  1. Do not use all you can move.

They are horrible. Don't use them. I would rank negative if I could.

I moved from a two bedroom spot to a two bedroom appt. Both are on the first floor. With only 1 bulk bed needed to be unassrmble and reassemble. It took two jamacan guys 5 hours to move. Exluding the 45 minutes driving, it took them 4 hours and 15 minutes to move. I think the reason is one guy was staying in the moving truck and organized the timed the whole time talking on the phone. So it was basically one person moving, so it took them twice as long. The reasemble part, some of the screws are not fully in.

Not only that, they were very rough with the items throwing things around. They broke one of my favorite paintings with dimension of the size of the queenside bed width. They poked two holes and one slit along the frame.

Ii had to move the TV and a lot of the fragile items which I had no problems with.

They had no respect for themselves and for me.

and the management team wouldn't respond to me.

  2. Absolutely the most awful experience ever.

The most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. First off, they are not a real moving company-- they pose as one but in reality, they act like a broker, hiring truckers who have little to no relationship to the company. They jam an 18 wheeler full of yours and other people's items. They showed up in an unmarked white truck with "All You Can Move" written in marker in a teeny tiny square, barely legible. The driver had his pants hanging so low you could see his blue tighty-whities. My stuff was damaged-- my glasses, frames and dishes were broken, furniture punctured and arm chair completely stained. They have no regard for your pick-up and drop-off dates, they'll say, "We can only deliver on this day (which is not the date we had agreed upon) or you can get it 3 weeks later." 3 weeks??!! Worst of all, they ended up charging me DOUBLE the amount of the initial quote and they refuse to drop off your stuff until you've paid the amount in full.

More importantly than my word, however, NOTE: All you can move received an "F" RATING by BBB. See http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/movers/all-you-can-move-in-dallas-tx-90130199

Run as far away from them as you possibly can, for your sake.

  3. Bad Corporate Customer Service.

While the actual moving crew were terrific, speedy and polite, the accounting and sales department at this venture needs much work. I was told I could fax over our corporate card info to their office after the move. I was then told they had to be paid immediately, forcing me to use my own card. The office person with whom I spoke to was rude and threatening. I hate being told one thing just to get a sale and then told something else and I ESPECIALLY hate being treated rudely on top of it. That was totally unnecessary.

Never again will I use this company. Never.

  4. Thanks!

These guys were hard core. They deserved these five stars! They were on time, fast, smart, experienced, very hard workers. Thanks to these guys they were able to make our move a wonderful experience. I have friends who have bad experiences with moving companies, and I was afraid to hire one before. But these guys took all my fears away. They made it so easy for us.

  5. Recommend to anyone I know.

I can't stop raving about these guys to everyone I talk to! Not only did they make my move entirely stress free for me, they ensured I was completely settled and comfortable in my new place. it banished all negative preconceived opinions id ever had about moving companies, and about the whole experience of moving in general. These guys are the only ones I will ever use again, and /or recommend to anyone I know.

  6. Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT USE!!

