  1. Extremely pleased.

Being from a military family I've moved a ton I found around I've moved myself I've used movers and I know the ins and outs so I'm proud to say more like relieved to say that all over United hit the mark on excellence they work carefully they were considerate and they're just all around great guys and gals for the money spent it was a great value and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again they're awesome.

  2. Hardworkers.

We are thrilled with the job done By All Over United and their staff. They gave us a quote that made sense for us and arrived on the designated day. They wrapped up our furniture very carefully and they had packing materials for the TVs and glass mirrors. They crated up some paitings and even threw in some free packing materials. I was impressed with how well they worked as a team and they had no damages at all. Mike was a true gentlemen and the helpers were great we BBq at the delievry and it was almost like a party.

  3. On Time and On Point.

I am extremely satisfied with the moving service I recieved from All Over United. They worked hard and delligently to make my timeline. Chris the crew leader was attentive and really knew his craft. The items were packed well and they men well equipped, I would hire them again in a second. Total professionals and they did not break my budget. Thanks to Todd for setting things up and Mike for coordinating the logisitics. Two thumbs up.

  4. Affordable movers.

I was really limited on the budget I ahd to make my move happen. When I started getting quotes most moving companies simply told me my move is too small and not worth it to them. However All Over United worked with me to piggyback my move with another family and make it affordable and in a reasonable time frame and for that I am greatful to them.

  5. All Over was Great!

Ok I must admit I was hesitant to hire a mover much less the one I went with because franly the stuff you see online about rogue movers can be terrifying however I had few options and little time to find a mover so I rolled the dice on All Over United and I came out a winner! They were on time and took great care of my belongings. They told me when I booked the move they had a truck coming down to my destination and they can offer a great rate and quick turn around and that is exactly what I got and with no suprises. Great Job!

  6. Worst Business Experience of my Life.

I had likely THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE recently when I chose All Over United to move.  I cannot even begin to describe the horrible nature and complete un-professionalism of the people their, from the saleswomen to the owner (who literally threatened me and swore at me over the phone!).  Here's a few of the things they did:---Nearly DOUBLED MY QUOTE..but only after everything was loaded into the truck.  They claimed they didn't have an entire room of my house in their quote.  I'm guessing this is a tactic they use to drive up the price when they have your stuff and your vulnerable.---Showed up 8 hours late for pick-up-I had to call about 12 times to get them to give me a definitive drop-off date (it's very misleading, you DO NOT pick your dropoff date..they put it in their contract that they're allowed to deliver within 21 days of what you request).  When they finally gave me a "guaranteed date", they ended up changing it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to be 6 days later!  My entire family sat in an empty home for a week.  When the day FINALLY came, they messed up again and had to move it ANOTHER DAY LATER.  That fateful day finally came and they ended up coming 4 hours late.---They handed off my belongings to another moving company (the guys who dropped my stuff off TOLD ME they were a separate company), yet All Over United continually denied it!!-They damaged a very expensive sofa, bed, and desk.  They claimed "it happens in the move".---NONE of the movers spoke English, took off their shoes, or wore shoe covers---They didn't re-assemble ANYTHING they took apart to move.---They lost a box valuables (family photo albums) they refused to return calls about..a common theme with this company.  They still refuse to return calls or reconcile with me.I have to stop here, as the situation was probably one of the most upsetting, stressful, and downright wrong experiences I've ever dealt with.  I plead to all of you, please, PLEASE save yourself the pain and go with ANYONE else.  I will personally never use another mover in my life.  I hope this helps someone.

  7. Long Distance Move.

All Over Untied Moving & Storage should not be in business. They took advantage of my elderly parents by overcharging, misrepresenting delivery times, losing items, and not following through on a settlement. They doubled the charge that was quoted. They would not give us true updated information as to where their shipment was during the move. They were 2 weeks late with the shipment. They would not answer phone calls. They would were not truthful with information given at any time. They were rude. They hung up on me. They should not be able to deal with the public. I can't believe that a company like this is allowed to do business at all!

