  1. Great impression for our move

We just had the first experience with this company. They called me in advance to explain the process and what to expect for the day of the pick-up. The crew of 4 members showed up on time, and they're very polite. The crew leader was patient and professional. They wrapped my furnitures with great care, and way better than if I had to do it myself. In addition, the owner showed up and talked to me about my options when my load was way more than what the broker estimated for. So far, I am pleased with the pickup and loading process. Will be able to comment later on the delivery part of the move.

  2. Horrible experience

Way overcharged from the original estimate, they also damaged my grandfather clock, china cabinet dining room table and broke a night stand. We spoke with Joe who only cared about money. These people are a rip-off. Do not deal with them run the other way. They will take advantage of you. save yourself the frustration use a reputable company.

  3. LOUSY Experience and OVERCHARGED

I was overcharged by All Over the STATE more than the original estimate over my move from Lewisville Tx to Marietta GA by 60% or another 200 cu.ft once the truck was loaded. This increased the amount by $793. I checked the final quantity of materials moved upon arrival and documented that it did NOT exceed the original amt. 361 cu.ft. in the estimate prepared by the MOVE BROKER – Trinity Relocation. They subcontracted this move out to ALL OVER THE STATE to do the actual move.

As you can see from all of these BAD RATINGS, REVIEW and BAD EXPERIENCES from so many customers, STAY AWAY from AOTS and also Trinity Relocation. I had the same BAD experience as so many others. AOTS loaded up the truck of a relatively small and simple move and then said the amount on the truck is now than what was in the original estimate from Trinity Relocation. Trinity said they would audit the job after the move. I provided both companies photos and confirmed documentation of what was moved and there was no more than the original expected estimate of 361 cu. ft.. I thought I asked all the right questions when I hired Trinity Relocation after reading so many bad reviews of their competitors. When I hired Trinity, I did not know they would broker this move to AOTS until they showed up to load up. When I went back to Trinity Relo after the move to have them audit, as they said they would, to true up any discrepancies or overcharges, Trinity bailed after I sent my backup. I have not received any responses from AOTS since sending my factual documentation proving the load was no more than the original estimate by Trinity. In addition to delays and broken furniture, I will add my BAD REVIEW and RATING to all the other BAD REVIEWS listed here. I will copy this same bad review to the Trinity Relocation website. I'll also file complaint to BBB. This review is NO EXAGGERATION, just facts!!! STAY AWAY FROM BOTH COMPANIES.

  4. Customer Service.

Do NOT use this company for ANY reason. They will ONLY contact you when they want your money. They hang up on you after keeping you on hold for 12 minutes. Called (TWICE & left messages) on the 24th of September to schedule a move out of their storage facility to my new one. NO response for 8 days. Finally receive a call on the 2nd of October DEMANDING payment. Rolling the dice I put a freeze on my card-in the hopes they would call. They did-6 days later. Of COURSE they did-they wanted their $$. This company is the FINEST example of a greedy owner. Oh & while I was on hold, a salesman picked up the phone & asked me what the problem was-VERY rude I might add. After he heard I was NOT happy-you ready? He freaking hung up on me!

You have been warned about this LESS than professional company. Oh they still have my property-we’ll see what condition it’s in when I receive it.

  5. Avoid. Run Away.

Maria Rodriguez on here reviewing is Michelle Rodriguez and she works for them. She lied to us..they all lie. We were missing stuff from our move that was from TX to MN. A year later we got our missing stuff because a storage facility in Illinois contacted us and sent us our missing stuff that had been sitting in a vacated unit..thank God I labeled all our stuff with contact information. Everything we got upon delivery was damaged. Nobody returns your calls when you call customer service at All Over The State. They are con artists, broker your items out, aren't BBB affiliated and have an F rating. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS. PRICES WILL BE JACKED UP, ITEMS WILL BE BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR LOST. Also, I had a fraud alert 11 miles from their corporate on my card..RUN!!

  6. Highly Recommend.

All over the state was the reason why my move went great! They were very professional and helpful. They gave me great prices and worked very accordingly. They took care of my items while loading and made sure they were VERY well protected. I do recommend them for your future move!

  7. Avoid This Company.

We hired them to move us from TX to MS. Read your contract and what they actually write in for your belongings. They doubled our cost when they arrived. The employees only spoke Spanish and talked about us and cursed at us. We contacted the company due to cost changes and after we realized a handgun was stolen. We were assured that the company we signed with was not a broker. They deleted the contract from my email once we started calling with complaints. They started breaking our belongings once they had boxes loaded in truck. They dropped the sofa and boxes of antique glass from the top of the lift when up. They dropped boxes in front of us labeled glass and antiques. We have not received our belonging as of yet. They tried to deliver on a day that is understood we would not be home and refuse to deliver our belongings until you pay balance and not on delivery. The last email I was told that we had to pay balance and she would give us the address for us to pick up our possessions. We do not know if our belongings are even available or already sold. They screen the calls and do not return your call even if you pay. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

  8. Run Away.

Moved from Wichita Falls,TX to Knoxville,TN. WORST MOVE EVER. Lied about cost, lied about delivery. They wait until they show up at the door and that’s when they start padding the cost. They finally gave me a “discount” of $250 off a $5500 move because I wouldn’t stop calling. Wish I could turn them in for fraud.

