1. I think the 5 stars come from employees of this horrible company.

   Let me say this is a horrible service.
   As a person that has moved multiple times using U-Haul and has helped others move, I understand how to pack/unpack and deliver things safely. However, Alliance Van Lines has been an ongoing headache.
   
   I hired this service to move from Houston to Florida, and received all the information at once from Ryan at Alliance Van Lines. Their estimate seemed to be about half of what I was going to pay at other services. Over the phone, Ryan was incredibly organized and provided me with real-time emails answering and updating all my information. However, I was not told (nor it has been stated in any documentation) that they hire third-party movers for household items. I was only made aware that the car pick up would be different from the Alliance Van Lines house pick up.
   
   Their timelines for picking up and dropping off were completely different from the original estimates. They picked the car July 8th, the household items July 11th, and they dropped the car at Florida July 12th and our household items July 21st. l was told to do two money orders (one for pick up and one for drop off) but I somehow ended up giving both of them as there were "additional costs". Other additional costs were asked in cash and I was given a final receipt (invoice) that is hand-written. If you are going to be paid by an employer, hand-written receipts are not reimbursed by companies. I have been requesting from Alliance Van Lines to have a digital document validating this hand-written receipt since August 2019 and they forwarded me to the third-party movers who cannot assist me. I will be reimbursed less than 50% of what I paid.
   
   I would love to say that my experience was fine, but after packing everything with care, I saw the Florida movers drop boxes in front of me and place things with the THIS SIDE UP turned down. We helped with the packing and unpacking to make sure our furniture was fine and still, they broke glass and our air fryer.
   
   I have tried to be patient by requesting the invoice as a digital PDF, or any type of documentation that I hired their services, but they only provide me with the original estimate. Honestly, I have been waiting to get this document to get my +$4000 that I paid back from my employer but Alliance Van Lines has been avoiding my emails. Their customer service was shallow and only cared for payment.
   
   Please, learn from my mistake, go with any other service.

2. Good Job !!

   I've been forced to move the refrigerator, bed, dining table, chairs, armchair, and safe. Those guys went in and sealed the vaults and tapped on the boxes with a bubble wrap. My furniture was skilled in moving. I find no furniture scratch. All were easily transferred. I am happy about the support that they have provided, and this review will give them a favor.

3. Excellent Service !!

   Commercial Relocation It really sounds scary but there are best of everything. Alliance Van Lines provided me best service in terms of packing, wrapping and moving my stuff. Staff were trained and they were providing details of everything. They helped me a lot. They were punctual as I had to leave the office by 10th and they did their work before that.

4. Great Experience!

   Alliance Van Lines helped us move and charged us with a reasonable price. They confirmed a time for arrival, and went over details of the move. My things were carefully packed and they safely delivered to my new home. The team were friendly, careful, and without a doubt the most helpful crew I could have hoped for. I am extremely satisfied with these movers. I know who I am going to work with in future for sure if I need a move! Highly recommended moving company! Big Thank You again!

5. They lie to get your contract.

   Alliance Van Lines is the worst moving company out there. They will Lie to you and make false promises to get you to sign the contract, then that is the last you will hear from them until they want paid. They sub contract out the move to other movers, and will not take any responsibility for anything that goes wrong. I was told by the salesman Renee that once I call to tell them I am ready to have my stuff delivered, it would only be a few days to get my stuff, but that is a big fat lie. It takes 14 to 21 days to get your stuff once you tell them you are ready. The movers also left so much of my stuff at my old house, I had to rent a trailer to get the rest myself. They do not return emails or phone calls, and I left many with not a single response. I finally got a hold of someone from customer service this morning, and she had no desire to help me at all and could not give me any possible delivery date. I also informed customer service that my sons extra diabetes stuff was in our belongings, and we only brought a few weeks supply with us because the salesman told us it would only be a few days from when we told them we would be ready(as I stated before)Customer service acted like they could care less. I had to click one star to be able to post this, but if I could, I would give them a negative 100 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GET YOURSELF STUCK LIKE I DID.

6. Best Experience!

   They brought plenty of blankets to protect our furniture, lots of extra care was paid to making sure our stuff was not damaged, yet they were incredibly speedy with loading and unloading. Everything you hope your moving experience to be was with Alliance Van Lines. I'm referring them to all of my friends. We fed our crew breakfast and lunch (was a 2-day move) and tipped them well because they EARNED it. We got MUCH more than we paid for. Thank you for making this moving experience the best one we had!!

7. Professional Movers!

   We had ‪Alliance Van Lines move us into our 2nd floor walk up this summer and could not be happier with the service we received. The truck was clean and the crew arrived on time, smiling and ready to go. They wasted no time prepping and loading, and didn’t slow down on the delivery either. There’s no way I would put my friends through the old “help me move for a pizza and drink ” routine with the amount of stuff we had and now that we know what it’s like to have the pros do it, we recommend Alliance Van Lines to anyone looking to move!‬‬.

