Very Professional People!
I have no idea what the other bad reviews are talking about but my experience is totally great! I had no issues at all and they handled everything, which is good seeing how I was so busy trying to get settled in my new home! I will use this service again if I have to but hopefully Ive found my new dream home.

A good deal!
The service was fast, reliable and courteous! We are very satisfied with our whole experince with U-Haul. The contact employee we had on our moving day was professional, fast and even joked with us on the cold miserable nasty day in January. From the day we stopped in to reserve a truck to the time we dropped it off after our move, the experience was excellent. The movers are very professional hard working people and we thank them for all they did. God Bless and we would recommend to all.

Last month I had to move my house to another place in Dallas and I was really confuse about how to do it. But thank to Dallas Movers, I didn't have to worry anymore and they did their job carefully and fast. Highly recommend!

Great Company to do Business With.
I recently moved from Chattanooga to Memphis. The movers showed up right on time and went right to work. They treated my possessions with the utmost of care and nothing was damaged during the move. The price I was quoted was good and I would definitely use these guys again. A Company!
All you can move: incredibly poor job.
I had used all you can move (acym) twice previously. One time they did okay, and one time they dropped a nightstand down an exterior flight of stairs. I used them again this past weekend because at least I was familiar with their charging methodology and the company did repair the nightstand.
This move was a complete nightmare! They arrived 4.5 hours past the latest time of their arrival "Window," and started my 8-hour move at 6:30 p.M. On a Saturday night. The 3 guys had already worked 12 hours. "Customer service" was virtually impossible to reach on Saturday . . . They never returned the messages I left, asking them to call and let me know if the guys were still planning to show up that day/night. When someone at aycm finally answered one of my many phone calls, the dispatcher gave me blatantly incorrect information and never called me back to keep me updated.
In this move, the movers damaged a very expensive bedroom dresser because they moved it upside down and let the top of the dresser rest on the dolly (as they dragged it in and out of the truck, up stairs, etc.), they flipped boxes and even suitcases upside down even when clearly marked "Up," they didn't stack boxes with labels facing outward despite being asked 10 times to do so, and they told me at 1:00 a.M. That they forgot to bring the tools they needed to put my bed back together (which they had disassembled). They were going to leave my king-size mattress sitting on top of a tall, narrow box, which made it look like a teepee, but I insisted they lay it down flat since they had to return the next day to put the bed together. Leaving the mattress like that would have ruined it.
In short, the movers lacked common sense, couldn't follow simple instructions (even though I spoke with them fluently in their native language), and tossed things around with very little respect for contents.
I will never, ever, use all you can move again, even if they offered to move me for free.
Horrible scammers, stay away!
I've moved across the country 3 times and this is absolutely the shadiest moving operation I've ever worked with. Their sales staff will feed you a beautiful story about their services, but look no further than their Better Business Bureau grade of _F_ http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/movers/all-you-can-move-in-dallas-tx-90130199 if that doesn't convince you, they lied about the weight of my shipment, saying it was 1500 lbs heavier than it actually was. They charge by weight, so this meant they tried to defraud me of over $1000. Luckily I saw through the scam & forced them to re-weigh. They didn't even apologize, no surprise because their rep Krista was completely rude & uncommunicative the whole time. Never ONCE returned a phone call, mono-syllable responses to my questions. Once they've got your stuff, they just ignore you and fraudulently demand extra money to get it back. Note that many of the BBB complaints are about false advertising, like the fake google reviews and the illegal use of the BBB logo on their site.
Company non-responsive to loss.
All you can Move lost four of my boxes and they don't care. Once of the boxes was a large wardrobe box and I asked them "how could such a large box disappear, it must be in the warehouse, can I go look?". They said "sometimes boxes disappear and no, you cannot go look". I begged, I cried, I pleaded..to go look for my boxes since they contained baby pictures of my daughter that cannot be replaced since they were before we had digital photographs, and I was told "file a claim". But I cannot file a claim, because we were never given a bill of lading. They were supposed to email it to me and never did, I called four times, emailed twice, still nothing. I also have someones box that is NOT mine, they were supposed to pick it up and never showed, they ignored my email asking if I can drop it off so the person can get their stuff back. They truly, honestly DON"T CARE.