  8. All Over United - Horrible experience!

I used this company to transport my car and household belongings from Florida to California. ALL of my brand new furniture was damaged. Not only that, but my car was also scratched badly. After almost a year of fighting with these people they offered me $100 settlement! AND they claim they aren't responsible for the damage to the car. I would never use this company again.

  9. Florida to Michigan.

A move from Florida to Michigan still no furniture
We believe our furniture is stolen, lost, or been sold
We went through Geico mover.Com and numerous companies called us to give us a quote on our 1380 mile move across the united states to have a job and family awaiting us. We decided to go ahead on all over united movers with clay on July 20, 2011, from Florida to Michigan. All over united moving and storage clay said they were to give us a month and a week at no charge for storage anything more than that would be $ 250 per month to hold our inventory (our home) we had been contacted by 3 movers now to make a final decision and received three different quotes but clay kept pursuing our move seemed to be fair and kept being so persistent on his quote and gave us a guarantee "If my inventory list was accurate" it would not be any more. Our inventory list was for 170 items and included everything. It was prepared accurate and precise on the phone. The mover called us 2 days prior to the actual move date and said we need to move you a day earlier than what we initially agreed to. They said they had to do it then or five days later or could not schedule it that week. We would have to wait a week. The estimate was $ 3050 over the phone then paid in full $ 5850. We are left with no furniture and paid in full. We have taken off left Florida to go be with our family and friends and jobs in Michigan. Now to discover the movers you kept giving us dates of deliver, times, and still no furniture.
We contacted clay on July 25, 2011, Michael Dixon, and melissa
July 28 movers show up reeking of alcohol on their breath, 3 guys who were unprofessional looking at porn on their cells phones, and just move our furniture out of our home hit the home on the front entry way take our day bed couch out of our home damage the metal studs on our front foyer, damage to our front door, and could care less laughing as if no one cares but talking about and swearing foul vulgar trash out of their loose lips. As they are taking our items out of our homes they were yelling they had to go late that evening to Pensacola Florida to take another load. They said they had to drop our stuff off in tampa in a warehouse.
The movers called us august 26, 2011 and said the items are on its way and they were in Michigan (we never told them we were ready to have the items shipped we were waiting on the home we were trying to obtain to move in by September 12, 2011.
September 13 was our initial conversation with a new moving consultant Michael (moving consultant) aka (dispatcher) we told Michael we wanted shipment of our furniture from Florida to lansing Michigan as of September 13, 2011 "Still nothing resolved" accept you all have now received paid in full $ 5300 ..No furniture .. No answers.. The question is where is our furniture and when are we getting it?. You are our sales person and we have been getting sent to Michael and melissa. As of now is Monday, September 19 at 3 pm.
Michael said in order for us to get our stuff early we could go to Detroit and pick it up oh really. So we agreed for a few minutes I called back to get the name, number and unit number of our items that were supposedly in this storage unit in 2 different locations.. I called both phone numbers spoke with two different people one associate cooperating the other not. They said it's not in your name I cannot give you any information. These people owe us $ 600 on one unit and $ 300 on the other unit they are 30 and 60 days behind. On one unit and the other unit, nothing is in it? Huh ? Now I am completely distraught. Lied to about the distance they movers said oh your things are in Detroit. To find out they are in two different locations? An hour and a half away and an hour at least. Now I call back Michael and he is nowhere to be found he just left the office. Huh? Can we speak to your manager or owner? They seem to be nowhere in sight or never in. Can you pick up the phone and call me and give me the answer? Every time we call or speak to anyone no one seems to be available, on the phone, not in, left the office etc. If you do not get back to us by 4 pm today with our
Shipment date and time. We are taking the next legal step to facilitate the and expedite it immediately into legal and state matters. Your word and your company are not to be trusted
    Clay ,
I have called you 2 times today. You said you would have our furniture shipment date and time today that was at 11:15. I spoke with you yesterday on order. Please confirm shipment of our home furniture and our delivery date. When I spoke with you yesterday you said you would call me back to confirm delivery date and shipment of our order from Florida to lansing. Thank you
We receive a phone call now from melissa stating we will receive our home furnishings on Saturday sometime and we will get a three hour window. Your stuff is safe and sound she says.
Now it is Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 7 pm. No phone call no movers, no home
The unkept promises and lies from all over united moving and storage.