8. Bad Costumer Service.

   I spoke with a consultant and a manager, and both have outrageous costumer service. Both threatened and approached me with scare tactics if I wouldn't book with them. It surprised me but it definitely showed how unprofessional they are. They have about 10 complaints recorded just in 2019 alone (recorded in DOT website). Ultimately, I'm happy that they showed who they are as a company and glad that I didn't go with them at the end.

9. Good Experience!

   Moving to the absolute favourite city Douglasville, GA and wanted to get our five bedroom home packed in one truck. The team did an excellent job wrapping and packing the truck to its fullest capacity while insuring our items were also packed safely and protected. Handled all the carrying up and down our stairs too. Highly recommend. We were moving on a very tight budget. Money well worth it! Thank you all. Moving is very stressful and they made that part much easier on us.

10. Good Moving Service.

    We chose Alliance Van Lines for our move that based on their reviews and the only feedback I have is their booking system but their people were great. We booked in a move at 7AM and the guys arrived on time. They got to work straight away and our house was packed up in the truck in no time. Even when 1 had to make some calls, he continued moving, even when I told him to take 5 mins to finish the call. They were very careful with our stuff and we only had to unpacks. I will definitely recommend Alliance Van Lines to any of our friends and family who need movers!

11. Excellent Work!

    I would like to highly recommend Alliance Van Lines to be your first choice for moving home. Before moving, they have very good customer services, you know exactly what will be going on. We had a big day on the past Saturday from early morning until late afternoon for exactly 10 hours!!. 1, 2 and 3 were really helpful. They are very organized and efficient. We have three homes to move furniture around, so there are lots of furniture to move in and move out, and to get swapped between two homes. At the end of day, all furniture are in the right position, we are very happy! I felt very lucky that I have worked with Alliance Van Lines. You will not be disappointed also!

12. Good Moving Service.

    I had Alliance Van Lines out to my place and they did a great job. Everything was wrapped up and they were very conscious of all the furniture and handled it all with care. It would have been 5 stars, but we had a small ding on the table. I could tell they were very disappointing that something happened. They truly did care that they weren't flawless which is what you want in a mover. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

13. Incompetent Circus Show.

    As the Subject states.. INCOMPETENT CIRCUS SHOW! I had full confidence in my sales man Rene would deliver on his promise and it was a disaster. I could have hired a couple of teenagers with that drivers licensees and they would have done a better job. Do not fall for the "Moving Coordinator" crap. They will tell you yes to anything just to get your deposit, once they do they will outsource your contract, thus leaving them off the hook for anything that goes wrong after that. Do yourself a favor and hang up on them! Poor communication, Quality Control is non-existence, they do not vet who they outsource to, and they do not keep the third party company honest and leave it all to you to manage and coordinate.

14. Great Experience.

    The supervisor and team team who came from Alliance Van Lines were very friendly and quick. They carefully wrapped up our furniture and fragile items (tvs, mirrors, decorations). Last year, we moved across the hall of our old complex and it took weeks. They made this move a lot less stressful and quick. There was a bit of a hold up moving into the new place as other tenants were also moving and the elevator had to be shared. During that time we were able to unpack- nothing was damaged or broken. We are very satisfied. They're very efficient and nice, they know what they're doing. I've heard so many horror stories about bad moving companies but that was not the case with this company. We would use them again and recommend them if you're moving (even across the hall).

15. REAL DISASTER - Move From Branson, MO to Fairview, TX.

    Our contract, B4816496, was with Alliance Van Lines. They subcontracted our move (WITHOUT TELLING US) to a company called Move Us To Relocation, out of Creek, TX after telling us they would have an Alliance Van in Branson on 9/16 or 9/17/2019. Our contract was very specific showing extra charges for packing material; I.e. 6 boxes for 3 box springs and mattresses, 9 boxes for mirrors/pictures, 4 boxes for 4 flat screen TV's, and an extra charge for large china cabinet. The movers who showed up had none of the boxes or extra packing material as shown and charged for on our contract. In fact, they ran out of wrapping blankets before the goods were half loaded. The box truck (not a van) was not big enough so furniture was piled on top of others, with another person's shipment in nose of truck. No packing was done for lamps, TV's, sofa, upholstered chairs, leather recliners, or most wood furniture. Therefore, glass items and TV's were broken as the load bounced and shifted during transportation. Every piece of wood furniture has scraps, scratches, and deep gouges. Leather furniture is torn and scraped. The driver and young man who delivered were told by their boss to not re-assemble the beds. We paid them extra to do so. Our brand new home now has two large gouges in the walls where unloaders ran furniture in to them. Our contact person at Alliance Van Lines, Mark Ryan, refuses to accept our telephone calls. The boss at Move Us To Relocation, Jake, promised to call back in 5 minutes. He never did. A REAL DISASTER!