I chose AYCM because of price and I found out the hard way that you get what you pay for. HUGE MISTAKE!! DO NOT CONSIDER USING AYCM!!
My original contact with AYCM was Philip. He was cordial and provided excellent customer service. He set me up for my move on Sunday morning, 15 May 2011. I specified the morning because my home is fairly large and I knew it would take 5 to 6 hours to move. Also, the storage unit to where I was going to move my stuff has an access cut-off time at 7pm; so morning was the best option. Philip set me up for the movers to arrive between 8 and 10am. The confirmation page I "electronically signed" and sent back to AYCM clearly said the movers were to show up between 8 and 10am. The Friday before the move, 13 May 2011, Krista called me to confirm. She said that there was going to be a "small move" right before us and asked if that would be okay. I said that it would; however, to my error I just assumed that meant that the "small move" would occur in the morning and that the movers would show up at my house the back end of the 8-10am window. I was wrong.
About 10:30 - 11am on Sunday the movers had still not shown up. I called the 1-866 number on the website and my confirmation. Krista answered the phone and I asked where the movers were. She said she would call them and see where they were at; she didn't mention any change in time slot. 30 minutes went by and I hadn't heard back from Krista. I called the same number. This time it went straight to voicemail and I left a message. Another thirty minutes went by and I called again. This time it rang several times and voicemail picked up. I left another voicemail message; again, no return phone call. I repeated this process two more times and left two more voicemail messages with the same results; no return phone call. On the fifth phone call, Krista answered. Understandably, I was unhappy that she hadn't followed up with me. She said she didn't have any missed calls from me or any voicemails; I let her have the benefit of the doubt. This was also the first time she mentioned that the movers weren't supposed to show up until between 2 and 4pm; much too late for my time schedule. She said she would call the movers and see where they were. That was about 12:30 or 1pm.
Fifteen or twenty minutes went by with no return phone call. I called six times and finally reached Krista. She was rude and acted as if it was ridiculous that I called six times in a row. I told her the reason I did was that she previously told me she didn't receive any missed calls or voicemails from me. Obviously Krista lied when she said she didn't receive any of my earlier missed calls or voicemails. She also said she didn't answer my phone calls because "she was putting her baby to sleep." Very unprofessional to be "on-duty" as a dispatcher and not answer phone calls because of personal business. At this time she said the movers were driving and would arrive soon. At 3pm no movers had come and I called back and cancelled the move. True to Krista's form, she failed to call Dennis and Mario (the moving guys) to inform them that I had cancelled; I got a phone call from Dennis at 4pm saying he was on his way. I informed him that I had talked to Krista an hour earlier and had cancelled services. Either Krista's phone just doesn't work or she just can't do her job. Customer service is going away in our society and Krista is just another example. I'm not sure what else Krista would be good at if she can't answer phone calls, make phone calls or follow-up. This was a truly horrible customer service experience - I will now go out of my way to let everyone know never to use All You Can Move Movers.

  7. Steer Clear of All You Can Move.

After arriving 4 hours late to begin packing my 5,000 sq/ft home, the rush began to be completed, as promised, by 5:00 pm. During the move employees used bathrooms, without asking, that had been cleaned for the move and that lacked toilet paper. Lack of toilet paper didn't stop them and they used the sink and their hands leaving a watery, smelly, disgusting mess behind. After telling them not to use the bathrooms, they did it again anyway. Complete lack of respect of the homeowner.

When the items arrived several days late, they used illegal migrant labor picked up on the street corner of Bell and Tatum (at the Home Depot) in AZ, as they claimed their normal guys would not return their calls. As you might imagine, none of them, except one, spoke english and commenced banging items against brick walls, rolling round dining tables on concrete floors, and dropping boxes clearly marked "FRAGILE" just to list a few. Also, after experiencing 4 moves in as many years accross the country, this is the first mover that did not deliver all items that were picked up. I suspect given they were several days late they had plenty of time to go through our things and pick out what they wanted.

Avoid All You Can Move at all costs as we submitted a $17,000 claim and now the insurance company (we paid extra for insurance) won't even come to the home to look at the damage. Save your money and go with the larger, more commercial companies. At least all of your things will show up, and if anything is damaged, they will take care of it.

  8. Worst Move Ever!

*--DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Worst Move Ever, Probably the worst thing I have ever been through.. They are scammers, thieves and liars. They broke most of our stuff, and their packing was horrendous. The movers stole 3 of my high priced items and then swore at us and used profanity. Said to my face that we should get our 60 cents per pound and laughed at me. (talking about he insurance coverage). They didn't show up with our stuff on time were over a week late even though we payed extra for guaranteed delivery. I told them to wrap our baby mattress about 6 times and they still didn't wrap the mattress and when we got it it was dark, dirty and had to be thrown out. There are so many negatives that I cannot even go over everything. Thinking about it gives me anxiety. Do not use All you can move if valyou *==.