  10. All Over Moving you are the best!! KEEP UP WITH THE GOOD WORK GUYS!

I wanted to say thanks, from the bottom of my heart, for making this hasty transition practically stress free. I haven't once worried since we talked, you are such an incredible representative for All Over United Moving & Storage. I will give your name and number to anyone whom ever asks me about moving services. I have many clients and customers that also are in need of such personalized and professional services. You excel at what you do. I worked for 3 years in such buisness and believe me, I know what you do is not easy. Thanks again, and I will look you up on my next move.. Good Luck!!

  11. **one of the lucky ones**.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. This was my first out of state move and like many of you, it is a stressfull yet exciting experience. I put my information online and later in the afternoon my phone would not stop ringing with moving companies. after what felt like was 200 calls, I answered to a woman who introduced herself from All Over United moving and storage. I don't know if its just me, but she sounded so pleasent I gave her a chance to tell me more about her service. Initially, I had spoken with 3 other companies and was leaning towards my decision until I spoke to my rep. we spent almost 1 hour on the phone talking about every detail of the move (I am one of those very thorough people):)there was not many questions I had to ask. I greatly appreciate her detail and how comfortable she made me feel like old friends. The price I was initially quoted was $1740.00 door to door service. I reserved the move for August 7th 2011. The delivery window I was given was 4 to 10 days and possibly weekend delivery. Since I was driving, I was worried they would get there faster then I did, my rep promised me that they call 24 hours before the delivery. On the day of the move, the crew arrived and started loading my items until we got to the 4 glass framed pictures and 2 flat screen t.vs on the wall. Per my conversation with my rep, she offered me the special crating for these items and I refused them assuming I can wrap them in a timely manner. The driver offered me the packing for an additonal $116.00 which I didn't want to pay the cost, but I was aware in advance and received 4 free mattress covers (which I thought was nice) there was one old bookshelf that I figured would not make it, so when they lifted it, the bookshelf broke (expected). Furthermore, the next day, I left for Boston and stopped in Charlotte for 2 nights at my old college mates house. On the 6th day, I received a call from the driver confirming the delivery of my items. Timing was perfect because I had just arrived a day an a half ealier. FINALLY they took my items off the truck and based on reviews from other companies, I was worried about broken or missing items or my possessions in boxes would be mangled. The relief was tremendous. All of the items got to my new home safely. the crew at pick up and delivery happened to be amazing. very nice guys. I tipped them each $20.00 for their hard work. I was impressed by the matching shirts with company logo. I started my new job feeling great. The one word of advice I have for all of you, is COMMUNICATE with the rep. we pay so much money to have our life moved for what? every step of my move and trip had been explained and cordinated with my rep inorder to avoid he said she said. I will absoutly utilize ALL OVER UNITED moving and storage for my future project in Tucson, AZ in 2013. 866-349-2165 ask for ext 103..thank you so much all over.

  12. Well done.

Moving is hard work and these guys make it look easy. Clean , professional and on time they were a class act. Much Thanks All Over.

  13. Do Not Use This Company.

I signed an agreement with All Over United Moving and Storage(AOU) to move my personal items and furniture from FL to NC in January 13, 2011. Due to an undetermined move date because I was awaiting confirmation on a new job, I received a call from the driver April/May, thinking he was moving me the next day. I explained that the date on the contract was approximate and that I was supposed to contact AOU when I was ready per the discussion with my rep. While I was talking to him I asked specific questions about a moving timeline so I could be more precise in selecting a date. I was told it would take no more than 5 days for my move. As this response was consistent with the 10-day maximum of the contract, I believed it. I selected Sunday, June 5, to move because my apartment would be ready on Friday, June 10. Although I was promised the driver would call 24 hours before pickup and tried to contact the office when he didn't, no one was available. The driver called on Sunday, June 5, and told me he could not do the pickup due to being overbooked.

