Great company
From the first phone call to the delivery. Fantastic experience. The movers showed up on time on the date schedule and came ready to work. The on the ground movers took extra care with all my items. They worked hard and were highly professional. Everything with my move was explained up front and simple.
This is the best moving company!
They helped us move on 2 different ways. Moving stuff into a new house as well as moving other stuff into a unit. Both times were great! Super fast, friendly, and very careful with all our belongings. Will definitely hire again the next time we need movers for anything.
They delivered the great service
Having moved twice in 4 months, I can truly say this company was fantastic. They were prompt, friendly, had a good sense of humor and pride in their work. This clearly showed. It was a pleasure working with them and I will recommend them to any of my friends. They were also efficient, which made it more cost effective for me.
Great service great price
Alliance company's team in the truck organizing loading and unloading on our move from the outset the green boxes which are fabulous to the care and attention was outstanding, everything arrived intact. We read plenty of horror stories about movers and were more than happy in choosing this company. I want to thank them for great service as it can be a very stressful time for anybody moving but they did it with such an ease.
Stay Away from Them!!
Let me warn you they put up a good friendly talk but they are full with lies. Know this, DO NOT EVER GIVE MONEY TO A COMPANY BEFORE THEY PERFORM A SERVICE. At first everything was great until I gave them my deposit and they ghosted me then in order to get a hold of them I used a difference phone number to reach them and fed lies then they took two extra days from pick up to finally come and then fed me another lie even though I was promise they were wrapping everything for me. We end up kicking them out of our house and out of deposit. We ended up with UPack and hired some help and they did not ask for a dime til after they pick up our stuff and it's easy to track them where they are at with moving as well. DON'T GO WITH A BROKER OR YOU WILL BE BROKE.
Company's staffs are incredible
The customer service answered all my questions and solved all my issues concerning my relocation. What a smart working experience. Everything I packed arrived in the original shape with no damage to anything. It's obvious that I will hire them again and will also recommend them.

I would use your services again for sure
My Wife and I looked everywhere for a reputable moving company that could get us, our 3 kids, to our new apartment. We have a big home and were quite intimidated by it all. Alliance movers packed everything up carefully and efficiently and put my mind at ease. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
The best experience
I have used them twice this year and I must say that I haven't had any issues with them at all. Both location was willing to help and helped me in any way they could. Both the time, they sent me a professional team. The whole process of move was finished within few hours. The delivery was up to mark with no damage.
I like their services
The whole packing and delivery process took less than a week and a half. I've moved a lot in my adult life and this was the best experience I've ever had. The whole team was very helpful and professional. They helped me in the whole moving process.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
Moved from IL to VA and used this company. Ended up choosing Alliance because of their good "reviews" even though they were a little more expensive because we wanted to avoid a bad experience. Right off the back, I ran into payment issues with them saying I didn't pay and I had clear proof that I in fact did. When trying to call customer service, I waited on hold for over a half of an hour before opting to leave a message just to never get a callback. Then I was charged an additional $618 for them to include our couch, floor lamp, and nightstands which I clearly informed them of needing to be included in my initial price. I was told it would take 2-3 days to have our household goods delivered, which was yet another lie. It ended up taking a week to receive our goods with a bonus of two boxes missing (just so happened to be two boxes with expensive items in them). Throughout this experience I have tried emailing multiple times, calling customer service, and calling my sales representative all to never received any responses from anyone. Would give negative stars if possible.
They took care of stuff and smoothly move all the stuff
Moving stuff isn’t easy especially for people like me who are very short tempered and don’t have patience. That’s why I don’t use these services much but I have a great experience working with them and they didn’t let me lose my temper. They are true gentleman while dealing with customers.
We are happy with the whole moving crew
We booked them because they were able to give us an exact pick up date right from the start rather than other moving companies that were only able to give us returned call. They showed up on time at our new address, did everything for the move just as we want it to be done and that only in pretty reasonable price.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company completely lied to me to get my business. They said what they needed to on the phone in order for me to sign with them. The sales guy (Roger) made up a whole story about a move that would be in the area I needed a day before, later to find out he was just a broker and passed my move to a moving company in which the moving company had no idea about his story he told. Now they won’t return calls and just lied to me and took my money. I am now stuck without my furniture for at least 2 weeks thanks to their lies. Please don’t use this company.
The absolute worst
Worst company ever! Borderline scammers. Justin was the worst. We were quoted 1100 cubic feet and quoted 6100 for the move. The movers showed up and stated we actually needed 2500 cubic feet and the total move would cost 18000! We could not afford it at that point so we just asked for a refund of our 2000 dollar deposit. 4 weeks later no one in customer service was helpful, was hung up on, promised a call back that never happened. I mean so unprofessional. They concluded that we refused their service because we could not afford to pay 18K and that the deposit is non refundable! As a military member trying to pcs in a short amount of time, I would not recommend this company.
Only reason for the one star was Kevin in customer service who actually took the time to explain the errors made. Still didn't get the refund but he helped us realize we can do better than Alliance.