  9. Not Satisfied.

I will not recommend this company for the moving. I had worse experience with this Moving company like in brief they were not on time, they charged more after coming the destination by saying we need to rent U-Haul for moving as we can;t get our truck there, they damaged my furniture and lost my TV and I got some other bag which is still with me. I asked them to collect but they didn't collect that bag. And now coming to claims department, I sent the pictures and I'm sure they might not checked and they gave the claim amount of less than 1% for my damage.
So in short brief, I would say not to go with this movers yet all. Stay Away with them.

  10. Do Not Use.

Worst move ever..gets one star only because zero is not an option..have moved 8 times in my career and this is hands down the worst..broke and scratched and crushed furniture..charged twice what was quoted..upon delivery the two movers did not speak ANY English..rewriting this as it keeps getting removed.

  11. Unprofessional, unethical, bait and switch, etc..

Alex tells you 3-5 business days and that you only deal with them. Jesse says 7-10 days and you only deal with them. Michelle stammers when you question the time frame, eventhough Jesse says your movers at pickup will give you all the specs and ETA. Jeri or Geri never returns your calls when you call customer service. Your items are all damaged..but I don't care about that or the 60 cents per pound they pay, I just want the missing stuff. Anyone looking for movers, run from this company. They broker it out, they just loD it and store it..nothing else. Spend the extra and go direct, it's worth it. When your stuff is picked up, they hurry and rush you when you try to read the contract, they don't speak english, throw your stuff around, and just tell you to call customer service when you question anything. You pay extra, it's not on the contract, and when you question it, nobody gets back to you. Paid $2000 bucks to All Over The State for 300 cubic square feet. Paid the drop-off brokered movers $800. They say there's no elevator fee, but there is on the end. Seriously, don't use this company..the customer service never returns your calls, the missing and damaged items are ridiculous, and the positive reviews are by friends, family, and employees.

  12. Misleading.

Felt rushed and pressured to sign contract - wanted to read thoroughly first. Was not told final payment had to be cash or postal money order at delivery. Called Long Distance movers but actually got Patriot Moving Group. Also was not told that the pickup in one state would be a different carrier All over the State Moving and Storage and that the delivery in another state would be yet a third carrier Graebel Mover Company. So essentially I dealt with four different companies! At the delivery the movers had a very difficult time finding my furniture. It was NOT completely separated from other shipments like it was supposed to be. Even initially unloaded someone else's night stand. Relieved it's over.

  13. Terrible Delivery Experience.

I booked with All Over The State Movers for my move from Dallas to Albany,NY because they represented themselves as a carrier and not a broker and assured me my belongings would be handled by only them. In Dallas things went well but the delivery to Albany, NY was a nightmare. My belongings were heaped up inside a tractor trailer with absolutely no care shown. Numerous items are broken. The delivery men were smoking inside the trailer with my belongings and those of other customers. The driver and other laborer were extremely rude and demanding to me and the employee of the storage facility. My very expensive memory foam mattress was folded in half and wrapped up and the man refused to unwrap it. The legs are off my sofa and the man threw the leg and the bolts into the unit and then unwrapped and placed my oyster colored sofa..fabric side down on a filthy industrial building floor. The sales and service people on the phone in Texas were polite but they contract your move out to horrible people. You have no real consumer protection or recourse with them. Be sure to have more than one person on the receiving end because you will need back up to defend yourself. Terrible experience!!

  14. Most Incompetent Moving Company Ever!

I scheduled my move through Trinity Relocation Services who lied to me about several things right from the start, I looked past it and went forward with the move because I really needed my possessions at my new apartment in Denver.

The moving broker partnered with All Over The States Moving & Storage. To say the least, this company is completely incompetent. After waiting a week and a half for a call that never came that my things were in transit, I had someone at the company track down my move and they promised a 48 hr heads up with my delivery time.

I get a call at 6:30 at night saying that they will be delivering my stuff at 9AM the next morning, and they want $827 in cash or a USPS money order. Definitely not a 48 hour heads up as promised.

When the movers get there they demand $150 additional in cash due to the number of steps between the truck and my front door. It was a literal 10 physical walking steps over the allotted 75 physical walking steps. I had $75 on me in cash, which I offered so they would begin the move while I went back to the atm. They demanded the entire $150 before they would move anything into my apartment. They piled up my boxes in front of my doorstep and refused to move my items until I came back with the money.

This company will nickel and dime you over every little thing. They even charged $700 over the quoted cost to pack up 3 boxes. 3 boxes!!

I want to save the fine people of America from the horrific nightmare that was my moving experience with All Over The States and Trinity Relocation Group. Please go with an actual reputable company rather than this sham.

  15. Fraudulent practice/overcharge.

All Over The State Moving and Storage is nothing but an unethical and crooked organization. We booked our move with Charter Van Lines, who outsourced the move to All Over The State. The final total of the move was over $1,000 more than the quote. The delivery guidelines were not followed. The dispatcher lied and had no interest in making it right. The driver, Aziz, cussed my son. Stating "You can suck my.." and "I will just keep your sh..".
This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I will post as many negative reviews as I can on as many websites as possible. I tried to reach out to their dispatcher, Sherry, their driver, Aziz, the Charter Van Lines CS Rep, Isabel (I believe) and Josh, the rep that booked the original reservation. He convinced me to go with them because their competitor, Geo Van Lines, had many bad reviews through BBB. Well these two companies will now have their share of bad reviews on the BBB.