I was hesitant, but he assured me that if I agreed to a Monday pickup that my items would arrive by my original projected delivery of June 10. They picked up on Monday. My contract had incorrect deposit information, so the driver was unsure of how much I owed. I made corrections to my deposit/payment amounts and the incorrect delivery address on the forms. I was told again that my items would arrive by June 10. Once the pickup was complete, it took a total of 8 calls and several promises to call me back to determine that my items would not be delivered until the following "middle of the week" (June 15). At one point I was told they had up to 14 business days to deliver which I pointed out was a COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT (promising up to 10 days for east coast deliveries) before I was placed on hold and then told they were mistaken. Apologetic staff promised to "see what they could do and talk to management." At one point I was promised a discount for the inconvenience and told the driver would call 24 hours prior to delivery. On June 14, I should have received my 24 hr prior to delivery confirmation call. Upon NOT receiving it by 2 pm, I called to follow up.

I was told in a harsh tone that they said they would deliver by midweek. I reminded them that I should have received a call that day if my delivery was the next day (midweek), they said they would call back. When I noted that a discount was mentioned the prior week for my inconvenience,I was told there would be no discount. At this point, I was unsure if my items had been lost or stolen. I contacted a law enforcement friend and asked him to call. Upon calling, he was forwarded to management which I had been told was unavailable several times. He was told that because a truck broke down, the order had been delayed. Not once was ANY of that information ever communicated to me regarding MY contract. Staff always promised to have managers call me and they never did. A new timeline of June 18, was provided to him by Michael. I then received the FIRST phone call from staff (after the first missed delivery date), from Michael on Thursday, June 16, confirming delivery of June 18 between 2 and 4.

The address which had never been corrected, even though I made the corrections myself on the forms during pickup was confirmed again. On Saturday at 4:30, I called the driver and was given a new delivery time of 8:30 p.m. The lone driver finally arrived at 11:30 pm and with incorrect information on how much I owed AGAIN. He finished unloading at 1:30 am. When my King headboard was brought in and unwrapped, I immediately informed the driver the it was damaged. I have since contacted the company via email several times at two valid addresses, attaching photos and requesting remedy via the insurance noted in my contract. The company refuses to respond to the emails. As a referral resource, 123 Movers should perform due diligence in investigating companies. If you Google All Over United, take time to review the reports. Information is not hard to find.

  14. Worst Experience Imaginable.

Here's a few of the things they did:

---Nearly DOUBLED MY QUOTE..but only after everything was loaded into the truck. They claimed they didn't have an entire room of my house in their quote. I'm guessing this is a tactic they use to drive up the price when they have your stuff and your vulnerable.
---Showed up 8 hours late for pick-up
---I had to call about 12 times to get them to give me a definitive drop-off date (it's very misleading, you DO NOT pick your drop off date..they put it in their contract that they're allowed to deliver within 21 days of what you request). When they finally gave me a "guaranteed date", they ended up changing it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to be 6 days later! My entire family sat in an empty home for a week. When the day FINALLY came, they messed up again and had to move it ANOTHER DAY LATER. That fateful day finally came and they ended up coming 4 hours late.
---They lost a box valuables (family photo albums) they refused to return calls about..a common theme with this company
---They handed off my belongings to another moving company (the guys who dropped my stuff off TOLD ME they were a separate company), yet All Over United continually denied it!!
---They damaged an expensive sofa, bed, and desk. They claimed "it happens in the move".
---NONE of the movers spoke English, took off their shoes, or wore shoe covers
---They didn't re-assemble ANYTHING they took apart to move.

I have to stop here, as the situation was probably one of the most upsetting, stressful, and downright wrong experiences I've ever dealt with. I plead to all of you, please, PLEASE save yourself the pain and go with ANYONE else. I will personally never use another mover in my life. I hope this helps someone.

  15. Excellent.

I Used these guys to relocate and they were on time and real professional. Everything went as smooth as I could have expected and I am a very particular person. Some would say I have OCD but these guys handled me great. They were clean , uniformed and well equipped. They packed my fragiles for me * which was such a leap of faith to let someone do that for me * and everything made it A OK so this is my extra pat on the back thanks ALL OVER !!
