almost every wood furniture had damage. I emailed and called, they just ignored. Don't hire these crooks.

White Glove Van Lines was great to work with. They were very accommodating, easy to get a hold of and fairly priced. The only reason I gave them four stars was because of the company that they actually used to bring my stuff. Although that company was nice, they tried charging me $200 extra for a mini bar which was on my inventory list since the beginning. When I complained, White Glove called me and gave me a refund for the cost of the item which put me at ease. I would definitely use them again!
Horrible service.
My experience with this company was unethical. I trust them to move pieces that were valuable and sentimental to me. I did everything they asked and wanted the same in return since the contract stated it. Once my furniture arrived in Ga steps were outside which they were well aware of. I received a call from the driver of the moving team stating he will not unload my belongings unless I pay an additional unheard of amount. How do you think that made me feel and I was still in Fla?. Per the rules the first flight of stairs are free, any stairs after that will be an additional $75 and that's what we expected.
After my son in law phoned the office asking to speak to Frank (initial person of contact) I received a call from a lady stating there was a misunderstanding and the movers will be instructed to unload my furniture. They did by throwing every item that was loaded on that truck into my kids house. Many items were broken and not one item was assembled as previously stated. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I am very displeased with their actions.
These guys were great.
White Glove Van Lines and his team were great. They showed up 5-10 minutes early and wasted no time getting started. They wrapped up our furniture with padding, even though we weren't expecting it. They were fast and efficient. To move a 2 bedroom apartment from Orlando to Dallas it only took them 3 days for the trip and 2 hours and 15 minutes to unload everything. The price was very competitive (the cheapest I got a quote for). I would recommend them to anyone.

My moving experience with this company was great. After all the horror stories I read and heard about, I was extremely nervous. I expressed this to the owner of the company (who took it upon himself to take time out of his busy schedule to get on the phone with me) that everything was in good hands. This was my first big move and I had to put ALL of my belongings on the truck and ship my car. You can imagine how nerve wrecking that is!! But customer service stayed with me along the way by keeping me updated throughout the process. I'm not usually one to write reviews but I was so pleased with this service that I just had to say something. My belongings arrived yesterday and they were in perfect condition. The company they subcontracted out to was extremely professional and friendly. I was very thorough with my inventory so there were no surprise charges at all. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is making a long distance move.
Still don't know where my possessions are.
I've been scammed, like the other poster. Told I would have uniformed employees from the company but got some guys who were subcontracted. Told cost was for weight but when the subcontracted guys showed up had an extra $290 added because of cubic feet. Told would be delivered within 7-10 days but now just told that they have no idea where my stuff is and i'll get a call when it might be delivered. The one phone call returned was from a woman who said she was from "the moving company" and she kept me on hold while she had to look up the name of which company she was talking about.
best bet with one person named judy, sorry it's a busy moving season we have no idea where this mover is or when your things will be delivered but sometime but when they get around will give you a call.

Complete scam! Conviently changed my poundage charge from .43 per pound to .60 per pound 3 DAYS BEFORE MY MOVE!! They then changed my pick up date 3 times and when I was told I would be working with two uniformed professionals in a "White Glove" truck I got some guy and his 16 year old son. The guy showed up 8 hours late in a Penske moving van with the name of some other company written on cardboard taped to the door. THEY SUB CONTRACTED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!! This really happened. I have pictures. If that's not enough to look elsewhere, I was promised 3-10 days delivery, then 10-14 days. Pffff.. they blew through both of those timeframes and when I called customer service I was told "they didn't quite know where my stuff was". THEY STILL DON'T KNOW!! This has been a nightmare! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!
