Timely manner
They showed up with masks, as safety is number one priority now. They were quick on their feet and got everything done in a timely manner.
They even offered to fix up our mattresses and crib. The whole move was professionally executed. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

I cannot recommend American Moving Solutions enough. Mason and his team are professional, efficient, and kind. Their rate cannot be beat, and they earn every penny with their hard work. They wore masks while working which made the process feel much safer while moving during the pandemic. If I have to move again, I will call American Moving Solutions.
Great to work with every step of the way
I had been stressing myself out about moving for months, it seemed, but the day of the move could not have been easier. The two guys who came to help me were absolute pros and handled everything with such care. I honestly felt like it was family members helping me. Exceeded my expectations!! I wish most of the companies were like yours. In every sense. Thank you for such a good experience!
Fantastic experience from start to finish!!
Arrived promptly! Treated our items with care. Courteous. Each one introduced themselves and shook my hand. Seemed genuinely excited about our move. Worked as a team and asked relevant questions, and triple-checked things. Brought sharpies to mark bags of screws when they disassembled furniture. Were very nice, even with 2 toddlers running around for part of the time. Made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. This company is a great moving company with exceptional customer service and helpful movers. I will highly recommend them to all.
Never again
This company has left us never wanting to use movers again. First they tell us there’s no stairs fee and I clarified about five times. But when the movers came we were charged $300. When asking the company why we were falsely promised, they said no you signed the contract saying there would be a fee and that the guy who gave us the estimate had been fired for things like this. Second, we told them how big our tv was from the start but last minute it’s suddenly a bulk item so they tacked on another $300. Lastly, all along everyone we talked to had our hopes up we would get our belongings within a week. Five days passed and we call…it’s not even on a truck. Turns out it can take up to 21 days. So now it’s almost Christmas and we have our stuff in a warehouse waiting to be delivered. Overall, I felt scammed and poorly informed about the process. I would never recommend this company’s to my family or friends.
Great moving team!
American Moving Solutions provided me with the best moving experience I have ever had. The 3-man crew was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Moving out of a multi-level townhouse with lots of large furniture items was no small task, but the American Moving Solutions team wrapped everything thoroughly and took extreme care to protect items and walls. They asked questions when they needed to but otherwise they had a great system. I will definitely recommend American Moving Solutions to everyone.

My sister used them in the past and recommended I use them and I'm so glad she did. I was not organized for the move but the crew was courteous and worked hard. All the items were packed appropriately and I am satisfied with their service. I will use them next time if I ever move again.
Nothing Broken
Great team. Everything was wrapped well. Haven’t found anything broken or scratched. Quote was almost exact as the final amount. Worked sun up to sun down and didn't slow. I highly recommend using them for your moving needs!
Super careful!!
They were amazing. They were super-efficient, but were also super careful not to damage anything. To top it off, their prices were extremely reasonable. Of our four moves in five years, they were the best and the most affordable.
Delicate!!
Your team made entire process from packing to moving was smooth and hassle free for us. We just received the last lot and we dint expect to be done with shifting so early. I can bet this was the fastest delivery that one could have imagined. It was some of our heavy furniture and all the electronic appliances from our old residence. The fragile articles were handled with extreme care and was delivered without any possible damage.

Their movers arrived on time as we needed a guaranteed 7.30 start. They were so quick and efficient! The entire move was done very swiftly and everything moved in a great condition. Highly recommended and will book them again!

On the day of my move, they came on time wearing masks and gloves and were very professional and friendly. They seemed pretty efficient and thorough. They are doing better than the other movers. Very happy with their service. I would like to recommend it to all my family or friends too!

Mason, the team lead, was one of the most courteous movers I have ever dealt with.
Everything was moved at the pace I expected (and my standards are high), and they were very careful with everything. We don't plan to move for a very long time but will be sure to tell our friends to use them in their upcoming moves.

My large items were boxed and wrapped very well. They are funny and personable, even while they are lifting all that heavy furniture. The initial phone contact was great as well. Everything is upfront and no surprises. Highly recommend them!
STAY AWAY--Taking immediate legal action!
We found American Moving Solutions LLC online, and after receiving MANY calls from rep Stacy Brooks, decided to use them. They brokered our loads to two more movers-AM Moving Service and Best in Town. Our items arrived COMPLETELY destroyed, chairs were even broken in half! We were also subject to increasing prices, more than double the estimate and heading towards $25K from an $11K estimate! We have contacted a lawyer, made BBB complaints against all 3 moving firms and sent information to our local and out of state attorney generals-next stop Google, Facebook and Yelp!
